“Listen, you dogs, the president and ministers, if only you knew how many boys, our brothers are here, waiting and yearning to return to Tajikistan to re-establish sharia law there,” said Colonel Gulmurod Khalimov, according to the Jerusalem Post.

Khalimov formerly oversaw central Asia’s special-purpose police also known as OMON, which combats criminals and militants. He vanished in April, initiating a search by police.
He reappeared last Wednesday, promising to bring jihad to both Russia and the United States. “We are coming to you, God willing, we are coming to you with slaughter,” Khalimov said in the roughly ten minute video.
Listen, you American pigs, I’ve been three times to America, and I saw how you train fighters to kill Muslims. God willing, I will come with this weapon to your cities, your homes, and we will kill you.
According to CNN, Khalimov trained at Blackwater’s training facility in North Carolina on several occasions between 2003 and 2014, learning basic marksmanship and counter-terrorism skills. He was also trained by Russian spetsnaz forces.
Khalimov also excoriated Tajiks working in Russia: “You have become the slaves of infidels,” he said.
