COLUMBIA DEFINITION: “microaggression” is a term referring to “commonplace daily verbal, behavioral, or environmental indignities, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative racial slights and insults toward minority classes.”
REAL MEANING: everyone is super racist, sexist, and prejudiced, even though they think they aren’t and you have no proof that says otherwise. As a matter of fact, no proof is even better than proof… because it’s already like proof anyhow. So shut up and don’t express an opinion different from mine.
