With midterm elections just a day away, recent polls are indicating a change of control in the Senate with the Republicans taking advantage of the anti-Obama movement.
President Obama has been steadily losing popularity, and it is playing right into the hands of the Republicans. Obama’s failed promises to the black and Hispanic populations are sending his support rates to record lows.
Because of this, many see people staying away from the Democratic Party, as if it has been contaminated by Obama.
“This isn’t some pro-GOP election; it’s an anti-Obama election,” Megyn Kelly said on FOX News Sunday.
Kelly continued by saying that, because Obama has lost so much credibility with voters, most are simply voting against the Democrats on the ballot, as opposed to choosing Republicans.
“It’s not as though people have all of a sudden fallen in love with the Republicans,” Kelly read, quoting Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX). “It’s just a loss of confidence in this administration.”
