Judge Andrew Napolitano joined Jon Stewart on The Daily Show Monday night, throwing the host under the bus during their economic discussion.
During their conversation, which centered around the freedoms in the U.S. and the role of government, Stewart made a statement that Napolitano lambasted him for.
Stewart, in an attempt to make a comparison, suggested that the U.S. scrap its capitalist economic system. Napolitano jumped all over him.
“You don’t believe that for a minute. That we should get rid of capitalism? You’re the richest guy in television!” Napolitano exclaimed.

The comment left Stewart fumbling, and Napolitano took the chance to speak on the government.
“We need to know that our rights come from our humanity, and not from the government,” Napolitano said, egging the crowd to applaud.
According to Celebritynetworth.com, Stewart has a net worth of $80 million and an annual salary of $25 million, making him the highest paid TV show host.
