With a tweet — a 26-word twitter message — that’s how Hillary Clinton issued her first public response to the email scandal that’s been swirling for more than two days and could potentially damage her expected run for the presidency.
Strangely, the former secretary of state tweeted that brief message very late Wednesday night after another day in which her use of a private email account for official government business — an account operated from a server located in her personal home — was widely discussed and hotly debated.

It was also a day, as Western Journalism reported, when the House Select Committee on Benghazi issued a subpoena demanding to see all of Mrs. Clinton’s emails regarding the deadly 2012 attack in Libya. The committee under the chairmanship of Rep. Trey Gowdy also subpoenaed email communications of “other individuals who have information pertinent to the investigation.”
Following Mrs. Clinton’s tweet implying the public would get a chance to see her email at the center of the exploding controversy, the State Department that she used to head up issued its own statement that painted the true picture regarding the extent of the email disclosure.
From the Hillary twitter message, one might assume the words “my email” were not limiting or restrictive. However, State spokeswoman Marie Harf, as USA Today reports, indicated the department “will review the emails provided by Clinton.”

It’s critical to note that Harf said “the emails provided by Clinton” — not all the emails — just the ones the Clinton camp deemed appropriate to hand over from Hillary’s personal account run on her private server managed by her own people.
Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano, says that what’s being learned about Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account for official government business means “she’s in a lot of trouble legally.”
