At a time when rioting, massive anti-police protests, and emotion-packed racial tensions are running high and hot around America, one would think that it’s a pretty bad idea for a black woman to post a threat against “all white cops” on her Facebook page…and then share that incendiary threat on a local TV station’s Facebook news feed. It’s an especially bad idea when that threat includes a number of extreme statements about shooting police officers in the head and condoning black-on-white killings.
According to news outlets in Atlanta, including WSB-TV, authorities have arrested a Georgia woman who posted on Facebook a call for “death to all white cops nationwide.” The woman, identified as Ebony Dickens of East Point, Ga., issued her online threats under the alias Tiffany Milan.
Before it was deleted, Dickens’ threat reportedly read, in part, “…all black ppl should rise up and shoot at every white cop in the nation starting now… I thought about shooting every white cop I see in the head until I’m caught by the police or killed by them. Ha!!!! I think I can pull it off.”

Though Dickens claims she really didn’t mean what she shared on social media, local and federal authorities took the threat seriously and sprang into action to locate the woman and take her into custody.
