Rima Karaki of the Lebanese Al-Jadeed news channel tried to interview radical Islamist Hani Al-Siba’i, but when he became rude and combative, she cut him off from the air.
Al-Siba’i was giving a history of Christians who may have joined the fight of Islamists in the past when the host asked him for more of a present-day look at how Christians might join ISIS – also known as Daesh.
The radical Islamist couldn’t just answer the question. He decided to go off on the host for “cutting him off.” He clearly became infuriated with the host – solely because she was a woman.

“Are you done? Shut up so I can talk,” he said according to a translation by Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI). “It’s beneath me to be interviewed by you. You are a woman.”
Karachi tried to give Al-Siba’i his time to answer the question, but when his rhetoric continued to get ugly, the host simply cut him off.
“Just one second. Either there is mutual respect, or the conversation is over,” she said as his feed went black.
