United States federal agents discovered a banner hung on September 11, 2014 over the U.S.-Mexico border condemning American support for Israel and showing support for Palestine. According to Breitbart Texas, federal agents discovered the banner the following day hung over a border fence in a restricted area in Arizona’s Yuma Sector. This means the area could only have been reached from the Mexican side.
This is the report detailing the incident:

A federal agent expressed concern over the timing of the incident to Breitbart Texas:
Everyone has been discussing whether cartels would work with [The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria] or other terror groups, but this indicates that political groups in Mexico’s border region may be more of a concern in terms of working with terrorists to make a political statement in America.
Francis Taylor, undersecretary for intelligence and analysis for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), acknowledged during a Senate hearing earlier this month that there has been chatter about militants associated with ISIS planning to infiltrate America through the southern border.
