Dianne Feinstein was a guest on CNN’s State of the Union with Candy Crowley over the weekend discussing the unflattering terms in which former Governor of Montana Brian Schweitzer used to describe the California Senator.
Crowley asked the senior Senator, now 81, “what was your first reaction when they told you what he said?” Feinstein answered, “Well, my first action, reaction was that I laughed, to tell you the truth. And he’s got a, clearly, a rather large mouth, and all sorts of things come out. I think that’s really too bad, but it is the way it is.”
