Update: Fox News is now reporting that an 18-year-old American tourist was killed in the attack, along with at least four others.
Shortly after a Palestinian Arab terrorist killed two Jewish worshippers who attended afternoon prayers in a synagogue in Tel Aviv, Israeli media reported a new double terrorist attack in Gush Etzion, a bloc of Jewish villages near Jerusalem.
The attack started at 4.00 PM local time when two Palestinian Arab terrorists shot and wounded a group of Israeli and American tourists in their minivan near Tzomet Gevaot in western Gush Etzion.

The terrorists then proceeded in the direction of the main intersection in Gush Etzion and rammed their car into an Israeli car near the village of Alan Shvut. The driver of the Israeli car was wounded in that attack. Security forces finally neutralized the threat by shooting and wounding the terrorists after the vehicular attack. Police are still searching for a possible third terrorist.
Initially, Israeli media reported that ten people were injured in the double attack. Several wounded were in serious condition, Israeli TV Channel 10 reported. Later, Channel 10 and Channel 2 announced that one of the injured Jews had died, and that a total of six people were wounded in the attacks.
Israeli media report that at least some of the victims in the drive-by shooting were American citizens who visited the area.
