Actress Stacey Dash was on “The O’Reilly Factor” Monday discussing the argument of “white privilege” that O’Reilly and Jon Stewart recently debated.
Dash refuted the argument for “white privilege,” despite being biracial and growing up with two drug addicts as parents.
“Correct me if I am wrong, but you don’t believe that society put you down, do you?” O’Reilly asked.
“No I don’t,” she responded. “All we have to do is walk in the opportunity. What has to happen is the disenfranchised and the uninformed need to be educated.”
Dash dismissed the “propaganda” touted by African-Americans like Cornell West who push the idea of white privilege, saying that, if you believe it, it “makes it someone else’s fault.”
“Your life, your destiny, anything you want is dependent on somebody else. That’s not true… It’s your responsibility,” she finished.
