On Wednesday, Lt. Col. Allen West joined Greta Van Susteren to discuss the imminent Iranian nuclear deal and what the best course of action would be towards Iran going forward.
“You have to walk away,” West said. “First of all, there’s no change in the behavior of Iran, that would make us believe that they are going to honor any commitment whatsoever.”
“There’s nothing that they are agreeing to that shows that they are willing to be a peace partner or willing to acquiesce to international demands,” he added.

Despite the colonel’s advice, on Thursday, President Obama and Iran agreed upon a preliminary nuclear deal and called it “a good deal.”
According to Fox News, the plan contains dozens of provisions that would demand Iran cease its nuclear program–the purpose of which, many suspect, is to develop a nuclear weapon.
