While activists representing the Freedom From Religious Foundation set their sights on “rogue political churches” they feel should not benefit from a tax-free status, stalwart conservative Allen West recently suggested these anti-God advocates take a look at some disturbing footage reportedly captured from within a mosque in Chicago.
Citing a report by the Times of Israel, West lambasted the message delivered by Sheik Mohamed Elimam, who laid out a clear message calling for the destruction of Israel and unabashed support for Palestinian terrorists currently threatening the Jewish nation.
“Let the whole world know that the Zionist enemy is not fighting a well-armed army,” he said, “rather it is fighting a defenseless people.”
Making several references to jihad, or a holy war against Israel, Elimam said the Jewish people have systematically oppressed Muslims throughout history.
“This enemy was planted in the midst of the Arab nation,” he continued, “and they chose Jerusalem, Palestine, the most important area, in order to be a thorn in the side of the Arab and Islamic nations.”
West concluded that, if FFRF activists are truly looking for examples of politically charged houses of worship, they need look no further than this mosque.
He wrote that Elimam is not merely voicing a call for political activity, noting that his message is not about “saving anyone’s soul,” but rather “advocating killing souls.”

Nevertheless, he predicts such rhetoric will fail to attract any criticism from those seeking to target conservative Christian churches.
“So will FFRF investigate this Imam?” he wondered. “Methinks not, because they just want to wage their own little war against Christians. Furthermore, it would require them to have some courage to go after these guys — and you all know that it not happening.”
Even though Elimam referred to “global Zionism” as an “unadulterated evil,” West concluded that this leader will get a pass from the atheist group.
Meanwhile, he pointed out that the IRS is set to enact new, as yet unspecified rules to govern the activities and resulting tax burden of the churches these godless activists are apparently hoping to destroy.
