Two U.S. Navy fighter jets just crashed into the Pacific Ocean during a mission, according to the Navy.
The cause of the downed F/A Hornets has not yet been disclosed, but the pilots were stationed on the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier.

At a cost of over $55 million apiece and with the lives of U.S. fighter pilots worth far more, we need to find out what caused these dual crashes and do what is necessary to keep this from repeating.
