Crystal Dixon, formerly employed at the University of Toledo, was fired “after she wrote a personal letter to the editor of a local newspaper objecting to the characterization of homosexuality as being the same as race.” I thought our nation’s universities were bastions of diversity. They are not. They are cesspools of forced conformity to a radically liberal moral, social, cultural, and political agenda.
Comparing a person’s race to where a man sticks his penis is an insult of the highest order to those who struggle every day with how people evaluate them because of what they see.
“I take great umbrage at the notion that those choosing the homosexual lifestyle are ‘civil rights victims.’ Here’s why. I cannot wake up tomorrow and not be a black woman,” she wrote. “I am genetically and biologically a black woman and very pleased to be so as my Creator intended. Daily, thousands of homosexuals make a life decision to leave the gay lifestyle evidenced by the growing population of PFOX (Parents and Friends of Ex Gays) and Exodus International just to name a few.”
Homosexual sex is what a person does.
If you saw a picture do 20 people all dressed the same, could you point out who engaged in homosexual, bisexual, polygamous, or adulterous sexual activities? You couldn’t because all of these are behaviors.
If I showed you a picture of 20 people, could you pick out the people who are black? Most likely you could. Why? Because being black is not a behavior. Being black is in the skin.

A gay person does not have a choice.
If they don’t have a choice, then why have many “switched” over to being a normal heterosexual person? If they don’t have a choice, why are there organizations in Calif. that help people who wish to go back to heterosexuals and the homo groups made a big stink to outlaw those who wish to help them change? I have known a couple of people that were gay in the past and now are happily married with children. How can that be if they don’t have a choice?

Any person has a choice as to how they will live their life. That is why we are here, we take the Choices that are before us and we choose just how we are going to live. Some choose to live according to what we have
been taught is the correct way to live, some are tempted into paths that they choose, most of us would
not even consider. To make it look good they say they were born that way, that we must accept them and their lifestyle. Some choose drugs and alchohol, others choose sexual perversion. The lifestyle that is called Gay is not the least bit gay. It is an unwise choice. We will be judged by our choices in this life. Let us all
try to be the best person in every way. Our reward in the next life depends on our choices today. No one
really has a say about the color of their skin. They also must choose their lifestyle correctly to get good blessings. So don’t try to convince the world that the choices you make are just the way you are. They are
choices.
Folks ya all have missed the point. She was fined for speaking her mind. This isn’t a debate on if gay is whatever, it’s about her being fined etc… I don’t recall someone being fined for having their opinion in a newspaper. That’s what’s not right here.

I don’t care what it is you choose to do. I am not your judge. However, you must realize that you too, are not my judge; if I choose to live my life in a way that is above reproach, or if I choose to live my life in a way that will harm me, it is a choice that I make, not you…and vice versa. The only time we should have a say in the matter is when it affects us personally.
Sadly, that is not the case. I would say anymore, (as in, “that is not the case anymore”) but we all know that it is a subject that has always been a moral issue. And when you go to the bible, it tells you that homosexuality is a “sin against man”. (Maybe that is why men are always okay when talking about two women).
This issue I take with this giber gash is when talking about equal rights. Because then I must point out that what someone with homosexual tendencies wants is not, nor will it ever be equal to what someone with heterosexual tendencies have. They want, and have something different. Deal with it…or not. But it will never be the same, or equal to what they are screaming for…
JUST SAYING…
And being fired for having an opinion is “the small pebble in the shoe” we are dealing with in America now.
Every time we stand by and allow these injustice’s to stand, without demanding justice, or just talk about it and wait for someone else to “take care of it” we lose another grain of our freedom…One grain at a time…Thank God for the folks at The Western Center for Journalism.
She needs to get a lawyer and sue them for violating her first amendments right to free speech. They do not have any right to fire anyone over what they say. She can alway`s holler that they are racist and fired her since she is black. Either way they lose.
Trueamerican, you’re absolutely right. I don’t know or really care whether homosexuality is a choice. I DO know that we’re allowing our freedom of speech and other freedoms to be eroded bit by bit and we must stop it.
It’s in the Bible that Homosexuality is a sin. Actually, it’s in there 2 or three times …. I’ve read it.. but can only remember where one of them is.. Romans chapt 1, 26 verse… just read that whole chapt 1. It’s more understanding in the Living Bible… which is written as all of us speak now in stead of the King James Version. Frankly I dont give a rip what they do… it’s their soul who will suffer in the long run… not mine. But I dont want it shoved down my throat either… Obama is gay and has been all his life. He hides it and even married so to act like he wasn’t.
I have a friend who was married to this man, and she asked me one time if her husband could be gay… she told me he slept with the boy down the street when she was gone to her mother’s… and I said yes… he is… they had two children. Later.. she left him after finding out more… There are many gays who are married…and hide behind it. Obama is one of them. Have you ever seen him kiss Michelle in the MOUTH? No.. but he will kiss that joker from France or some country over there directly in the mouth with both arms around him.. I have a pic of that. it’s on the net…. Larry Sinclair gave him a ‘nice’ job in the back of the limo one time while they both snorted coke.. that’s when Larry wrote that book…Two gay guys were murdered around the time Obama was running for office… One of them was the choir director at Wrights church which is the one Obama had a 10tear love affair with. His mother even told that. Then another one at that church was murdered too. Obama and Rhamn Emanuel both are gay and would frequent the Gay men’s club in Chicago…. Check it out with Google.
We have our rights also! This thing of being intimidated for our beliefs. They have a group of attorneys who handle cases for people who have had their good moral beliefs challenged. The thing is we all need to start standing up and saying NO! to this intimidation. I believe the attroneys..you can contact Jay Seckulo, it’s something Alliance. It’s time to take back our rights and stop allowing them to intimidate once and for all.
