The failure of the U.S. media to properly vet the candidacy of Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential campaign can be cited as one of our country’s most harmful periods. Yet, we see the same pernicious cycle being perpetrated against Herman Cain just four years later. They refuse to follow up on substantial allegations against Obama like those made against him by Larry Sinclair, but run with vapid lies from gold-digging phonies.
To understand the media’s use of its enormous power against Republican, and especially conservative, candidates, we need to remind ourselves of how Clarence Thomas was cruelly treated during his Supreme Court hearings in the early ’90s. Running under the current of a black man who steps away from his deemed allegiance to the Democratic Party, liberals sought to punish Thomas by using the sub-rosa theme of a black man’s sexuality to bring him down.
Ted Kennedy’s savage attacks on Robert Bork could not be repeated on Thomas, so using the old canard of he-said/she-said, the mainstream media reached way out to Oral Roberts University’s teaching staff and brought Anita Hill into the spotlight. One blogger says, “The mind reels imagining the acrimony and snide remarks that would be made had a victim of Bill Clinton been employed at Oral Roberts University.”
I was visiting a doctor and his wife in Japan right after the hearings, and he told me how much the Japanese viewing audiences laughed at the spectacle of such hearings for the highest court in America. Thomas himself ended his hearings with a stirring rebuke when he said, “This is a circus. This is a national disgrace. It is a high tech lynching.” The liberal media really had to stretch themselves to pull a teacher from the Religious Right’s academia in their attempt to get rid of Thomas. But he wrote the playbook that exposes what the far-Left reporters, pundits, and editors now are trying to do to Herman Cain.
The media has in effect ignored their defeat by Thomas. But they are trying to use Thomas’s stirring condemnation of them as a pack of jackals as a blueprint for attacking Herman Cain. “Uppity Blacks who deign to think for yourselves and refuse to kowtow to an old order will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured,” Thomas said, effectively ending the media’s search-and-destroy mission on him.
Clarence Thomas won his battle, but it seems to have made no impression of the insidious media that keep trying to revive a Cain “scandal” that is not there.
Now we have the far-Left’s wordsmiths attempting the same search, lynch, and destroy piece of work on Herman Cain. They would never do this to Barack Obama.
Do you recall the media demanding Obama’s explanation of why Larry Sinclair might have been lying when he alleged that he and Obama got drunk together and had homosexual sex? Of course not! Yet Sinclair was very upfront and willing to answer any questions.
Some stats I’ve read show our media are about 90 percent Democrat, and of the remaining 10 percent calling themselves Republican, but only five percent are actual conservative journalists. Last week Cain said, “There are too many people in the media who are downright dishonest.” So true.

Larry Sinclair had nothing to gain and everything to lose when he revealed
his homosexual sex with Ba’rak Hussein Obama. Some believe that Obama
is queer, strange or gayly homosexual. Some might say that BHO looks gay,
talks gay and shuffles like a gay; when coming down steps of a plane, when he
speaks, smiles or communicates with what is perceived as his secret cult base
of gay supporters; whom Ba’rak strongly supports. Maybe Ba’rak Hussein is a
homosexual i’slamic who likes to secretly hang out in Chicago bathouses? Only
Ba’rak and Larry know for sure–Barak ain’t sayin–he is silent on his homosexual
accuser–but rarely silent on any other issue; Barak is a person who talks a lot,
about the Cambridge police, about i’slam being nice, about an uncooperative GOP,
about raising taxes, his reelection, himself and himself. Is Ba’rak Hussein Obama
a homosexual; or stealth i’slamic communist usurper? Who knows for sure; other
than Larry and maybe a few other homosexuals? Why does Obama, a person who
never served in America’s military, so adamant that homosexuals MUST be allowed
to serve “Openly” in America’s military? If he walks like a homo, talks like a homo
and promotes homo’s –is he a homo sex yull?
In his godless society, any kind of sex goes–deviant or not. The question I have is how can he be accepted as being Muslim and homosexual? Muslims hold low regard for homosexuals. I think that puts him into another category of communist like KGB secular humanist.
I don’t know about the gay thing, but I do fear he is a muslime. And to me, that is worse than being a homosexual. Far worse, for it is an insidious ideaology that creeps into a society, and tears it apart, and ruins any nation that it touches. Unlike homosexuality, it is regarded as a “religion” and thus virtually ignored until it is too late for the people and country that it has destroyed, from the inside out…..whatever this heathen is, he must go in 2012. He is bad for our country and for our people, and worse than that, for our future, he is an utter failure as a president, and is a smack in the face to us all and anything that we once stood for as a nation. And the women, and media who are attacking Herman Cain, I beleive not one word that comes from their lips. Not one. Fifteen minutes of fame, and money to follow in the pages of “Books” that they may write in the future. The biggest question I have is why has nothing even remotely “touched” this insulting pos in office, such as what has battered and abused the likes of Herman Cain and Clarence Thomas? What makes this POS so untouchable? What is the media and news outlets hiding, or hiding from?
They didn’t get drunk they were snorting cocaine and smoking crack. Obama is the Crackhead in Chief.

The NON-STOP reports of sexual improprieties coming from the MSM is proof positive that “establishment politicians” (on BOTH sides) feel threatened by Herman Cain … the only HONEST man in the debates! Doesn’t ANYONE think it’s a little strange that ALL the allegations come from a single source … in CHICAGO!?!? David Axelrod, who once worked at the Chicago Tribune, leaked supposedly “sealed” divorce records of two opponents who were running against Sobarkah in the 2004 Illinois State Senate races. Attorney, Gloria Allred! Herman Cain has worked for 25 years in several large cities all over America, but has NEVER lived in Chicago. Any reasonable person who doubted their story would only need to ask one simple question … “If Herman Cain is a ‘sexual predator’ as portrayed by the ObaMao media, why is the only complaint coming from Illinois?” You would think a man who was in contact with women all over the country would have more than ONE cash strapped, hormone challenged female coming forward with complaints … and not JUST from Chicago! College Football was shaken by revelations that Coach Joe Paterno allowed Sandusky access to the campus after it had been revealed that Sandusky was exploiting young boys for homosexual rape.
In a shocking development Obama Administration officials Chai Feldblum and Arne Duncan lobbied the President on behalf “the LGBT community” to pardon Sandusky and sought to characterize homosexuals who rape young boys as “Minor Attracted Persons” in keeping with the U.S. Department of Health (DOH) declaring children are “sexual beings”.
The U.S DOH states that minors “.. may ‘experiment’ sexually with members of the same sex regardless of whether they are gay or straight.” So according to the DOH, Penn State was simply helping boys experiment sexually with members of the same sex, namely coach Sandusky.
It is speculated that President Obama will seek to award the Medal of Freedom to Coach Sandusky for his “tireless efforts at recruiting for the ‘gay’ community” and repeal of DOMA as well as combating “hatred, intolerance and homophobia and racism.”- the addition of “racism” as evidently due to Sandusky’s preference for abusing boys “of color” who were in his care.
Obama’s speech is said to make reference to Harvey Milk proudly marching alongside members of NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association) in the 1970′s and commends Coach Sandusky as a “pioneer” in “civil rights for all Americans.”
