A PDF here would be much better to see the detail of section 18a, “Signature of Parent or Other Informant”. The reason is that there is a “Tell” of Forgery/Fraud in this box of information. The “Parent” box has a Check in it. You know like the kind that is not an “X” or “XX”. It is the only “Check” on the whole form. All other boxes have “X” in them. Boo Boo, an error made by the forger. There was no “Check” on keyboards then or now.
Also, the box below it, Signature of Attendent, has an MD Box for an X, but it is not there! Why because the Forger had to cover up the X in the “Other in the box Where Parent is. Bery poor forgery.
In box 6c. Name of hospital. There is Kerning in several places. The ty in Maternity has overlapping letters, Kerning. The Gy in Gynecological has overlapping letters, Kerning also. Kerning was impossible in 1961 typewriters. The Kerning on this document say, absolutely it is a forgery. NO, IFs ANDs OR BUTs ABOUT THAT. The President Barry Soetoro is an ILLEGAL ALIEN AND FAUX PRESIDENT.
