The TEA party movement was born of the threat Obamacare posed to us. It will send the enthusiasm on our side sky high. It will do very little to excite the Left – hey, they won, didn’t they?
The Supreme Court’s Obamacare ruling has placed the weight of pulling America’s wagon on middle class people. In the short run, Democrats will be delirious, and their cheerleaders in the media will be insufferable – in the short run. They will all act as if they have forgotten what happened in the elections of 2010 – but we will remind them in November.
In 2010, when Obamacare was originally passed with no Senate votes from Republicans, it became the driving force that propelled millions of Americas to stand and fight. We converged on Washington from all over the country demanding that something be done “to fix this.” When it became clear that the way to “fix it” was to vote out the Democrats and vote in a conservative majority in the House and Senate, we rolled up our sleeves and, with rarely seen levels of enthusiasm, marched to the polls. That was BEFORE Obamacare was poured into concrete by Justice Roberts. That was before the absolute urgency of voting out every Democrat in the House and the Senate was staring us in the face.
This will do very little to energize the Left – Democrats will SAY we must elect Democrats to preserve what we have, but saving something that IS won’t fire up voters like changing something that has BECOME.
After a few weeks when the decision has been fully understood, the power of America’s TEA party movement will emerge. There will be rallies, and the spirit of 2010 will fill the air. Those who would say “The TEA party movement is dead” will do so at their own political peril.
This decision keeps the assaults on religious freedoms in place. Now, which side will THAT fire up?

The TEA Party is alive and fired up already, by the numerous abuses of this fraudulent administration that is selling out our American system, economy, culture, etc. But I am not sure of your premise on the other, I’m afraid too many people, will say, oh well, I guess its going to come into effect. Just being realistic. But believe me Coach, I hope you are right. Our country is doomed if we let these assaults on our liberties go unchallenged.

The TEA Party should and is a viable group that will only expand their membership during the summer months as the ERADICATION OF LIBERALS ELECTION in November 2012 draws near.
The Law itself is and was Constitutional. I don’t care for the Law, but if it was ruled unconstitutional, millions of Americans as myself would be more upset. The reasoning behind this is Medicare. If the Affordable Healthcare Act was deemed unconstitutional, Medicare would be ruled unconstitutional as well. The cascade of debt will be catastrophic! How well was the medicare funds used?
How is it Constitutional? Medicare was not being deliberated, Obamacare was.
They’ve slashed Medicare to pay for Obamacare and it’s all a shell game with the ‘gov’t'…Whatever it touches becomes corrupt and unsustainable. Sure, let’s cut ALL waste and fraud: GET THEM THE BLANK OUT OF OUR LIVES. More ‘gov’t’ is never the answer.
In my lifetime, I have seen many SCOTUD decisions come down, most of which I didn’t agree, but this decision has gone a long way toward destroying this country. I predict some severe fines being assessed to overweiht persons who eat at McDonalds, who eat Snickers bars, Potato chips and the list goes on. I never knew of a decision which told the lawmakers how to make their law Constitutional. Kegan didn’t recuse herself as she should have and did in the Arizona Immigration case.
This decision was made purely on politics and the Supreme Court should be ashamed!
indeed, when our founding fathers had to come up with how to divy up the power, it went like this, congress, executive branch then judicial branch….we know this simply by knowing the constitution and how many pages are written for each branch, if I’m not mistaken it’s like 36, 9 and 2 or 3….so maybe these guys sitting on the bench like playing God rather than using their reasoning powers to deliberatye and come up with a decision that is in line with what this country was founded upon, the principles of freedom.

Judge Roberts and the Court in two decisions made the Conservative case. First Obama’s reaction to the AZ ruling..his utter contempt for the Constitution and the rule of law was re-inforced by his reaction. Second, for history to see..the Supreme Court told us that Obama is a liar, and that his lies about obamacare not being a tax was his personal lie. This decision will be published and for ever a part of Supreme Ct. History. Obama and liberals can keep denying it but now it is history.

I find this ruling funny because they more DC trys to help america the more they screw up, Thay all need to have thier head checked to see if there is any thing inside besides empty space you know like that big black hole in space. Don’t ever say that because they are Supreme Court Justices that they are beyond politics. Intellectual honesty is not their strong suit, regardless of their flowery language when writing their opinions. Elena Kagan had no business voting since she was deeply involved in Obamacare when it was being developed. She should have recused herself, but that tells you the kind of dishonest person she is. The attack now should be against Obama’s eligibility. If he is a fraud, and many believe he is, then any act he signs into law is illegal and should be rescinded. But that most likely will not happen, again because of dishonesty on the parts of partisan politicians. Actually, everything that happens from this point on will very likely cause this country to descend deeper into the morass of ignominy, since the Constutution is being defiled, the Judeo-Christian beliefs are under attack, and the United States has thrown Israel under the bus. Secularists see no problem and believe that with tiime, this nation will once again become great depending on its leadership. People of faith see judgment ahead and greater pain and suffering due to our turning away from God Almighty and His resulting removal of His blessing which has sustained this Nation for over two hundred years. Without Him, we can do nothing!

What a heck of a time for Roberts to start being bi-partisan. I think the threats by obummer might have shaken him up but most likely his hidden bank account just became filled to the brim and i think there should be an investigation in his decision. Who can you trust in govt. any more it was bad enough before this thug took office under false eligibility requirements and it seems to be rubbing off on quite a few of the suits. Just because you are a supreme court judge doesnt mean you are lilly white just look at the ones on the left and now it looks the right is joining them. This is a sorry azz move by a sellout and Roberts in my opinion has sold out.
This ruling has sealed the fate for Obama. I think he’s done now, he has just lost the election. The libs. will try and spin this that the healthcare reform has already taken place and that the truth is it won’t be enacted until 2014. People won’t remember that, they will think it has already been done now, so either they won’t show up to vote, or they will vote against obumma to repeal the ruling. I think now the flood gates should open for revealing the truth about the ineligibility of obama being elected pres. in the first place, and that the votes were fraudulent in 2008 that put him in the white house in the first place. I have already planned to vote him out anyway, and I have been vocal to all who know me to vote him out and why.
It is true the passage of the healthcare bill was the primary reason for the origination of the Tea Party. Whether or not it gains it’s old tenancy back is yet to be seen. The fact that obamacare was really not about healthcare but really about control should be more troubling now then before.
I know it is always good to attempt to see the silver lining in something bad. Furthermore, I sincerely hope your right and believe you could very well be. I realize now as do many others we are the recipients of the cloward and piven rules of overwhelming the system to collapse the system. Obama must collapse capitalism if he is to replace it with some socialistic system, whether communism, marxism or fascism. However, we must not allow obama to become successful in his objective of installing a totalitarian government.
Conservatives must take back the Senate, hold or add on to the lead in the house and if at all possible replace obama with Romney. This is not just for the survival of capitalism and our freedoms, it is for the survival of freedom everywhere it exists in the world. The United States is the only thing preventing the george soros new world order. The United States of America is the last and best sanctuary of freedom in the world.
It is not clear how any truthful freedom loving American can continue to support obama. How do you believe anything a compulsive liar says? What kind of a person does it take to be that apathetic?
I wonder if it was judicial activisim on roberts part or was it the threat obammy made against the SC or was it the influence of George Soros paddig the pocket of old CJ Roberts? Money talks even in the SC as well as in stymies group of thugs. it looks like Roberts is ambidextrious as far as his party choice but more to the left, they pay a lot better.
I didn’t think the SCOTUS would be intimidated by the dictator’s threats toward them, but it looks like Roberts was intimidated!!!! Too bad….I thought he was on the side of freedom and liberty, but I guess not!!! No, we don’t HAVE to buy insurance, but if we don’t, we pay a penalty….that’s kind of a backdoor way of saying, “yes, you do have to buy it”!!! Guess we’ll just have to vote all the supporters of the socialist medical program out in NOVEMBER!!!!
