Since I began my quixotic campaign to uncover Barack Obama’s birth certificate, many have asked me about the president’s possible motives for hiding it with such tenacity and diligence.
I think there are many plausible motives: Perhaps something in that birth certificate, if it indeed exists, would contradict assertions Obama has made about his life’s story. These might even involve his true parental heritage. Without a real birth certificate, no one really knows who his parents were. So it is ridiculous even to speculate about whether citizenship could be conferred upon him by his mother, when we don’t know for sure who his mother is.
Perhaps it reveals a foreign birth, as Hawaii allowed for in 1961 while still issuing the “certification of live birth” we have seen posted on his website.
Or perhaps it will show just what Obama has claimed all along – a birth in Hawaii to two officially non-citizen parents, for the purpose of establishing “natural born citizenship” under the Constitution.
What do I mean by that last possibility? Well, as you know, in 2008, the Senate of the United States held hearings to determine if one of the presidential candidates fulfilled the requirement of being a “natural born citizen.” It wasn’t Barack Obama. It was John McCain, who was born on a U.S. military base overseas to two U.S. citizens.
On April 10 of last year, two senators, both Democrats, Patrick Leahy of Vermont and Claire McCaskill of Missouri, introduced a resolution into upper house expressing a sense of the Senate that McCain was indeed a “natural born citizen.”

The very first presidential election that I personally remember was when John F. Kennedy ran against Senator Barry Goldwater from Arizona. I destinctly remember that the Democrats of that day made a big fuss over the fact that Goldwater was not born in the United States. Arizona became a state in 1912, after Goldwater was born in the territory of Arizona. The democrats tried hard to have him disqualified to run for the presidency on that basis. They didn't succeed then even though he lost that election. So now the liberal progressive democrats claim that Obama'a birth certificate is not important? How times change – for the worse of course!
Jack Kennedy didn't run against Goldwater, LBJ did.
So historically if one detail is inaccurate that makes the entire statement incorrect? WRONG!

Sorry, bud … John F. Kennedy ran against Richard Nixon in 1960. Barry Goldwater was the 1964 Republican nominee for president, and of course, was defeated by Lyndon Johnson. So much for your 'distinct memory.'
Democrats are the party of hypocracy…it seems to come very naturally to them. BTW, a few of your facts are wrong, but your premise is absolutely correct!
Should a law be ignored because someone did not follow it before you? Think of the number of stop signs, speed limits, no-parking zones, and red lights that have been disobeyed to date. Does this mean that these laws are no longer valid? NO. Birther likewise.
I would like to see you clarify the letter, re Obama's birth certificate to be faxed.
You use the term "birth certificate", while I would recommend; long form birth certificate or certified long form birth certificate. While the item posted on the web is a COLB as you know. A "Certificate of Live Birth" -v- "Birth Certificate", do you not see where the confusion comes in and lets the liars say a birth certificate has been shown. You and I know it has not but make the specific issue clear.

What NEEDS to be done, but being they are Democrats, WON’T…is take that footprint and see if it matches his footprint of today…because like fingerprints, unless DELIBERATELY altered, NEVER change!!!! Yes it Was Johnson that ran against Goldwater. I remember it well..because I was upset a the time…I was just 19 and in Michigan-where I lived then-you could not vote until 21..I was upset because I could not vote for Goldwater, yet my male classmates ( class of 64) who were 18 and 19 were getting drafted so Johnson could have his war!

It appears that votes and keeping their job is the main interest right now. Some of these politicians couldn't qualify for a decent job if come up. I have no doubt that OB is not eligible and that he is a liar and a fraud, Our country's highest office has been hijacked by malicious groups bent on the destruction of our country and our freedoms.
We need to take action. My suggestion is that we question those who are running for congress/senate
seats on whether they will pursue investigations into OB's birth cert, eligiblily and extensive corruption
(especially in a public forum which gets news coverage).

I agree with the retired general who said we should FORCE our representatives to organize and go to Obama, and say, "Either produce the undisclosed documents you are hiding, or resign from office." It really is that simple. Obama should be in prison, serving time for his crimes against our country.

So? No one is even disputing the fact that there is a birth certificate on record for Obama in Hawaii…at the time he was born it was very easy to obtain a Hawaiian birth certificate for someone born out of the state. All that was required was for at least one of the child's parents to have previously resided for at least a year in the state of Hawaii. The long form Birth Certificate would indicate if the Obama was born IN Hawaii or in another country and only had the birth registered in Hawaii. Notice that no where on the certificate does it say that the birth certificate says that Obama was born IN Hawaii…when directly questioned the governor refused to say which type of long form birth certificate was on record for Obama.
This letter says nothing…. yes its says Obama's birth certificate is on file in Hawaii …. but does not say WHERE HE WAS BORN, HIS PARENTS NAMES, THE HOSPITAL, DOCTORS NAME, etc.
Face the facts, we have no real evidence who Obama's parents even were…. without the long form, we know nothing.

Also, the State of Hawaii issues two different birth certificates, usually referred to as the "long form" and the "short form." The short form is given to the family, the long form is kept on file in the Hawaii Department of Health. Both forms are legal birth certificates, and both contain the information necessary to prove President Obama's birth place.
Hawaii only very recently declared that the short form birth certificate could be used for official business, such as school registration, playing little league or getting a drivers license. Previously only a long form was acceptable for official purposes. When ANYONE applies for their child's original birth certificate you receive a LONG form Birth Certificate with the hospital, doctors name, and other information on it. At the time of Obama's birth it was quite easy to obtain a birth registered in Obama and to receive a Hawaiian birth certificate for children born out of the state. All that was required was for one parent to have been a resident of Hawaii for at least a year prior to the birth out of the country. The truth is…Obama IS hiding something…his records need to be released so that ALL American's have access to the information. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for him to continue to hide his background information, whether it be his birth records, his school records, his law firm records, his senatorial records, and any other that will clear this mess up. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for him to allow this to continue!

As a professional investigator I know about all I care to about Obama…I do find it strange as hell that noone in government seems to know who or what he is except for the CIA.
He definately was born in Kenya Africa. His mother was white and they moved to Hawaii, where they divorced. The father went back to Kenya. She then married a man by the name of Soetoros and Obamas new "Legal" name is Barrey Soetoros. Yes…the name of Obama (not sure at this point) They moved to Indonesia. While I am in concert with the just opinions concerning the ongoing of the questionable political tactics by the democrats, long term, I caution you all to remember that th Republicans have generally been every bit as bad; just usually more fiscally responsible ; and, that neither party has EVER given a S..T about the American electorate except for how much it could be bled to enrich themselves and be used on political pork to keep the proletatriat voting for them. I hope, after this election result that WE are smart enough to do the same again if the Republicans think it is to be business as usual. If so, they will be the next to go until we get a govenment that operates in the behalf of the electorate at large; and NOT ITSELF! The reason Obama doesn't want us all to see his birth certificate is simple… He has no LEGAL certificate to produce. How he got past the vetting process is anyone's guess. Had Pelosi done her job correctly, the whole mess would have been avoided. It was she who accepted the results of the vetting process as proof of his eligibility to be president!

It’s sorta like the illegals who cross over our border…. when stopped by the cops and are asked for a dr. license, they say they lost it…. when in fact they never had one. Obama says the same thing to gain control of where he wants to go in this country…. First as a Community Organizer, then a Senator.. then the President…. in order to obtain BOTH…. you must be a citizen… thus the lie… Just like a drunk when caught driving… saying he was not drunk.. he was just sleepy… When Obama got by Congress without showing a birth certificate… a light went off in his head… why not try this as President.. and he got by with it too.. look how long it took before someone DEMANDED he show it…only to challenge him on it… so now he has to continue with his lie.
