The following discussion assumes President Obama was born in Hawaii and is a United States citizen.
The purpose of this article is to highlight judicial and historical evidence suggesting that a “natural born citizen” must be born in the United States to parents who are citizens. By that definition, Obama is not eligible to be president. Therefore, his presidency and official administrative acts remain subject to being rendered void by the Supreme Court.

At the official Obama campaign website – Fightthesmears.com – just below the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) – the following admission was also published:
When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.’s children.

This is absolutely correct. Even if he was born in Hawaii he still would not be natural born. However, if he
was born in Kenya, since his father was British and his mother was too young to transmit her US citizenship to him (she would have had to be 19 years of age) Barry junior would not be a US citizen at all but an illegal alien.
You know, it seems to me that after a year if someone doubted my citizenship I would be proud to only show my birth certificate, plus I would show all of my school records as well. I would identify the students that I went to school with so that they also could verify my having gone to school with them. Hey, if you want to check me out, go for it .
Why is it so difficult to have our courts uphold the constitution? It is apparent based on his Father's birthplace and citizenship in Kenya that Obama is not eligible. This is beyond agravating to this U.S. citizen.

Another point to consider is that Obama did grow up from age 6 to age 10 in indonesia. I believe records indicate that he was adopted by his stepfather and was a citizen in Indonesia.
other points are that his father and mother were probably not married. Surprisingly Obamas wife apparently volunteered that tidbit, Looking at the family history Obamas father had many wifes and many kids. i tried doing a family diagram but after the fourth wife it got too complicated.
Basically as a native born (?) citizen and being an indonesian citizen he should have taken the pledge of allegiance. no record is found of this.
Because Obama is a public servant his records should be open and he has fought to keep them closed. If the concern was privacy the other edge of the sword is that people can find out things and state them whether they are valid or not. i suggest that he come clean and allow the truth to come out.
By the way, the publicised birth certificate that he has claimed on websites has been edited by photoshop and is invalid because of this and also being a short form certificate.
It is certain after the november elections this will be looked into.

I believe if Obama is removed from office due to ineligibility, McCain would take over because BHO should never have been allowed to run in the first place. If impeached for treason, Biden would take over unless he, of course, were also impeached – hopefully with all the rest of the idiots surrounding him and being aware (but not speaking out) of his ineligibility.
