“Young Guns” is a program of the National Republican Congressional Campaign (NRCC) which bills itself as committed to building the “next generation of conservative leaders.” Those words are from the home page of the project’s website http://www.gopyoungguns.com.
The website is misleading. While Young Guns solicits donations from Tea Party and conservative donors, the GOP house leaders who run the program actually use it to elect GOP moderates over conservatives.
The corruption doesn’t end there. Insiders who work for the NRCC actually use the money generated by the program to promote friends and business associates, “encouraging” candidates to hire certain consultants before they will get support.
The campaign manager of one conservative candidate used the word “extortion” to explain how the sordid system works. Here is a real world example.
In what political reporter John Gizzi of Human Events wrote was, “the nastiest primary of the year so far,” Representative Adam Kinzinger defeated 20 year veteran Congressman Don Manzullo. The Manzullo vs. Kinzinger race gives us a glimpse of how the program works. Manzullo is a strong conservative with a lifetime American Conservative Union (ACU) rating of 96 compared to the more moderate Kinzinger who scores a miserable 72 out of 100 from the ACU.
When two Members face off against each other, it is unusual for the GOP leadership to choose sides. But in this case the Young Guns Action Fund unleashed a $50,000 advertising blitz, which deceptively called the more moderate Kinzinger, “an important part of the next generation of conservative leaders” and “a conservative rock in the fight against runaway government spending.” When confronted, Cantor told Manzullo it was because he had “a major investment” in Kinzinger.
Illinois conservatives were furious about what they saw as a betrayal by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, the leader of the Young Guns Action Fund. Jameson Campaigne a leader of conservatives in the Land of Lincoln went so far as emailing his fellow members of the ACU board to ask that Eric Cantor not be invited to the ACU’s Conservative Political Action Conference.
Campaigne wrote, “I hope I can have your promise — in advance — to make sure Eric Cantor is not allowed to speak in any capacity at CPAC next year. And if he whines about not being there, he is told this blackball is his punishment for taking out a 96% ACU-rated conservative in favor of one of his owned-and-operated Members who is not a conservative. He needs to get the message loud and clear – which he won’t until it causes him pain and embarrassment — that he does not get away with advancing his own career by messing with ‘our people’.”
Campaigne added later, “Cantor and his Beltway pals are guilty of deceptive advertising — using the “conservative brand” to advance their cronies instead of the conservative movement.”
Kinzinger verses Manzullo isn’t an isolated example of the Young Guns Money being spent to help more moderate Republicans. And even more insidious is the way the money is spent to help prop up the consulting businesses of selected Republican insiders.
The manager of a congressional candidate confidentially shared his story with us. He recently received a call, which he considered threatening, from a staff member at the NRCC. The NRCC staff member told him, “we don’t like the team of people you have on the campaign; they are too conservative. You won’t get any support from the Young Guns program unless you fire your current consultants and hire the consultants we have recommended.” This manager felt he was being “extorted” by this NRCC staffer.
With a series of important GOP House primaries ahead, conservatives are closely watching to see if GOP leaders and NRCC staff will meddle in favor of more moderate voices using money raised from conservatives. The races to watch are in Louisiana where Rep. Charles Boustany Jr. with an ACU Rating of 83 squares off with Rep. Jeff Landry with an ACU Rating of 96; and in Florida where Rep. John Mica, ACU Rating 83 is running against Rep. Sandy Adams ACU rating of 88. Conservatives must hold the NRCC leadership and staff accountable.

Now we see a bit of why obuma isn’t being investigated. What a mess. It’s cleaning time. Operation Clean Sweep next election.
Floyd and Mary Beth nail it again. If the above photo isn’t the very picture of what ails us, I don’t know what is. Yes, the “other side” is in an all-out-war to destroy the Constitution, the Economy, and all things American (except their excessive perks and paychecks), but what we now have (and no doubt have had for decades) is a co-dependent relationship between the D’s and the R’s. When I read several years back that the “Young Guns’ ” “bold” budget proposal was to “return to the spending levels of 2008,” a half trillion dollar deficit (under Nancy Pelosi’s leadership), after it took us nearly 200 years to reach the first trillion dollars in debt over the entire cumulative period, I was sickened. Think about it. THAT was the “Young Guns” themselves…and THEY are supposedly the good guys here! If there is one thing that defines the Republican leadership (and apparently the vast majority of its feckless followers) it is Compromise. We might also now add the terms Collusion and Corruption to the list as well!

Take the pledge people. It’s time to clean our own house first: these rats can stay on the own ship of doom. Don’t doom yourself to betraying the Constitution for these traitors and hypocrites. We can’t disinfect ourselves of liberalism till we wash our hands of the criminals hiding in our own house. take the pledge:
I insert your name
do solemnly swear on my sacred honor: to defend and uphold the
Constitution of these United States of America, in opposition to all
enemies foreign, or domestic. I forever support the principle that the
Constitution and all of its Articles. Sections and Clauses are not
sever-able nor subject to the whims of the majority, nor a consensus, nor a
popular vote. This pledge forever affirms that I will not have my vote
stolen, nor become complicit in the usurpation of the Office of the
Presidency and Commander in Chief for any Party, Agenda, or Cause. This
pledge forever guarantees I will not vote for any Presidential ticket
that is not transparently and fully guaranteed to meet the Article 2
Section 1 Clause 5, “Natural Born Citizen” requirement. I forever affirm
that I will either skip my vote or vote for the opponent of: any
candidate who does not take this pledge nor commits to renew and obey their
Constitutional oath. I swear to follow through to it’s end the truth and
prosecution of Barack Obama’s crimes against these United States and
it’s Constitution and the truth and prosecution of any and all collateral crimes by any sworn official, be it of silence, omission, complicity, violation of oath, bribery, blackmail,
coercion, extortion, intimidation or failure of duty to the citizen’s or Constitution, no matter the consequences: ‘It’s the Truth Stupid!’ This pledge shall
be considered my official notification to The Republican National
Committee, that they may take this timely and limited opportunity to change their
duplicitous ways, to end their silence, to pledge to not present a Non-
Natural Born Citizen Presidential Ticket, and to prosecute the obvious
mystery and fraud known as Barack Obama and to admit their part in this
fraud and it’s consequences or accept that:” Failure to do so will cost them my vote: be it for President or any other office sworn and pledged to uphold the
Constitution. So help me God.”
It’s the Truth Stupid!
Sold out by both parties, defended by a few Senators, a few Congressmen, a few sheriffs and a lot of guns. We have them surrounded.
The long awaited election on 2010 was a stunning victory for conservatives and accomplished almost nothing! Now everyone looks forward to 2012 as the chance to once again reclaim our freedoms. I am less than optimistic about it. The results of that election, if one occurs, has already been determined. I cannot help but feel that if America is to be saved it will be by the American people, not an elected leader.

Someone in Congress must keep focussed on defending the free market economy, right now. Cantor does just this. I am a little right of Atilla The Hun, and I will support Cantor, my Congressman, for re-election. Incidentally, I was a Virginia Advance Straw Poll Delegate for Dr. Paul in ’07, and voted for Paul for President in ’88. I was Birched in ’72. You know about the JBS, right? The Birchers, mostly small business owners, are what the Tea Party might grow up to be. They have been trying to get the US out of the UN since 1955.
Looking at what Leader Cantor has done, and what he has been elected to do, we see that he has diligently focussed on passing legislation that girds the free market against the ongoing leftist onslaught. He’s damn good at it.
Leader Cantor has shown true grit, and to the best of my knowledge is the only man to have walked out on Obama. Balls of steel, I’d say.
Eric Cantor stands for something worth defending on it’s own merits: Free Enterprise. I write to his office at least once a week and give him grief. I always get a satisfactory answer. I also follow the actual results of what is done legislatively. Free enterprise, thanks to Leader Cantor and his excellent staff, is being supported, which helps bouy the cause of liberty, and produces real jobs.
‘Nuff said.
Eric Cantor Continues Focus on
Small Businesses and Job Creation
Congressman Cantor Attends Signing of JOBS Act
Congressman Cantor worked diligently to find some common ground where both political parties could agree in the area of job creation. He put together a bill called the JOBS Act and shepherded it through Congress.
Yesterday Congressman Cantor attended the ceremony at the White House where it was signed. This new law will cut through Washington red tape and will lead to job creation. It will help small businesses grow and expand, and will create new jobs.
“This bill tries to make it a little easier for the small businessmen and women who want to seek investors, who want to build their business to retain and hire more people. It’s a straight up solutions oriented bill. I hope it represents the kind of bipartisan work that we can accomplish here in Washington over the next few months. We have a very difficult economic situation still. The President said today that he has always believed that it is the private sector that is the job generator in this country. I agree with him. I think most Americans agree with him.”

Congressman Cantor Commended for his Leadership
Congressman Cantor was recognized for his leadership in an editorial published in The Hill this week. Here it is in case you missed it.
Legislator Cantor
By The Hill Editors
The majority leader in the House has a lot of responsibilities, most notably the scheduling of legislation for votes.
But recently House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) has also been crafting high-profile bills.
Earlier this year he reworked a Democratic measure that sought to ban insider trading for members of Congress. The legislation attracted some controversy, but ultimately passed the House, 417-2.

Congressman Cantor Visits Google
Congressman Cantor recently visited Google Headquarters in California where he met with the company’s co-founder and other executives. Below is an article about the visit.
Eric Cantor’s excellent Google adventure
Politico
By Michelle Quinn
House Majority Leader Eric Cantor toured Google’s campus here Tuesday, meeting with company executives and getting a ride in Google’s famous driverless car.
“It is pretty extraordinary,” the Virginia Republican told POLITICO. “I saw what tech can do to expand the imagination and redefine what a car means.”
Cantor met with Google co-founder Sergey Brin and Kent Walker, the company’s general counsel. He also met with executives at Google’s venture arm, Google Ventures, and some of the entrepreneurs Google Ventures has supported.

I’ve been trying to get this across to my “Young Gun” Congressman. His staff keeps putting me off. I think they’ve been PO’d at the Tea Party since John Boehner wasn’t allowed to even say hello at the first rally in his District (very dumb move, but that’s history.)
Five important questions should be consistently asked, truthfully answered and applied with integrity when writing legislation and running any resulting bureaucracy:
o Will this new law help or hurt initiative or personal responsibility?
o Does the legislation or the bureaucracy it authorizes equally benefit the wider community?
o Will this legislation put people or regions in a creative or entrepreneurial strait jacket?
o Will the legislation encourage and maximize private enterprise and employment without requiring major government oversight?
o Is the legislation less than 100 pages in length, devoid of selective privileges and unrelated attachments and riders?

Aside from the fact that I don’t have money to give any political candidate, I won’t give any to the RNC because they will use it for RINOs. I stupidly gave Boehner 25 bucks in 2010 and it didn’t go to him it went to the RNC.
Now that I know what a spineless tool he is, I should have saved my money for more beans and rice.
It is both sad and funny to watch a formerly great party commit political suicide. Will the internecine warfare break up the GOP and force a political realignment or will the GOP simply implode, leaving the door open for the rise of another political party? Only time will tell.
The Democrat and Republican parties disagree and fight each other because they want their party to be the one that goes down in history for destroying the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Both parties are filled with socialist, communist and marxist which HATE the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and Bill of Rights and they will do and say anything to destroy them. Take a look at all the legislation that both parties have passed that is against the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and Bill of Rights and the citizens of USA.
