It’s easy to tell when Attorney General Eric Holder is about to take part in another bout of prevarication before a congressional committee. Just look for a Friday night, White House sponsored, Department of Justice document dump.
This time the White House oversaw the release of some 500 redacted emails and other assorted tid-bits, designed as usual to lead House and Senate investigators precisely where the Obama Regime wants them to go in their investigation of the “gunwalking” Operation Fast and Furious.
And one of those emails makes it clear that Eric Holder’s DOJ aide, Monty Wilkinson received news of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s murder almost immediately after the December 2010 killing had taken place.
“Tragic,” Winkinson responded to December 15th emails from then Phoenix US Attorney Dennis Burke. “I’ve alerted the AG, the Acting DAG, Lisa, etc.”
And after asking Burke for any additional updates he might come across, Wilkinson received the following……“The guns found in the desert near the murder [sic] … officer connect back to the investigation we were going to talk about — they were AK-47s purchased at a Phoenix gun store.”
The “investigation,” Burke referred to was, of course, Fast and Furious.
Naturally this information goes even further in putting the lie to Holder’s May 4th testimony before Congressman Darrell Issa in which the AG claimed to have heard of Operation F&F only a few weeks earlier.
The question of course is: WHY? Why did the White House authorize, or rather undoubtedly TELL the Department of Justice to make such obviously incriminating documentation public?
Barack Obama is deliberately providing proof of what most already know—Eric Holder lied to Darrell Issa. But what does it gain the acting president to make his Attorney General a candidate for a Congressional charge of perjury? For clearly the Regime does nothing without first calculating the political advantage.
Some, like Mike Vanderboegh of the Fast and Furious story-breaking Sipsey Street blog believe the release of the emails was designed to put Holder in peril in order to preserve the safety of the White House and Barack Obama. “They’re protecting the White House and are willing to dispose of Holder to do it,” reasons Vanderboegh.
But there is another explanation for the behavior of the White House. Republicans have known of Eric Holder’s perjury for months. House and Senate committee members have listened as Hillary Clinton, Janet Napolitano, FBI head Robert Moeller, Dennis Burke, former Phoenix ATF head Bill Newell and a host of others have lied their way through the proceedings.
Yet not one charge has been leveled against any of the people involved in the Fast and Furious related deaths of hundreds and breaking of countless United States statutes. Why should the release of a few more pieces of paper proving what investigators already know result in anything different now?
Barack Obama knows that, given the incomparable cowardice of Republican political elites, he could release a DVD of himself and Eric Holder shooting residents at an old ladies home and face nothing more serious than a moderately worded request that they use environmentally friendly ammunition in future!
But by releasing this damaging Fast and Furious information himself, Obama “one-ups” Republicans, quashing any headlines (however small) and making himself appear both honest and cooperative with congressional investigators.
And besides, if John Boehner and Mitch McConnell should shock everyone with a sudden attack of manhood, Barack will no doubt be happy to pardon Eric Holder after the election as his minions cry “racism” throughout the campaign.
Holder will testify before the House on February 2nd. We’ll find out if any Republican committee member has the courage to call him the liar he has been once again proven to be.

Just serve him his papers of being indicted for Obstruction of Justice and Perjury charges. The rest falls into place. It is very obvious that Holder and Obama were and still are involved in corruption and it actually doesn’t even stop here.
Ahh, yes. The old ‘pardon’ technique. Even if Holder gets bamboozled and thrown under the bus, and has to do any jail time, he won’t have to worry about it, because his ‘ol buddy Obama will pardon the SOB!
O.k., so we have an answer for that one: Indict Obama for illegally holding the office of POTUS. The State of Georgia and Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse report due out soon, should start the ball rolling in the right direction!
Maybe if we can get Obama, the illegal pretending president, out of office before the election, he won’t have any amnesty power.
So true and the sooner we try and incarcerate them for complicity and conspiracy in the commission of a feloney murder.Then we can turn them over to the Mexican Government for high crimes comitted wiht those weapons. Namely the Attempt to overthrow the Mexican Government and the killing of 200+ Mexican Nationals in the process. I believe they would find Mexican Prisons less appealing than ours! What do you think!

Obozo, our Liar in chief MUST pardon him, after all he did what he did at Obozo’s demand!! that’s where the trail shouldd go and end, but maybe they will be satisfied with Holder! That’s the big hope, so Obozo won’t be included…After all he had said HE was working “under the radar” on gun control…and this is his under the radar operation!!
If the seat gets too hot, Holder will simply exercise his 5th Amendment rights just as one of the other ATF people did recently. All these committee investigations give the illusion that Congress is busy trying to get the facts, but the facts are obvious. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Holder lied under oath regarding when he knew about the operation, and evidence has proven that he discussed the operation in a speech almosdt 2 years before he claimed he first learned about it.
Bill Clinton was impeached for lying under oath (perjury), so why hasn’t Holder been impeached?
Why has nothing happened to Holder for LYING to Darrell Issa and a House committee? Because John Boehner is a wuss. That’s why. Weepy little Johnie is frightened to DEATH of being labeled a RAAAACIST should he actually enforce the LAW at his command against Holder.
So he hides under his desk whenever Darrell Issa walks down the hall. Rest assured, Obama counts heavily on the utter gutlessness of Republicans on the Hill. And he is never disappointed.
Perhaps I am just naive but, I am hoping that Issa and Grassley are dragging their feet so that, God willing, Obama will no longer be around to issue pardons for Holder, etal. Think about how much more pressure there would be for Holder to implicate Obama in the whole mess if he knew he was facing twenty five years. All the more reason that “We The People” must vote this pack of commie wloves out and push congress to prosecute as many as they can find the evidence to convict………..which I feel confident will be ninety five percent of this administration.

Why are any of them still walking around DC free? They should all be in custody, especially Obama, he’s supposed to be in the big chair which makes him responsible for his entire staff. At least that’s the way we were supposed to do it in the military. The man in command is always responsible. I am so ashamed of each and every one of them out there. Did we hire them to do this crap? Or were they supposed to do their job? I can understand maybe why the Dems don’t do anything, not really, but at least the Republicans should be jacking them all up. I think we missed the bus here, we need a guy like Allen West out there. He don’t care if they like it or not, he’d jack ‘em up and remove them from office. Maybe we need to supply him with more power and let him just take care of business.
