By his own admission, Barack Obama used drugs and almost certainly passed drugs to his friends. This makes it likely he has committed drug-related felonies. Even just passing drugs around in a circle of friends is a “sale of drugs” felony. Nevertheless, it’s not really important whether we have enough definitive evidence to convict Barack Obama in a court room. It is, after all, only the seriousness of the charges and not the nature of the evidence that counts.
During Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s March 1, 2012 press conference, his lead investigator presented a copy of Barack Obama’s draft registration card and explained how it was forged. It was clear that if the draft card Obama possessed was genuine, he, Barack Hussein Obama, received THE ONLY draft card issued since 1980 that was stamped with a single digit year. Every other draft card issued before and after Barack Obama’s special one includes four digits. Obama’s draft card is stamped with “80” for the year it was issued. Any legitimate stamp would say “1980.”
Obama’s draft card looks like it was made by a high school kid learning how to photo-shop a document. All of this strongly suggests Obama may very well be a felon under several statutes of both Hawaiian and federal law.
When Obama either made or received his obviously fake draft card, that could be a felony violation of Jimmy Carter’s Proclamation 4771, Registration Under the Military Selective Service Act, which retroactively re-established the Selective Service registration requirement for all 18–26 year old male citizens born on or after January 1, 1960.
Failure to register for the draft – certainly indicated by possession of a forged draft card – makes a man born after December 31, 1959 liable for a maximum fine of $250,000 and a prison term of up to five years.
The law also stipulates that an unregistered male is not eligible for a job in the Executive Branch. This means a forged draft card cannot be used to satisfy the requirements to be the president. It means Barack Obama may be guilty of federal felonies because he possessed and presented an identification document that is a fake. It means he may have committed more federal felonies involving fraud when he presented a forged draft card to satisfy the requirements for any federal student aid he used to attend college in America.

I agree with Jazz, that RICO is definitely the way to go. The corruption has spread way too far for any other action to be effective. Mass arrests and interrogations will sort out who merely went along for the ride, thus profiting from the criminal acts, and who tried to end it but was unable to find enough support to get the job done. We must also consider the number of deaths connected with this administration that occurred under mysterious circumstances. Did Chief Justice Roberts tilt the vote on Obamacare because he was in fear for the safety of a family member? It is a very real possibility when we consider who we are dealing with.
I would not go so far as to demand that children be punished. Depending on their ages, they probably had very little to do with political decisions. Children can’t choose their parents. Those who are of age, and assisted in their parents’ careers are certainly able to be tried along with their parents and sentenced appropriately, depending on the extent of their knowledge and involvement
Is it time to federalize Sheriff Joe and some other honest and courageous sheriffs and police officers and get busy and clean house? We certainly cannot depend on any of the current federal law enforcement agencies, as they are going along with the Criminal in Chief, and therefore are as guilty as he is.

Of course the babies and toddlers would go to children services division but the teenagers can certainly read the papers and get on line to read what we read. So in effect they are guilty too. Ignorance is no excuse of the law. Sheriff Joe needs to go to Washington DC with alot of Handcuffs.
While teenagers may be aware of the situation, most are powerless to change it. They will need to be evaluated on a case by case basis. Some will certainly be as disgusted with the, at best, lackadaisical attitude of their parents as we are. Others will have already been indoctrinated so completely that there is no hope to salvage them. Some officials in Washington, District of Criminals, are honest and would certainly stand up for law and order, but live in fear for their lives and those of their family members. They have no one to trust, as all must remain silent. Once the Potomac is finally turned into a giant tea pot, I have no doubt that these people will step out and publicly announce their true beliefs. Being that Obama is constantly harping about Romney and his connection to Bain and his alleged “felony”, is there anyone within the Romney Campaign who has the courage to start in to a background check on Obama and reverse the treatment? How about demanding Obama produce all of his education records from K through to his college graduation, including all application forms for financial assistance, etc.? How about demanding that he produce verifiable evidence of just where and when he obtained his social security card? How about demanding that he produce copies of his first and any subsequent passports, including the supporting passport documents? How about demanding his purpose for traveling to Pakistan during his college years and what he was doing there? That should be a good start for them.

Since I have read through most of the comments, all were saying basically the same thing.. HE MUST GO….!! Well.. who is BRAVE enough to form a committee to do just that. Is there any one in any of these writings who knows a Senator who can get the ball rolling to get him pitched out of office… ? We all seem to gripe and do nothing. I am one of them… but I’m a NOBODY…. just a frustrated person who can’t stand what he is doing to this country with his wild spending. Issa is probably the only one who is smart enough and strong enough to do something about this. Who is able to hire an outside Prosecutor to look into this. It would certainly have to be a Republican.
It’s going to be a hard row to plow… mainly cause ALL of the Media will take his side and never publish ANYTHING he has done wrong. Only Fox News would tell it like it is. But when you have the rest of the Media covering up for him… who listens to just Fox News…? One needs to find a reporter who is a Republican who would undercover things Obama has done and is doing… to find a way of getting him out of office. But it seems all reporters for the rest of the Media are on his side…. and even if enough is found to boot him.. the media wont print it and Obama knows this too.. How about some foreign Reporter…. who wants to make a name for himself.. As long as we sit and gripe, nothing will be accomplished…
Who took it upon themselves when they Impreached Clinton? How did that come about? Surely some of you all who are reading these things knows someone who knows someone who can do something. Obama is worse than any Mafia Don … that’s for sure.. cause he’s deadly if you do something to him… and his wife is no better… she’s evil to the core.
