A bombshell has just exploded in the 2010 elections.
For the second time in five months, the Obama White House is being accused — by Democrats — of offering high ranking government jobs in return for political favors. What no one is reporting is that this is a violation of federal law that can lead to prison time, a fine or both, according to Title 18, Chapter 11, Section 211 of the United States Code.
The jobs in question? Secretary of the Navy and a position within the U.S. Agency for International Development.
The favor requested in return? Withdrawal from Senate challenges to two sitting United States Senators, both Democrats supported by President Obama. The Senators are Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania and Michael Bennet in Colorado.

Who is Barack Hussein Obama….who IS he really?
The REAL question to ask is, is there anything about this administration that IS legal? The current occupant of the White House is more and more appearing to be a manufactured entity to suit the interests of global king makers who have nothing in common with the American citizen. He doesn't have a birth certificate to legitimatize him as legally holding office, no one knows him from college, even when they were in the same classes, he won't give up any records of any schooling ANYWHERE, he has signed supreme policing authority over to INTERPOL, for no GOOD reason, which neutralizes OUR SOVEREIGNTY as well as our NATIONAL SECURITY. It doesn't make ME more secure, that's for sure! You either! He keeps spending our futures for the next several GENERATIONS on issues of his own agenda, nothing that benefits the American citizen, he keeps engaging in LIES and subterfuge to create "conditions" that will allow him to extort what little we have left to ourselves, further spiraling the entire population into potential slavery, in order to pay off debts that WE THE PEOPLE did not incur. Lies, extortion, subterfuge, that is the daily practice of this bunch. IMPEACH OBAMA! NOW!
We will need a majority in the Senate before we can begin impeachment proceedings. Therefore, the November 2010 election is of most iimportance.

Linda, Impeachment begins in the House of Representatives they have to bring articles of impeachment where the house has to vote in favor once that is accomplished then it goes to the Judiciary committee that has to decide whether to proceed.
Unless we control the house it will never happen. But impeaching Obummer is moot, he is not a legal POTUS therefore you cannot impeach him but he can be imprisoned as an enemy combatatant., if proven he's not a legal citizen. We already know that hes not N.B.C.

You won't get a federal court to take the case. The system is corrupted. Forget any impeachment. If it were going to even be viable it would have been at least spoken about by the GOP. It hasn't because there are many of them who had a hand in this corrupt government who would go down with it. In my estimation the only restoration of law will occur when there has been a real revolt and a new court is opened.
If a federal court wont take this case now, they are as corrupt as obama. Americans have the right to listen to the whole thing. Americans need to vote for a new real citizen,now. Any day should count,to restore or freedom and rights and the constitution.

Neither has any other president. Some released their grade point averages. But that is a voluntary thing. If you would like to see Obama's grade point average, and he doesn't release it in the next election, then vote for the candidate that does release his grade point average.
Obama was born in Hawaii, as his official birth certificate from Hawaii shows , and the facts on that document were confirmed twice by the two top officials in the Department of Health of Hawaii, who happen to be members of a Republican governor's administration.
Obama's college records are not sealed. They are private like everyone's college records.
Michelle was not disbarred.
Obama went to Pakistan on a US passport. Pakistan was not on any "no travel list" at the time and it welcomed US tourists. Obama had a US passport from the time that he left Hawaii to go to Indonesia with his mother.
Our present administration is quickly approaching a point where “We the People” are no longer the rulers but the serfs. The voter intimidation Black Panther debacle is being swept under the rug, attorneys who worked pro bono for Gitmo detainees are in the DOJ and their names are being kept secret by our Attorney General. Obamacare although opposed by a massive majority of our citizens is still the agenda of the Democrats. Obama’s birth certificate issue is no longer just about the certificate, it has become a symbol of the massive lack of transparency of everything his administration, including the DOJ, does and says. This administration’s answer to criticism, obeying the rule of law or demands for transparency is to ignore those requests or to tie them up in a tangle of legal obfuscation, political maneuvering and rhetoric. Words, promises and oaths have meaning. They are the basis of honorable conduct. Without honor and honorable conduct, we as a society will fail. It is our choice. We can demand the return of honor in our society or we can just give up. The choice is ours as American citizens!
