Smoke has been used to mask the movement of military units to disorient or drive off attackers. In politics, smoke screens are something said or done in order to hide the truth. The Petraeus scandal with the smoke provided by the liberal mainstream media has redirected attention away from the murders of Americans in Benghazi.

The surprising resignation of CIA director David Petraeus and the sideshow it created was the perfect smoke screen this administration needed. The continuous revelations created the drama that keeps the loyal Obama audience entertained. It has the sex, the drama, and the execution of a Hollywood production. The premise of the movie “Wag the Dog” was: a campaign spin doctor and a Hollywood film producer construct a fake war to divert attention away from a sex scandal. The press willingly plays along with the current scenario; the tail is wagging the dog, and the foolish masses are none the wiser. This time, a high-level official sex scandal smoke screen is distracting attention away from the murder of an American Ambassador. The only unknown is the name of the Hollywood producer.

Victor Davis Hanson asked the questions on the mind of many conservatives: who are these women, and where do they get their power? One question Mr. Hanson may have overlooked is: to whom do they owe loyalties, and who gave the FBI the authority to investigate top government officials before the election? This Administration knew about the women and the general for months and had to authorize the investigations. Everything else reads like a well-prepared script from “Law and Order” including the consensual midnight raid on a house of former CIA director Petraeus’ alleged mistress. Who writes this stuff?
Backbone
The President and Mrs. Clinton were behind Ambassador Susan Rice in her early effort to play off the Benghazi murders as a result of a YouTube video. She went on five Sunday morning talk shows to protect Obama’s appeasement policy towards the Muslim Brotherhood. Obama has a tendency to hide behind the skirt of his mommy, or a substitute mommy to conceal his insecurities. When Republican Senators threatened to block the possible nomination of Ms. Rice to the appointment of Secretary of State, Mr. Obama behaved like a child losing one of his favorite skirted shields and challenged them. In a rare moment of clarity, South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham sent a message to Obama: “Mr. President, don’t think for one minute I don’t hold you ultimately responsible for Benghazi. I think you failed as Commander in Chief before, during, and after the attack.” Where was this backbone before the election?

“Where was this backbone before the election?” \Well, as I argued immediately after the election day it must have gotten to Mitt Romney while invoiced by CIA intelligence reports that Obama indeed committed treason in smuggling arms form the Libyan Al Qaeda to the Syrian Al Qaeda via NATO ally Turkey.
Romney then got the hint from Petraeus, Morell that if he did not acquiescence in keeping this secret because of the huge political ramifications for US geo policies … there would come a civil war and the Republican Party would get the blame. (Just like Ed Henry FOX)
While everyone is focusing on Obama, Rice, Clinton, Clapper, Petraeus, Panetta etc and where many already are aware that the FBI was pressed by other intelligence services America has besides the CIA to look into Paula Broadwell, John Allen and Jill Kelley who has already been identfied as a self appointed liaison between US military brass and the Lebanese branch of Al Qaeda (Morell is looking into this now) that this is really about the failure or bankruptcy of Obama’s Muslim Brotherhood Outreach policy.
This MB Outreach Policy ended with the confiscation of one of the many previous weapons smuggle ships in a Turkish harbor. Chris Stevens started this with arms smuggle to Al Qaeda then fighting Gadafi leading to the capture of Russian surface to air missiles etc sold to Gadafi.
Hypocrite Obama had leaked this capture to the international press to pave the way for Chris Stevens to setup a secret mission in Benghazi to have these weapons re-captured.
But in reality it was plan to transport them to Syria all along …
It is cynical that US arms smuggled by Stevens into Lybia helped Al Qaeda to catch Russian arms from Gadafi etc. etc but maybe it is just business as usual.
But even more sinister is that Obama planned to have these Russian weapons not only to be used against the Syrian regime and friends with the Russians .. but also against Turkey via the Kurds, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Israel … The psychedelic mind set of Obama just don’t give a damn …
It is time for the Western world to get to grips with this situation and address what has become a huge and complicated international diplomatic scandal and bring it to the level of the international community
Obama must be impeached by the American People and the international community must find a way around the US to end the civil war in Syria Obama has intentionally instigated.
Dropping Israel’s name in this post is not convincing that those particular arms would go to Israel. Be careful on your accuracy in these postings. Further developments will show Barack Obama as Israel’s most dangerous enemy at this time.
What difference does all this talk do anyway. We all know he is going to get away with all of it. My goodness he had dead people and people that did not even exist in some Ohio communities voting for him and no one has demanded the truth on that one either.
I am tired of it. I no longer watch the news or care to hear it. I am not sure who has the power anymore to even impeach him or have him removed for fraud and treason….I will not go cast votes at polls any longer when they are all rigged anyway…

The sad fact is Bengazi is not a political fight, unless you let it be, and in that case then we deserve what we get.
