On a slow Friday afternoon in March, America ceased to be a Republic. In a sneaky political power grab, the White House outmaneuvered Congress, and America became a dictatorship.
Steve Eichler, Chief Executive Officer of Tea Party, Inc., tells us that without any fanfare and hardly any attention from the media–obsessed with green beer and shamrock parades–the boldest assault on America since the Revolutionary War took place in Washington.
However did he do it? By Executive Order, Barack Hussein Obama completely bypassed the U.S. Constitution and powers of Congress and bestowed upon himself the power to impose a brutal version of Martial Law.
Obama has been raised since early childhood to despise America and hate her freedoms. He was mentored both by terrorist Bill Ayers and Frank Marshall Davis, who taught him that socialists only know what’s good for the people. So in March, 2012, their long-time anti-American quasi-Marxist plans finally came to fruition.
Through Presidential Executive Order, Barack Obama gave himself massive powers that allow himself to instantly bring about socialism in America and create a Soviet-like statist regime–whenever he wants.
We are the largest, strongest power on Earth. Why do we need Martial Law plans when there is no one who can possibly invade us? It’s called the National Defense Resources Preparedness Plan –which runs to more pages of legal mumbo jumbo. But when you cut through the legalese, you will soon find out that Obama has hijacked our country, ridden roughshod over Congress, and really stuck it to the American people.
He can now:
-Raise gas prices
-fix any food prices
-cut back on health care for citizens
-reduce our pay
-bail out any person or company he wants
-halt consumer production and replace it with government work
-hike up airfares
-force the production of electric cars
-break existing labor contracts
-and much more
By limiting how we travel, what we can eat, and where we can work, he can create the communist utopia he has always dreamed about. How could this be? Can it be revoked? The only way an Executive Order can be revoked is by another Executive Order, and Obama is not going to do that. There is only one other way. Congress can kill this by refusing to appropriate the money to implement his wishes and by passing legislation that makes his plans illegal. But do they have the guts? The House may, but what about the liberal majority in the Senate?

Sadly under Speaker John Boehner coupled with our “Do-Nothing Congress” they won’t do anything at all to rock their boat and threaten their elitist way of life. The Member’s of Congress all earn in base salary alone $176,000.00 per year.
These elitists also only work on average one hundred day’s per year while in supposed “session”, that breaks down to a pay of $$220.00 per hour, assuming that they work on average 800 per year. That does not include the actual cost of a Senator or Congressman that averages in total about $4,000,000.00 each when you consider adding in the costs associated with their staff’s and remote offices. Ever ask yourself why they have a staff when they seem to never get anything done to help the American people?
I wonder how many Senator’s and Congressman would be elected to office if they had to posses a certain IO level, I suspect that not too many would be sent to Washington other than as working in Congress as a custodian. Maxine Water is a perfect example as is Charlie Rangel of individuals that should never have been elected to high positions, the sad part is that there are many other’s less mentally equipped than the two that I mentioned above.
Their salaries are chump change compared to all the money that they steal. How can people go to Capitol Hill poor, and leave wealthy? They all have access to insider trading that if you or I had the same information, we would be arrested, tried, and convicted. So, I concur with you that Congress (collectively) does not want to do a thing about it, and if they convict one, they will convict all.
I agree with statements concerning Obama. I also agree with Gabor Zolna about congress, as congress is to blame just as much as Obama himself is. Afterall it took all of congress to give Obama his powers, they deferred it to him by vote, and this was power that congress abrogated or they took from the people.
HOWEVER there is ONE point I disagree with. The Republic did not end in March of 2012. The Republic actually died the moment Abraham Lincoln won the presidency. It was Lincoln who destroyed the Republic and he said so himself. Lincoln stated, “In saving the union I have destroyed the Republic.” Google the phrase and read about it yourself. It also was Lincoln that set the precedents that has given congress and Obama the ability to continually disregard the US Constitution at the expense of the people. Obama himself has stated how much he admires Lincolns and quotes him often. People just does not realize that Karl Marx was friends with Lincoln and had advised him on many things during that time. People just don’t realize that Abraham Lincoln was the country’s first Marxist president. If you wish to further read about this connection, there is a book titled, “Lincoln’s Marxists” by Al Benson that is a great and very informative read.
Finally I ask all of you; what is more important, saving the union or saving the Republic? One cannot be saved without destroying the other, although in saving the Republic at least part of the old union could have been saved..
In destroying the Republic you have destroyed TWO countries and made/forced one of those countries to be your subjects against their will and rights to self-determination. Also destroying the Republic you created in its’ place a political system called a, Federal Democratic Union, which is forced. Now the chickens have come home to roost and you are seeing the results of what you have created. So be happy, for it was what you originally wanted! To FORCE others(a whole separate part of the country) to bow to you and do as you say. Difference is today it is the upper echelons of those people that are now forcing this same thing onto you!
Your country, your Republic has been dead since 1860!

My compliments, Mike. Its refreshing to hear someone that understands. Lincoln was praised by Marxists the world over. He removed the power from the people and brought bloodshed to our soil…….its what they do. Lincoln had to be martyred to make excuses for his war that was entirely unnecessary. Think of it, 620,000 American lives, more than all other US wars combined…..just to build a huge powerful central government. Its ironic how Republicans gripe about big government these days but this only proves how political parties of the past can’t be compared to those of today. No president has been more harmful to our nation and freedom than old Abe. Had he lived, his legacy would be nothing like the Lincoln Kool-Aid that the ignorant accept gleefully. The dumbing gown of the USA has been very successful.

obama studied the Constitution to thwart it, not to enforce it, he studied it to defeat it, not to defend it….that’s why he is doing what he’s doing, he knows the weakest links and how to ignore the Constitution and work around the Congress, he also has his own party running the Senate, who has nearly 40 “JOBS” and other bills sitting in the office of Harry Reid and will die on the vine, never seeing the light of DAY, because the Media wont bring this to light, and tell the American People what the Democrats are doing…so they cant make an educated decision to remove them…..

I sincerely wish it. BO should at the very least be arrested for treason…but who will do it? Along with him should go all the lying SOBs in government. There are so many, that we may have a vacant government.
No one in either party has the guts to confront Obama and demand his impeachment! The Congress is too busy lining their own pockets. With Obama’s communist ties, neither he nor his communist czars should have ever been given a ‘clearance’ to even walk into the White House! We MUST elect Romney and as many Tea Party candidates as possible to both branches of Congress if we have any hope of re-taking our government and getting back to the Republic and our Constitution!
Actually, we haven’t yet officially ceased to be a republic. That won’t happen until Obama declares a national emergency and invokes these powers. So the potential is there, but not yet the reality. Stay tuned.
Looks like some grave descrepancies with our C-I-C (i REFUSE to calll him Mr Prez, or Mr Obama- even in sarcasm)…First- CAN we unseat him ? Well, there is some truth to this. When Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus on 24 Sept. 1862, the rights of freedom ended in both North and South and for White and Black, it was never fully restored. This began the move towards total Federal Control of the peoples common freedoms. The next big step came in 1938 when FRD, a Democrat, signed into effect the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938. They took the right to determine what you could and could not take into your body. They said it was due to an illegal drug epidemic, but if you ever watch the very old movie “Reefer Madness” you can see how propaganda was used to give control of our bodies over to the gov’t for completely contrived reasoning, the movie is really crazy by today’s standards, but it convinced the people that something had to be done. The next monumental step came in 1981 when President Ronald Reagan issued Executive Order 12564, Urine testing for drugs, when the gov’t can command you to pee in a cup at an instant, not only is your freedom gone but also your dignity, whether you used drugs or not, but why stop there, why not give everyone a number rather than a name to facilitate the ease of keeping accurate records of each individual sort of like the Files the German Nazi Gestapo kept on all citizens and subjects, again by FDR a democrat. They collect your money and later take that and replace it with an IOU that is worthless as the paper it was written on. Why not glorify Abortion, Contraception and Gay Rights so that there are fewer poor folks for the Eutopian Gov’t plans to need support, and while you are at it have HHS go after the Church and use the Media to glorify Atheism, after all, to Marxists religion is only the “Opium of the people”. These American Progressives are not really Marxists or Nazis, they passed that long ago because all of this is motivated by money for the Rich. There was no Bail Out for the common man. We hear Romney say something about the poor but Obama has no more use for the poor than Romney, but Obama doesn’t have spies in his camp to catch his private words. If you listened closely, you know who Romney was referring to and I agree. This rich multi-cultural progressivism is nothing but a failure, and it will be a worse failure if he gets four more years. For now, Romney is the only hope there is. Pray for a day there really is a party that will work for God and every man, not just for the rich or his own skeptical ideals. The house built without God is built in vain.
