As the far left pass into law unconstitutional and unforgivable statutes by which to confiscate the firearms of the American people, a number of gun rights supporters believe the reclamation of our 2nd Amendment rights must depend upon the continued election of declared, pro-2nd Amendment Republicans.
Unfortunately, such is the rose-colored-glasses thinking of individuals either too foolish, too gullible or too cowardly to recognize the perpetual treachery of elected Republicans for what it truly is— a politician’s perception of political necessity taking precedence over his duty to support the God given rights of the American people.
And never mind the argument that politicians who vote for gun confiscation will be in imminent danger of losing their jobs and therefore get what they deserve. That is irrelevant to the situation. For such politicians are traitors to the nation and to the American people. They are intent upon eliminating a God given, constitutionally codified and protected right! Therefore, reclaiming their elected office ceases to be an issue of any import as the very fact of their vote to abolish the right to keep and bear arms means they have lost all right to be a lawmaker in a free country.
In fact, it is not the right to their job which has been forfeited, but their right to continued existence. For as enemies of freedom and liberty, they have become implacable enemies of the American public. And no American has the obligation to tolerate the continued efforts or existence of anyone whose clear purpose is the enslavement of American citizens. Any laws implemented by such traitors are void and like all unconstitutional, illegal legislation, need not be obeyed.
In short, these politicians have already forfeited their jobs. Upon the implementation of gun confiscation, it shall be up to Americans to decide if they have also forfeited their lives.
Over the years, the Republicans Party has displayed nothing if not a well-known willingness to “go along to get along.” The importance Republican politicians place on retaining their jobs and power rather than doing what is right—protecting the Constitution by honoring their oath of office—has proven that no political party should ever be depended upon to secure the rights and liberty of Americans. In the end, that is OUR responsibility. Too long we have entrusted politicians with the care of our liberty and watched as it has been either trampled or stolen away. It is long past time we demand politicians follow the dictates of the Constitution or be removed from office. And NOT by the next vote, but by force.
God given rights are not negotiable. They cannot be bartered away by politicians in search of some nebulous “greater good.” And Americans must never permit the importance of their rights to be re-defined downward from the meaning and weight given them by the Founders. For in so doing we lose our constitutional republic and become no more than the slaves the left is so intent upon making us.

Members of Congress are afraid to go after Obama because of a combination of these two factors:
1. The media would label them as racist since Obama looks black.
2. Congress is complicit in the biggest hoax/fraud (Obama presidential usurpation) in US history.
If Congress goes after Obama, the truth emerges and many of them go straight to prison for treason.
Racism fear is a significant factor, but the main reason they will not act is that Members of Congress are protecting Obama to protect themselves.

It may be easier to do some of those things you mention than to take down the MSM. They should be disenfranchised for their egregious abrogation of duty to us citizens. It wouldn’t be necessary to take up arms if the word were truly published for all to see what a horrible mess of a central government we have including the fraud in the WH. Citizens could initiate recalls across the land for the remaining representatives who weren’t charged and taken off to jail (or worse) for their dereliction of duty. Much more could be done to get us back on track, but only if the media did their job.

In 1992, during the “Rodney King” riots in South-Central LA, Reginald Denny, a white truck driver was pulled from his truck, severely beaten and left permanently brain damaged.
Rescued and taken to the nearest hospital by 4 ‘non-rioting’ Black People, Mr. Denny survived.
Now, at the time, the ‘police’ had withdrawn to safer territory and left those “non-rioters” to fend for themselves for protection of life and property.

The governments at varying levels are intentionally working to disarm the American People, regardless of skin color, as well as actively fomenting racial unrest and hatred among the population.
They do this under the pretense of “public safety”, but when a “public safety” issue arises the police withdraw to safer areas where they are in no danger, the politicians disappear out of the area completely.
This leaves the “non-rioters” defenseless against roving mobs of dangerous criminals with no restraints to Rape, Pillage, Plunder, Murder, and burn the areas with complete impunity from danger.
Can somebody please give me one good reason why politicians should not be charged criminally for their part in the upcoming riots, lootings, Rapes and Murders?

In the State of Arizona, the Attorney General, as well as the Governor and the Secretary of State, have already violated their own oaths of office. These three top elected officials in all 50 States were notified prior to the 2012 election that Obama’s ‘documents’ are forgeries, and he is guilty of identity fraud by the use of a social security that belonged to a deceased Connecticut resident. These violations of oath in the State of Arizona are especially egregious since the official legal investigation into Obama’s eligibility fraud has been conducted by Maricopa County Arizona’s Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse. With a ‘home-court’ advantage, Arizona’s government has refused to even consider Sheriff Joe’s investigative information.
My point here is that the State governments are equally defrauding their constituent residents. What makes you think they will respond to complaints to the actions of our U.S. Representatives and Senators?

The only choice available to us is replacing ALL elected representatives in every elective office at every level of government–and making sure we do not re-elect the same individuals to another, different office of profit and trust. Career politicians who move up the ladder from one elective office to another and/or are continually re-elected to the same office–aways on the taxpayers’ dime–are ALWAYS seduced by the abuse of accumulated power to a greater or lesser extent. The solution is to prevent the corruptive accumulation of power by limiting government service to a maximum two terms. We the People are the only ones who can accomplish this. The question is, will we?
It would be easier to accomplish this if we had a constitutional amendment that limits government service to two terms for all elected office. Unfortunately that would require Congress to write the amendment that would limit their own power/wealth accumulation. Given that no Member of Congress supports the Constitution, the likelihood of seeing a constitutional amendment of any kind, is extremely unlikely.
It is a certainty that every elected official, federal and state, all Justices and Judges, and all senior-level (at least) government personnel know the federal government can’t sustain the excess spending and extreme level of debt. They know that the dollar will collapse and rioting will ensue as food and other necessities disappear. And, that is why the DHS has been buying assualt weapons and over 6 Billion rounds of ammunition–that is why they are subsidizing drones in many States and most major cities. They know they will have to defend themselves against American citizens unless they start the war.
It is not just the elected officials who want to ‘infringe’ upon our 2nd Amendment rights, but every citizen and/or activist non-citizen advocating gun control who are traitors to the Constitution and the American people. And, it is not just our 2nd Amendment rights that are at risk, but ALL the rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights, many already eliminated, that have been systematically attacked and/or trashed by those we ‘trusted’ to support and defend the Constitution. It appears they have already started the war against American citizens.
We the People are the final arbiters of the Constitution–not the Supreme Court or lesser Courts; not Congress; not the President; and definitely not the usurper currently occupying the Oval Office. It is our decisions as to constitutionality that matter–not those of SCOTUS or other Court Decisions, not Congress’ legislation, or lack thereof, not a President’s Executive or Administrative Orders, and not the Manchurian usurper’s arrogant demands.
As every avenue of authority has abdicated support and defense of the Constitution and has ignored the voice and sovereign Authority of the people, it is up to us to assume control of government(s). We could start by organizing volunteer nullification committees in every State and begin reviewing all federal laws for constitutionality–coordinating results with other States so that demand for nullification of various laws will be massive and across most States. We also could form volunteer committees of regular citizens to investigate and recruit individuals from every walk of life (except current politicians) to serve 1 – 2 terms in all levels of State and federal elected and appointed government. A new and advertised website could be designed to ‘introduce’ potential candidates to the voters of each State. If we the people simply start doing what we want and expect our elected representatives to do, we will have the greater influence and control. If we can take back control of our State governments, we can then restore control of the federal government.
Even if it is now too late to avoid the consequences of over 100 years of Progressive/Marxist governing, eventually, if anyone survives, these actions will likely be necessary to reestablish a virtuous, moral and just government.

As James Madison (I think) said, constitutionality of a law is determined by the divided sovereignty of the various states, e.g., the citizens of those states. As he pointed out, SCOTUS is just another branch of the central government and cannot be trusted to police itself.

If gun and magazine bans are passed, registration, and/or any/all of their other unconstitutional infringements of our rights, I will not comply. Millions more will not comply.
DHS and other alphabet agencies have recently purchased over 1.8 BILLION rounds of hollow point ammo – enough to shoot every man, woman, and child in the country 5 times or more – ammo that’s illegal for military use under international law, and have just ordered more and an additional 7,000 FULLY AUTOMATIC “personal defense” weapons. How does anyone with the capability of rational thought escape the conclusion that our government is preparing for a war on its own citizens?

These politicians, at all levels, swear an oath of office to the Constitution. As soon as their swear that oath many of them try to pass laws that violate it–or eliminate it such as the 2nd Amendment. My problem with them, including Republicans, is that they have no accountability. They pass their laws, collect their salary and pension and go away while we, the nation, suffers.
Why can’t we hole them accountable and sue their a$$ off, or put them in jail for violating the oath of office. It they want to change the Constitution there is a mechanism put in by the Founders. Accountability with punishment seems to be in order and voting them out is not enough.
