Umm, Daniel, it was BUSH who started the drone-killing policy. Obama is just doing it on steroids now.
Bush also started DHS, pushed through the so-called “Patriot” Act and built the FEMA camps.
Absolutely right. Bush is part of the same criminal enterprise that the usurper belongs to. Nothing would have been done. Both sides of the aisle are out and out criminals and the stench of corruption is enough to choke a whole country to death. Yet, we let it continue as if we have no recourse.
What happened to due process? I think if they have an american citizen who is committing treason they can have a trial in absentia. Prove they are traitors first before you drop a drone on them or arrest them when they try to re-enter our country or any country that we have treaties. If they are on the battlefield and physically attacking then they are enemy combatants and our soldiers can shoot first and ask questions later.

gmiller. I agree with you. These men left our country, joined a terrorist group, IMO, denounced their US citizenship, and committed treason, therefore they are no longer protected under the Constitution of the United States.
Now, the question remains, does this president or any president have the right to kill these people on his own without Congressional approval. That still remains the question.
Holder is equivalent to Herman Goring, both he and BO sent thousands of weapon’s into Mexico that killed thousands of Mexican’s and in all probability countless American’s. They are both criminals.
Until now, Nothing has been or is being done about Obama’s abuse of power and unconstitutional executive orders and policies. Those who our founding fathers intrusted with the authority to keep the powers of government in check (Congress, Senate, Supreme Court) have failed to do their job. Obama’s “fundamental transformation of America” includes the abolishment of our free society and replacing it with a police state (gestapo) within the USA. Executive orders and presidential decrees have replaced the Constitution as the law of the land.
But does not anyone think that President Bush should have been brought up on charges of his own ??
Waging war to further the interests of big petrol companies.
Handing out millionen of dollars in contracts to fellow political friends.
Doing what he did bringing about the death of now thousands of countrymen.
They finally found Sadam Hussien. Big Deal. And then the U.S. takes over to impose it’s particular brand of democracy.
The U.S. is in a war now and they just need to finish it. The hell if it is an unmanned flying bomb. It needs done. The U.S. has to get its people home.
