Senate Sets Up Requirement for Super-Majority to Ever Repeal Obamacare
Reid and the Dems show their disdain for the Constitution
If ever the people of the United States rise up and fight over passage of Obamacare, Harry Reid must be remembered as the man who sacrificed the dignity of his office for a few pieces of silver. The rules of
fair play that have kept the basic integrity of the Republic alive have died with Harry Reid. Reid has slipped in a provision into the health care legislation prohibiting future Congresses from changing any regulations imposed on Americans by the Independent Medicare [note: originally referred to as "medical"] Advisory Boards, which are commonly called the “Death Panels.”
It was Reid leading the Democrats who ignored 200 years of Senate precedents to rule that Senator Sanders could withdraw his amendment while it was being read.
It was Reid leading the Democrats who has determined again and again over the past few days that hundreds of years of accumulated Senate parliamentary rulings have no bearing on the health care vote.
On December 21, 2009, however, Harry Reid sold out the Republic in toto. Upon examination of Senator Harry Reid’s amendment to the health care legislation, Senators discovered section 3403. That section changes the rules of the United States Senate.

IF and that is a BIG IF, this bill does not pass before Christmas, and the Senate is adjourned until January 18, MASSACHUSETTS is holding a special election on January 19 to fill the vacant senate seat formerly held by Ted Kennedy. We have a GOOD PRINCIPLED REPUBLICAN state senator, SCOTT BROWN, who will throw their 60 out the window!!!! We believe Scott is by far the better candidate and look forward to voting for him – a man who will vote AGAINST the Healthcare bill and a man who will REPRESENT his constituents, NOT follow the position of previous senators who believe they are above and beyond any need to listen to the concerns of their constituents. We have been misrepresented for far too long by 'do you know who I am' politicians. NO MORE!!!! VOTE FOR SCOTT BROWN on January 19, 2010 and let that election be the beginning of the great 2010 REVOLUTION!
I believe that is the reason Harry Reid is in such a great state of must-get-it-done-now! He is afraid that Massachusetts, the bluest of blue states, is going to follow Virginia and New Jersey and send a message LOUD & CLEAR that America is NOT for sale and AMERICANS are NOT going to sit idly by twiddling their thumbs while the administration and Democrats in Congress decide to take away our liberties one by one and put GOVERNMENT IN CONTROL of every aspect of our lives!!!
NOWHERE in the Constitution does it give Congress permission to demand we buy insurance. NOWHERE in the Constitution does it give a president the authority to take over industries, or to set salaries!!!! NOWHERE!!!!!!
The FBI has no authority to prosecute. You folks had better get this straight, NO ONE can just be heard in a court unless they are deemed to have standing no matter the charge and against whom. If you haven't realized by now that the DOJ is protecting the usurper by causing every suit challenging it to be dismissed for completely bogus reasons you will never understand how tyrants accrue power.
Just because you know an act is illegal and acts following it in succession are illegal and designed to augment the power of government will do nothing to stop it from going as far as it desires. The oath of office was a warning to elected officials to be careful not to violate constitutional law and tread on the rights of people to seek redress peacefully. When the oath no longer means a thing, which as you can easily see today, the second amendment kicks in. Not as an immediate course of action until the right to be heard, access the courts for legal remedy and financial deterrents all fail. I do not know how much failure is required because the Declaration of Independence only alludes to a train of events leading to one purpose.
Harry is a low class person who likes low life thugs I liked Harr Reids dirty laundry.He needs to leave washington now,he isnt for protecting this country. Do the dems belong to organized crime?
