Two days before the country was set to celebrate Constitution Day, President Obama decided to invoke the words of another founding document: the Declaration of Independence. Except he changed the words.
Towards the end of a speech on September 15 to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, Obama began quoting the famous “rights” line from the founding document. But partway through, he omitted where those rights come from: a Creator.
The line is supposed to read: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
But Obama’s recitation left out an important part: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are crated equal. [Long Pause] Endowed with certain inalienable [sic] rights: life and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
As the American Thinker points out, it could well be that Obama intentionally ignored his teleprompter:
After President Obama says “created equal..”, there is a long pause during which he scowls and blinks several times. For once, he may actually have opted to not read something that was on the teleprompter. It looks like he is disgusted and decided it would be better not to read what the [Declaration] actually says.

It is reprehensible that the President of the United States would purposely leave out the MOST IMPORTANT factor that has made America great—belief in the One True God that has blessed this nation immeasurebly! Coupling this with the fact that he failed to recognize our traditional national day of prayer should tell everybody something clearly, especially in view of his recognition of the Islamic Ramadan. Such as this concerns me greatly! I can't help but wonder where his loyalty lies?

Of course he left it out (purposely) – he wants Americans to forget that these rights come from GOD, NOT the Governemnt, as he would prefer. After all, if the governemnt 'gives' you somethi9ng, the government can take it away. He would like us to believe that the government gave us these RIGHTS, therefore they can be taken away. GOD given rights can never be taken away.

Any reference to the 'Creator' or 'God' in the Declaration of Independence does not refer to the popular Christian idea of God or Creator. It is specifically a Masonic notion of the 'Great Architect' that lie beneath the general reference to Creator and/or God.
With respect, our fore fathers generalized their description of the 'Great Architect'' to the simplified Idea of God so as to include all people, their Idea, beliefs and Faith in God. (What and Who ever that God is)
It disturbs me that he cannot quote the Declaration of Independence verbatim as if he were ashamed of 'God' or that he would rather remove God altogether as to be politically correct as to not offend certain people or groups.
The Constitution is the 'Supreme Law of the Land' and with the Declaration of Independence should remain unchanged and Sacred.
Anyone offended by the use of the term 'God', 'Creator' and/or 'Great Architect', as far as I am concerned, do not belong in America and neither do they deserve to be granted or afforded the Rights that these documents secure to each citizen.
These unscrupulous people are indignant and not only a disease in our midst but Enemies of Freedom, Liberty and United States of America.
What we can do is mark these people, mark their address, their houses, their license plates, the cars they drive, their employers… Do not serve them, refuse to do business with them. List them and Black-list them, remove them from our company and cast them out!

To even question HRH King Thomas of Hierosolyma Kt. S.D.O.G.S. on what i consider a opinion based comment is ludicrous. His position on this issue was made very to clear to everyone including you. He made no specific reference to any particular ideology
religous or political. It is quite clear that he was referring to God as it would pertain to all all religions. Neither did he advocate for any specific political party or organization would be the one to remove or as you say kick them out of the country.

Obama is an expert in reading the teleprompter. It evidently was not a mistake. The omission was intentional. Oh how fast can we get that man out of our lives? High crimes and misdemeanors- he has a lot of them.
When Obama was campaigning for the Presidency he accused George Bush of spouting "empty rhetoric". Since Obama became President all he's done is spout "empty rhetoric". The net result is people across the entire political spectrum are feeling disenfranchised.
If there ever was a case for declaring Obama a non christian, this speech certainly demonstrates that he will go to any means to remove any Christian wording from historical documents.
He should be tarred and feathered and run out of the Country.

Had any other president, or any other politician for that matter, omitted our Creator from a quotation of the Declaration we wouldn't be making comments about it. I'm sure I'll catch hell about it, but I seriously doubt that the omission was purposeful. After all, Christianity isn't the only faith that believes in a Creator. Obama is guilty of far more egregious errors that require our attention.
Sure… Like screwing up the Oath of office of the President of the United States… That he wasn't even corrected on.
While this may seem petty, it is not (This is exactly how Court room rulings affect our rights being up there with the Supreme Court declaring George Bush President) and I assure he did not officially take the Oath at all.

Chief Justice Roberts actually messed up the Presidential oath; it was retaken later and done correctly. Personally, I don't know whether he's eligible to take the oath in the first place.
