the seal is there, open the document in photoshop (not illustrator) for this, lower the curve to make the document darker and you can see there is traces of the official state seal, or someone set a drink down on it.
Tex it is so pale who can tell?
1) A certified State vital records document should have an embossment in the paper which should be obvious – it is not there.
2) I ran into a posting/report that the documents should have a watermark in the security paper, which may be what you are seeing.
3) The two supposed 'hard copy' documents that Obama's supposed attorney 'hand carried' from Hawaii could have a stamped seal/notary on the back of the document . . . . . who knows?
If the document that the WH put on its website was scanned-in from a hard copy, the layers some claim to be able to see in photoshop would not be visible. Something does not 'ring ture'.

If it was ever "officially" proven that he is not qualified to be President, the past two years would be null and void, and America would be 'the laughing stock of the World', as the Donald has said.

4) I would say that the Judicial Branch of Government (remember 'Checks and Balances'?) is corrupt and has failed the American Citizens. America needs to impeach/remove a bunch of State and Federal judges – they have proven themselves corrupted.
5) We still have the issue of Obama's Indonesian Citizenship, possible foreign passport, and the fact that his father was a British subject (remember that McCain's qualification to be President was ruled by the Senate/Court proceedings in that McCain had TWO American parents and was therefore a Natual Born Citizen.
It may be his birth certificate, but it obviously has been manipulated. Its not what you would expect had it been a single scan from the Hawaiian state archive, it looks more like it was cobbled together from several, perhaps 3 diffrent sources, as well as individual components having been altered like the serial mumbers, dates etc. Those sorts of things should be intact from an original scan, thats why this document should be considered a forgery. it doesnt however mean it was changed (although possible) only that evidence of tampering is evident and casts doubt on the entire document.
Once he is gone we still have a long way to go and very little time, if any.

I just viewed the latest Video in which the Washington Times is reporting is just another FAKE Birth Certificate Obama is trying to pass off to fool the citizens of the United States again an again. I am sure it is Fake but I also think Obama is back to his shrewd tricks to make Donald Trump a hero so he will be the Republicans' canidate and he believes it could cause such chaos within the Republican Party and confuse many of the voters. It doesn't matter the legal issue is that he was a dual citizen at birth British and U.S. British for his father and U.S for his mother. that is not a natural born citizen a required by our constitution. This is condition for eligibility to be president that attaches at birth. Born means at the time of birth, this requirement cannot be met at a later date.
Try Indonesia and Kenya as well. That's quadruple citizenship as his father was Kenyan therefore he is Kenyan and Kenya was under British rule so that is the British citizenship comes into play!
Kenya was not a state which you can attach legally to his immigration records at the time 1959-1964. Kenya was a territory/protectorate/colony of Britian thus the British citizenship on his fathers BHO Sr.'s immigration papers. This negates you point of being Kenyan according to US immigration rules. For immigration purposes he would be a British citizen/subject. Hawaii was under US control but not a state of the US until August 1959. Those born there before statehood were still legal US citizens but could not legally say they were born in the state of Hawaii. I use this example just to illustrate the lagal issue of just one citizenship origin being legal. You cannot add that which legallyn does not exist in law. Today those born in Kenya are Kenyan citizens but not British citizens.

this is nuts……….. what happened to the clean and concise BC ? like mind for example… I could go in my closet and get my BC and send it to where ever I wanted and it would be the original from the hospital where I was born ,, which was in 1946… my daughter was born in 1973.. I needed her BC. I lived in a different state, I got it with just a small amount of trouble… as her father.. When a child is born that child's citzenship is that of the father. When BHO, II was born we are told that his father was BHO, a British citizen. His mother was a US citizen who was too young to give her son US citizenship. Until BHO, II reached his majority, he would retain the citizenship of his father. On his way to his majority, we are told that his parents divorced and his mother who retained custody of BHO, II remarried. His step-father seems to have adopted him and he was sent to Indonesian schools registered with his step-father's name as an Indonesian citizen and as a Muslim. While at college, he seems to have traveled with an Indonesian passport. No where is there an available record to show that at his majority BHO, II applied for US citizenship as the son of a US citizen mother. However, he cannot have been a British citizen and then an Indonesian citizen and ever be a Natural born US citizen. Therefore, he is not eligible to be President of these United States. Where he was born is a red herring.

If the father is a domiciled resident, whether a citizen or not, the child is a 'Native Born' citizen. In addition, the child also has the citizenship of the father. This presents the child with dual Nationality (the Nation of birth, in addition to the parents Nation).
This is why such a child can not be considered 'Natural Born' (i.e., of two citizen parents) . It is an important distinction, and obviously well understood by America's Founding Fathers, due to the severe historical problems that were caused by leaders with divided loyalties.
Hence the understandable requirement for Natural Born candidates to such a High Office. Whilst not perfect (people can still be bought, etc), it is at least a reasonable and worthwhile provision of some insurance. Continued

Was Obama's father actually qualified as a domiciled resident (that would be a somewhat permanent resident engaged in business and property within a Nation's borders – on the way towards becoming qualified as a naturalised citizen, would perhaps be a resonable way of looking at it) ?__As a foreign, short stay student (one that apparently even outstayed his welcome), personally, I would say his father couldn't possibly have qualified.__So to me, there are very serious questions that need answering, as to whether Obama even qualifies as 'Native Born'.__I personally think that the only grounds Obama genuinely qualifies for citizenship with, are as a 'Naturalised Citizen'. __Of course for him to have that, he would have to have applied for it.
