”That thing was greased,” as they say in Chicago, referring to a political phenomenon known as “being handled before table.” Well, bloggers are asking, was it? Word now coming out reveals just two days after Secretary of State Brian Kemp gave Barack Obama the green light to appear on Georgia election ballots,, the Department of Energy awarded Kemp’s state an eye popping $8.3 billion loan guarantee to begin construction on two nuclear plants. In the face of “a shocking dissent by Nuclear Regulatory Commission CHAIRMAN Director Gregory B. Jazcko,” four other commissioners approved awarding Southern Energy the first nuclear construction licenses since 1978, just one year before the tragedy of the Three Mile Island nuclear disaster put a hold on new U.S. nuclear plant construction. No new licenses have been approved until this huge Vogtle project got its go ahead to build two new reactors near Augusta.
“Jazcko said that the approved designs did not take the lessons of Fukushima into account. I cannot support issuing this license as if Fukushima never happened,” he told other NRC members before their shocking vote to approve this estimated $14 billion project. Friends of the Earth’s climate and energy project Director Damon Moglen is vowing to challenge the validity of the newly approved license in court. “The license may be granted, but these reactors are far from a done deal,” he said. Applications for 16 other plants looking to build 25 more reactors are on file with the NRC according to CNN Money reporter Steve Hargreaves , who added, “there are two applications submitted for brand new nuclear plants-one in Levy County, FL, and another outside Gaffney, S.C.”
While other viable nuclear construction projects await approval, the Georgia project got the green light in spite of the NRC director’s vehement objection as well as “12 sizeable construction change order requests (and) long-running site-specific design and fabrication problems (which) have confounded Westinghouse and its lead contractor for more than two years.”
So on February 7, 2012, Georgia Secretary of State Kemp stated “after careful consideration of Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi’s initial decision and all record evidence based on the criteria set forth in this process, I find that the Respondent, President Barack Obama, meets the State of Georgia’s eligibility requirements.” And a scant two days later, Obama’s DOE finds the money to award Kemp’s state a whopping $8.3 billion loan guarantee for a $14 billion nuclear project and license approvals not done in the industry in over 30 years!
One blogger said after the Malihi story, “This crap needs to end–NOW!!!” Another blogger who tipped me off about the Malihi-Nuclear decision connection mused, “The fix was in long before this challenge was ever submitted.”

There would never be a way of proving this but, in light of all the underhanded, back-door things this administration has done during this president’s term, I’m damned sure it did!
There IS a way to prove this! Demand the Georgia Secretary of State reverse his decision and see how quickly the $8.3 billion for nuclear plants disappears.
But the fact that the first licenses to build plants since three mile island were awarded to Georgia, a coastal state subject to extreme weather such as hurricanes and possible tsanamis, rather than building them in a calmer area of the nation should point to some type of quid pro quo.
Will this be another bankrupt project in 2 years? When Our Fearless Golfer puts his hands on anything, it turns to mud. I used to live in a Republic. It was very nice. It is still called the United States of America, but in reality, it is the United Socialists of America.

Since the judges decision, I was thinking that Captepillar company announcing a decision to build a new factory in Georgia might have been dangled before the Judge and his croonies to influence the judges decision to return Obama to the ballot in Georgia. But my idea was much smaller than the news that Georgia might be the site of a new Nuclear plant. You can’t put anything past this administration deception.
Nope, that one (Catepillar Plant) was all for the SOS who makes his home near Athens, GA (site of the new Plant). Obama’s Lawyer, Jablonski, has just put forth his wish list (reduced to one) for a Judge to hear the Appeals. That Judge is Cynthia D. Wright who, two years ago, was shot by her ex girlfriend. Sounds like the perfect choice for the Jaberwoki now doesn’t it. Might as well start doing the research on her to see what other reasons the Jaberwoki wants her. I’m sure this petty little no-show at the last hearing will have the same success here as he did with the Iranian, Malihi and all of the Chicago Machine’s gears seem to be in perfect sinc and well “greased”. Anyboby want to venture a guess as to what it will take for Cynthia to acquiesce? After all, it’s just the Constitution we’re talking about here and the upside for these players appears to be rather large.
My guess is she’ll get the nod and deny the appeal. Simple. Next up will be the GA Supreme Court and then on to SCOTUS.

There was no tragedy and no disaster at Three Mile Island, there was a minor breakdown that was easily and quickly remedied. The rest of the article suggests a possibility that can stand on its own, go with that.
Well I guess I need to warn my brother to move out of Georgia because now I see where they plan their nuclear attack on America at, in Georgia!!! Oh I’ve been expecting this since he first began PRevere, it’s very obvious that the American Militia is in need again. But this time it’s not to free us from any foreign tyranny, it’s from our own. I’ve been waiting for just one of our fearless leaders to stand up and say , “It’s time for all good men to come to the aid of our country, again!” We can all see the writing on the wall, it’s going to happen. But then when it does happen we will be unstoppable. According to Japanese and Chinese leaders, They dare not attack America because we will have a rifle behind every tree. The American Militia according to experts, is undeniably the largest force on the planet. We still have our weapons, we still know how to produce them on our own. The one thing I can give to Obama, he has individually awakened the Patriotic spirit in our country. I read it every day now. When he first got elected, and I use that term very loosely, there was not as many people here as there is now. We are all afraid of losing our country. Especially to a liar and infiltrator. Remember the old WWII movies about how much damage they did for Germany? Guys born and bred for just that, to infiltrate American troops and back stab them when they least expected it. I will never forget that, and that’s what kept me alive in Vietnam. I didn’t trust anybody who didn’t have on our uniform and looked like us. I lost many good friends who were Vietnamese, but we had an understanding of who we were. They didn’t try to pass themselves off as Americans and we didn’t try to pass off as Vietnamese. Good relationship, it worked . This one got by most of Americans, that’s how he got in , in the first place. If this was tried even 40 years ago, he would’ve gotten run out on a rail. The Patriotism was so much more prevailent back then. We still said the pledge of allegience, saluted our flag, respected our parents, and most of all, would not tolerate any disgrace to our constitution. What a mess !!
I was sent an article one time that Obummer had the CIA, FBI, Judges, and everybody in power paid off so what chance do we have, they sure must love their America. This is not the first time Obama has used Money (Our Money) to influence an Outcome. He’s probably doing it in any Swing State that could knock him off in November.

Not to worry environmentalists. I don’t think Obama and the EPA has any intention of allowing the construction of those two nuclear plants. I’m sure you remember how he got Congressman Stupak of Michigan to make the deciding “Yes” vote for for his Obama Care. All he had to do was promise to sign an executive order to ban Federal funding of abortions and gullible Bart voted for Obama Care. We still haven’t seen any such Executive Order and look how he is pushing for abortion. I predict he will do the same thing with the proposed Georgia nuclear plants. The project will be stalled until after the November Election and then a decision will be made not to approve it. He got his name on the Georgia ballot and played the state for a bunch of “SUCKERS” thus killing two birds with one stone. When will people learn? WAKE UP AMERICA!
It doesn’t matter, Georgia won’t vote for him anyway. So, we got approval for nuclear reactors that we wouldn’t need anyway,if it weren’t for Obama’s war on coal.
I wouldn’t bet the farm on those nuclear plants being built. No matter if he wins the election or not, he can still kill the project after November. The smart money says he will kill it no matter what. The Georgia court had a golden opportunity to make history by removing Obama from the ballot. They instead wimped out for a promise that I don’t think he has any intention of keeping. Wake up people.
This is the kind of thing that has been going on in our country for many years. It’s just that ovomit’s extremely in your face with a what’re you gonna do about it attitude than has been in the past. If anyone were to use the FOIA requests and GA’s open records request to go after Deal, Kemp and Malihi’s E-Mail and phone corespondence for the period of Dec, 2011 thru Feb 28 2012 I bet they’d be surprised at who’s been talking to whom. Might want to throw in Atty Gen. Sam Olens in the mix as well. This was a concerted effort and people who know Malihi say they were shocked at his ruling and they also admit it looks nothing like his writings. This, from a former, high ranking, State politician.

I said from the first day that Kemp and Malihi turned their backs on the people, that I lot of money must have changed hands. Well, I guess you could say 8.3 BILLION is a lot of money.
Well I guess that just shows us just how much of a Patriotic American they are, not. The good part of it is when we all decide we’ve had enough and go take back our country, the money will be worthless and so will Kemp and Malihi’s careers and bank accounts also. It will all go away, except for the Treason they all will be guilty of . Then the only thing they will be able to do is sit behind bars, thinking about what they did against their own country. Against their own country, I had to hear it again because it sent a chill up my back. If somebody called me a traitor I think I wouldn’t be able to breathe for a bit. Can you imagine just what that would do to you, your pride. I’m afraid it would make you want to start shooting.

I believe that Georgia was bought off with the money. No one has the guts to tell Obama to “hit the road, we can’t be bought.” Money is god, not Integrity, does any body know how much of a kick back this guy is going to get? Millions of dollars for the rest of his life and his familes life.
