Obama's Kenyan grandmother never said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was born in Hawaii, where his father was studying. And, she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama's birth was in a letter from Hawaii.

Besides the 'cannot exist' registrar number and date… We know from the FOIA released Documents from the Hawaiian DoH.. that in or about 1966 his BC was amended. We also know that in most all occasions such amendment is the result of adoption and subsequent name change.
That time frame correlates with his adoption by Lolo Soetoro… which would most likely entail a change in Nationality.
Here's the problem… any time such amendment is made… the 'new' amendment is documented at the bottom of the original BC with dates, official stamps and witnesses. There are none on this BC.

A birth certificate, either the long-form or the short-form, has to say on it whether or not it was amended. Obama's does not say that it was amended. There is absolutely no evidence that it was ever amended.
There is no proof that Obama was adopted in Hawaii (which requires the action of a district court and would have been found by now) and the Indonesian embassy denies that he was adopted in Indonesia or became an Indonesian citizen. There is no proof that he was adopted at all, and considerable evidence from Indonesia that he wasn't.

There is nothing in the US Constitution that mentions dual citizenship, nor did any of the writers of the US Constitution discuss dual citizenship in their writings. The original meaning of Natural Born, the one that Americans (not Swiss) used referred to citizenship due to the place of birth. It was never used at the time to refer to citizenship due to parents.
