According to news reports, this sudden violent rampage was completely out of character for James Holmes, who was described as “shy.”
The New York Times is now reporting:
Billy Kromka, a pre-med student at the University of Colorado, Boulder, worked with Mr. Holmes for three months last summer as a research assistant in a lab of at the Anschutz Medical Campus. Mr. Kromka said he was surprised to learn Mr. Holmes was the shooting suspect. “It was just shocking, because there was no way I thought he could have the capacity to do commit an atrocity like this,” he said. There is already conjecture that James Holmes may have been involved in mind-altering neuroscience research and ended up becoming involved at a depth he never anticipated. His actions clearly show a strange detachment from reality, indicating he was not in his right mind. That can only typically be accomplished through drugs, hypnosis, or trauma (and sometimes all three).
His behavior doesn’t add up
His behavior already reveals stark inconsistencies that question the mainstream explanation of events. For example, he opened fire on innocent people but then calmly surrendered to police without resistance. This is not consistent with the idea of “killing everyone.”
Furthermore, he then admitted to police that his apartment was booby-trapped with explosives. If you were really an evil-minded Joker trying to kill people (including cops), why would you warn them about the booby trap in advance? It doesn’t add up.
“Holmes was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, police said, adding he didn’t resist when he was arrested,” reports a local CBS news affiliate (http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2012/07/20/police-14-dead-in-colorado-the…).
“After his arrest, Holmes told police about ‘possible explosives in his residence,’ Oates said. When police searched his apartment, they discovered it was booby-trapped and evacuated surrounding buildings, police said. Oates said bomb technicians are determining how to disarm flammable or explosive material in the third-floor apartment. He said police could be there some time.”
None of this checks out. If you’re a killer bent on causing mayhem, why tell the police about your surprise bomb waiting for them back at your apartment?
Holmes was clearly provided with exotic gear

“He said pictures from inside the apartment are fairly disturbing and the devices look to be sophisticated, adding the booby-traps were ‘something I’ve never seen.’ One rifle, two handguns, a knife, a bullet proof vest, a ballistic helmet, a gas device, a gas mask, military SWAT clothing and unidentified explosives were also found in Holmes’ car, a law enforcement source told CBS News. Oates said Holmes wore a gas mask, a ballistic helmet and vest as well as leg, groin and throat protectors during the shooting.”
In other words, this guy was equipped with exotic gear by someone with connections to military equipment. SWAT clothing, explosives, complex booby-traps… c’mon, this isn’t a “lone gunman.” This is somebody who was selected for a mission, given equipment to carry it out, and then somehow brainwashed into getting it done.

This is not your run-of-the-mill crime of passion. It was a carefully planned, heavily funded and technically advanced attack. Who might be behind all this? As you soak all this in, remember that the FBI had admitted to setting up terror plots, providing the weapons and gear, staging the location of the bombings, and even driving the vehicles to pull it off! Mystery man Holmes has no background

Mr. Holmes’s only criminal history is a traffic summons, the authorities said. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in neuroscience in 2010 from the University of California, Riverside, and was a graduate student in neurosciences at the University of Colorado at Denver’s Anschutz Medical Campus… He was currently collecting unemployment…
Question: How does an unemployed medical student afford $20,000 in weapons gear?
If you start to look at the really big picture here, the obvious question arises: How does an unemployed medical student afford all the complex weapons gear, bomb-making gear, “flammable” booby trap devices, ammunition, multiple magazines, bullet-proof vest, groin protection, ballistic helmet, SWAT uniform, and all the rest of it?
A decent AR-15 rifle costs $1,000 or more all by itself. The shotgun and handgun might run another $800 total. Spare mags, sights, slings, and so on will run you at least another $1,000 across three firearms. The bullet-proof vest is easily another $800, and the cost of the bomb-making gear is anybody’s guess. With all the specialty body gear, ammunition, booby-trap devices, and more, I’m guessing this is at least $20,000 in weapons and tactical gear, much of which is very difficult for civilians to get in the first place.
The mere manufacture of an explosive booby-trap device is, all by itself, a felony crime by the way. Question: Where does an unemployed, introverted medical school student get the training to deploy sophisticated booby traps, tactical body armor, weapons systems, and more? Certainly not in graduate school!
All this leads to an obvious third party influence over all this. Someone else taught this guy these skills and funded the acquisition of the equipment.
Note: Some readers have questioned the $20,000 figure estimated here, saying this gear could have been acquired for only $10,000 or so. I doubt that, as all the extras that you need to effectively run these guns cost a lot of money: training courses, spare magazines, etc. Just a decent AR-15 battle sight (a holographic red dot sight) can run $1,000 – $2,000. Search “ACOG” if you don’t believe me. It is also reported that Holmes bought 6,000 rounds of ammo, which definitely isn’t cheap either. It’s clear this guy was spending big bucks. Whether it’s $10k or $20k isn’t really that much of a point.
Staged just in time for a vote on the UN small arms treaty?
More and more, this shooting is looking like a deliberate plot staged by the government itself much like Operation Fast and Furious pulled off by the ATF (http://www.naturalnews.com/032934_ATF_illegal_firearms.html) which helped smuggle tens of thousands of guns into Mexico for the purpose of causing “gun violence” in the USA, then blaming the Second Amendment for it.
All this looks like James Holmes completed a “mission” and then calmly ended that mission by surrendering to police and admitting everything. The mission, as we are now learning, was to cause as much terror and mayhem as possible, then to have that multiplied by the national media at exactly the right time leading up the UN vote next week on a global small arms treaty that could result in gun confiscation across America. Even Forbes.com wrote about this quite extensively, warning readers about the coming gun confiscation effort related to the UN treaty. The story was authored by Larry Bell (http://www.forbes.com/sites/larrybell/2011/06/07/u-n-agreement-should…) and says the UN treaty could “override our national sovereignty, and in the process, provide license for the federal government to assert preemptive powers over state regulatory powers guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment in addition to our Second Amendment rights.”
In other words, this has all the signs of Fast & Furious, Episode II. I wouldn’t be surprised to discover someone in Washington was behind it all. After all, there’s no quicker way to disarm a nation and take total control over the population than to stage violence, blame it on firearms, then call for leaders to “do something!” Such calls inevitably end up resulting in gun confiscation, and it’s never too long after that before government genocide really kicks in like we saw with Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao and other tyrants.

A “monopoly of force” in government is far more dangerous than a crazed lone shooter
So yes, James Holmes and other crazed shooters kill a number of people each year in random acts of violence. It’s horrifying and wrong, but it’s nothing compared to the millions of lives that governments tend to destroy when they gain total power over the populace.
The most dangerous thing in the world, it turns out, is not a crazy person with a rifle; it’s a government with a “monopoly of force” over the entire population. And that’s exactly what the UN spells out as its goal for the world: stripping all power from individual citizens and handing “monopolies of force” to the governments of the world, shoring up their positions as the only “legitimate” power on the planet.

If this effort didn’t work then where and when would their next plot be enacted ? If a person is born in the US that person is a US citizen. Both of a person’s parents do not need to be citizens. If the child is born in the US, that child is an American citizen. DixieDarlin, I’m denying he’s a US citizen. He re-entered the US as a FOREIGN student, as being an Indonesian citizen would make him. His name was Barry Soetoro, LEGALLY, and there’s no records of it being LEGALLY changed back to BO. JusticeKennedy, you should remove the term Justice from your name since you do not seem to know how to read law. Words have meaning. Different words have different meanings. Words have modifiers (you failed to learn that in middle school) No one and I mean no one is saying that your hero is not a citizen. No one has said that. What knowledgeable people are saying, and I will type it real slow so you can read it, is that your hero is NOT a NATURAL-BORN citizen. Note the modifier “Natural-born” That is in the Constitution and a requirement for the position of the Presidency. Natural-born is not covered in the 14th Amendment, only the single term Citizen is covered. Vattel defines three types of citizenship. Native citizens (born on the soil and covered under the 14th amendment), Naturalized citizens (made citizen by law) and natural-born citizens (One who is born of two parents who are citizens). Vattel also said that the child carries the citizenship of the father. Obama says that his father was from Kenya (even though Kenya was not a country when your hero was born.) Of course you know how your hero lies, so maybe he was, once again lying to the American people.

My copy of the Constitution says “Natural Born Citizen” and there is multiple sources from the era of our establishment that make it clear that natural born means parents born of citizen parents on American soil. Number one BHOs father was indeed a Kenyan. His place of birth isn’t really at question. His fathers citizenship disqualifies “Barry” from eligibility. If the question wasn’t important the Democrats wouldn’t have made such an issue of McCain’s birth in Panama. This is a prime example of how the Democrats play the game. I don’t know how any person of right mind can dismiss the facts that Obamas’ past has been scoured cleaned. If there is nothing to hide you don’t go to that effort and expense to hide nothing.

Justicekennedy, you do not understand that what you are claiming has nothing what so ever to do with the qualifications to be President. The XIVth amendment did not change the requirement held forth in Article II Section 1 paragraph 5 of the Constitution at all. Not in the least to be President one must still be a “Natural Born Citizen.” This was defined by the Supreme Court as to what constitutes a “Natural Born Citizen” in MINOR vs. HAPPERSETT October 1864. The term “natural born citizen” as used by our founders comes from The Law of Nations Book 1-Chapter 19-sections 212 thru 215. The son or daughter follows the father for citizenship not the mother. Therefore obama nor rubio for that matter are not natural born citizens. Read and learn.

You can only acquire the status of natural born U.S. citizen under Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution at birth. You don’t necessarily keep it forever. If you lose your American citizenship altogether, you can’t be a natural born American citizen, as a matter of simple language. The term “natural born American citizen” subsumes “American citizen”. Obama can’t be a natural born American citizen if he is no longer an American citizen at all, even though he was a natural born American citizen on the day of his birth. Beepster (July 29, 2012 at 10:27 am) is right that Obama lost American citizenship through Indonesian naturalization. He was naturalized as a child, which by itself did not cost him his American citizenship under U.S. law. But when he refused, as an adult, to register with Selective Service in 1979 he confirmed his voluntary intent to relinquish American citizenship. He confirmed this further when he went to Indonesia in 1981 to get a student visa (couldn’t get it in the U.S.) and returned on his Indonesian passport in the name of Barry Soetoro, student visa stamped in it by the American embassy in Jakarta.
So you see, DixieDarlin (July 21, 2012 at 5:57 pm), you’re wrong. Obama lost his American citizenship, and with it his eligibility to the Office of President. His eligibility does turn on citizenship. When he lost citizenship, he lost eligibility. Clear?
Congress can prove the foregoing in short order, using its subpoena power. It must do so before it’s too late, if it’s not already too late. I can help on the ground in Indonesia, but congressional subpoenae of Obama’s stateside school admission applications and applications for student aid, will have been supported and recorded by copies of his Indonesian passport and student visa. Let me emphasize the significance of this evidence. If Obama retained American citizenship in the face of Indonesian citizenship, he would not have needed a visa. In establishing himself as a foreign student, he confirmed his rejection and relinquishment of American citizenship.
Evidence adduced by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse will prove that Obama did not register with Selective Service before a “registration” with fraudulent back-dating was slipped into the files not earlier than 2008. This can be corroborated by testimony of Selective Service personnel and subpoenae of Selective Service files.
Time is running out. If Obama is not exposed, he will cause civil strife not seen in this country since the Civil War, and impose a totalitarian regime. There might not be a 2012 presidential election. Many states might have to go through extreme threats and danger of violence to conduct elections, and counting the votes might not be in their hands.
IT’S TIME TO TAKE THIS COMMIE OUT.

There is nothing in there that says anything about the parents. No one wants to see Obama removed from office more than I do but reading between the lines is not the way to do it. All that will accomplish is to bring us down to his level. We can argue the fine points about the eligibility of Obama until the cows come home. I have heard the argument that, at the time the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, it was said that the definition of a Natural Born Citizen was a person born of two parents who are also Natural Born Citizens. Unfortunately, they did not add that definition in the Constitution. The precedent about the parents was set back in 1881 with the election of President Chester Arthur. His father was not a citizen, The bottom line is that Obama is in the White House weather we like it or not because, through apathy, ignorance and political correctness, the American People allowed it to happen. Apathy put Obama in the White House and apathy will put him back in there. As I have said many times and I will say it again. APATHY IS THE GREATEST THREAT TO OUR LIBERTIES AND FREEDOMS. NOT OBAMA.
I don’t know if apathy was totally responsible for electing Obama.
Two other reasons, the novelty of having a black president, and the
desire of the people to get rid of Bush even if their decision was being
controlled by the national press who was against Bush all the way.
The novelty of having a black president led millions of black citizens
to rush to the polls in record numbers. It also gave liberals a chance
to vote for their candidiate even though the world didn’t realize at the
time that Obama was a liberal. The other citizens followed the crowd
to the polling booths and voted for Obama as they thought they should.
They didn’t have a political reason or even knowledge that Barrack or
Bari or Barry could be a goo leader. They just felt that since Oprah

Oprah has been shunned by the White House since the election. If you read the book “Amateur” you find that Michelle is the reason. The greatest freedom we have is the right to elect those we wish to lead us. It is sad that so many chose not to take advantage of that right. In the past elections, including the last one, less than 50%, of those eligible, even bothered to vote. A politician’s worse nightmare is if everyone eligible voted. Then they would have to work for their constituents and there is no money in that. Republicans as well as Democrats all get very generous contributions from special interests lobbies. We have the best politicians money can buy. The more than 50% of the eligible American People who don’t vote are in a place called “Denial”. They make up the people who choose to stay away from the polls on election days. They refuse to believe that, if greater numbers of legitimate people vote, the harder it will be to stuff the ballot boxes. They are convinced that this is all a fantastic fantasy dreamed up by a bunch of alarmists. All they care about is being able to watch their sports or soaps. They have an ostrich mentality. They stick their heads in the sand hoping it will all go away. I’m not blaming the clowns that voted to put Obama and his followers into office. At least they voted. Those who don’t vote deserve the government they get. They did just as much to put Obama in the White House as the clowns that voted for him and will do just as much to send him back there for another four years. This is the product of apathy and they will soon be paying the price for it when it is too late to do anything about it. The day of the rude awakening is coming. If the day ever comes that the minority of voters have voted all our rights away, don’t come complaining to me. I will have one question. years ago the usa signed on to the vienna convention. part III, article 27 states that”a party( country) may not invoke the provisions of its internal law as justification for its failure to perfrom a treaty” if hillary signs the un small arms treaty in the name of the usa , it will supercede the 2nd amendment. the way we ( the usa) can get out of this is for the senate to vote on it and you know that ried will NOT bring up for a vote. the other way is for the sitting president to renounce the treaty and you know that obama will NOT do that.

I would be surprised if it came up for a vote in the Senate before the election. Any Senator voting for it would be committing political suicide. If a republican majority is voted in this November, they will not be able to do any thing. If Democrats loose the Senate, the lame duck session will vote for it. It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL for a treaty to be ratified WITHOUT 2/3 vote of the US Senate. IF Reid doesn’t allow the vote at all, then the treaty is null and void (as far as the USA goes). The Democrats do NOT have 2/3 in the US Senate (thanks to the November 2010 midterm elections). Even if they did, there are Democrats in the Senate who would not vote to ratify the treaty. Bottom line: the treaty will go NOWHERE, regardless of the Marxists in the WH.
You are correct about the 2/3 however, I read an article (and sorry i don’t have it handy to attach) that said there may be a way Obama is planning to go around that – after he elected – where he can basically “deem it” to be and it will be!!!! I consistently follow articles on The Western Center for Journalism, — even post them on my blog: thebeezbuzz.com, and I thought this was a conservative factual website, not one that surmises things before we know anything. However, NOW I really hope the author is NOT a Conservative Republican, because if this gets out the liberal media is gonna have a field day with this one. We can’t AFFORD any MISTAKES, GAFFES, CONSPIRACIES, or ACCUSATIONS with the elections being so close. The SOUL OF AMERICA is at stake here! We must keep and display our Christian Conservative VALUES, HONOR and VIRTUE first and foremost at all times!
The moment I heard the news on the FOX NEWS CHANNEL, my first thought was that this present administration was behind it, since the date for the UN Small Arms Treaty was close at hand. The second thought that entered my mind was how it seems that gun violence crimes as well as other violent crimes seem to have increased, all across America, nearly 100% since Obama took Office. Couple this with “Fast and Furious” and the Obama administration’s efforts to eradicate the Second Amendment. Put all of this together and 2 + 2 = 4.
If this is true, then all those involved, from the bottom to the top, needs to be brought up on charges from conspiracy to commit murder to treason. BUT! We will need to have an independent investigator to do the investigation as we can no longer trust the D.O.J or any other government agency. I would nominate Sheriff Arpaio and his cold case posse to do it.
Nothing like this happens by accident, nothing. It was planned, you can be sure and I believe this person is also a victim. There is no reason why he would alert the authorities to the booby traps at his apartment. Makes no sense.
As I read again, you DO make a good argument: exotic gear, governments murdering their own people (Syria as the latest), and we know Obama hates America and the western way of life. So granted, you’ve posted a good argument for your beliefs. Most of us don’t want to believe that a “Syria” could happen in America, yet I think we’re all open to the suggestion that it’s very possible given how this administration is exponentially destroying our Constitution.
However, I like facts first, and hate to sound like a conspirator (even though sometimes they come to pass). And more importantly as I mentioned in my above post, right now with November being right around the corner, we have to be SO CAREFUL that we don’t give Christian Conservatives a BAD NAME. We’re already fighting for our rights, our religion, our values — and it’s an exhausting fight — but we need to keep it up and not taint what is good and right in America.
Something to think about. Obama and Congress are making a last ditch effort to destroy the Second Amendment by leaning toward United Nations gun control. What better way than to orchestrate a tragic scenario like what occurred in Aurora to emphasize a point? Was Obama involved? Possibly although I think not directly., Let’s face it Obama is not in charge; he is the puppet of a much more diabolical coup of power merchants pulling his strings. They have an agenda, and a dupe to make it happen. Similar thoughts crossed my mind at the time of the Oklahoma City bombing. After all the sitting president at the time was in extremely hot water. A harsh, but effective diversionary tactic. No direct accusations, just some food for thought.
Holder was in the justice dept at the time of the OKC bombing and it later came to light that he green lighted the FBI to give explosives to McViegh and Terry (or whatever the other guys name was) Holder has been running guns and explosives since he got into government.

I expect that before November comes we will see other similar incidents occurring with increasing intensity.

At first I was thinking that this article was just a load of bull. However, upon reading the article, the author makes a very plausible case that should not be discounted. Dictators will stoop to any level that they have too in order to get their desired results. What made the whole scenario plausible (to me) was the U.N. Small Arms Treaty that may be signed on July 27, 2012. Only if the people scream for gun control, especially since they blew it with Operation Fast & Furious that it would be accepted. However, the people of the United States are still not in favor of gun control. We just have to pray that the U.N. Small Arms Treaty does not get shoved down our throats like the Affordable Health Care Act did.
The thing is that Americans are not screaming for gun control after this incident. They are calling for slacker gun control laws that will allow them to carry a gun into a theater.
The problem is that most of the nations in the United Nations already have strict gun control laws, so they won’t see Barracks treaty as anything dangerous or out of the ordinary.
The second ammendment is one of the unique things about our country, a citizenship who is ready to stand up and fight for their rights. Take away the second ammendment or take away our guns, and it’s more difficult to stand up and fight for our rights. Scary times ahead. Please vote responsibly.

I am 110% for the “Rights To Bare Arms,” I’m a Demarcate, I AM NOT a Obama Demarcate!
