He should be investigating how Obama was able to get on the ballot, seeing that he is Constitutionally Inelligible to run for President, as not being a “natural born citizen” as defined by SCOTUS in Minor v Happersett, 1875 by a 9-0 vote. SCOTUS defined “natural born citizen” as one who is born to 2, not 1, but 2 U.S. citizen parents on U.S. soil. Out of his own mouth, Obama stated that his father was not a U.S. citizen, thereby, declaring his own inelligibility to seek the office. It was not the purpose of the Court to define “natural born citizen” in this matter, but it was the cause of the decision, which affirmed the Plaintiff’s, Miss Virginia Minor’s right to participate and cast a vote in any and all Federal Elections. Miss Minor attempted to vote in the Presidential Election of 1874, and was denyed, as not being elligible, but the Court determined that since Miss Minor was the Child of two, not one, but two, U.S. citizen Parents, and being born on U.S. Soil was absolutely a “natural born citizen” and was thereby fully elligible to participate in all Federal Elections. This was the first decision to affirm a Woman’s right to vote for President of the United States, nearly 40 years before the sufferage movement took place.
Verifying absentee ballots in key swing states is the key to determining who should be residing in the White House in 2013,and I am convinced that it will not be Obama. All absentee ballots need to be verified and the will of the people will be determined through that process.
Does it really matter? I think anyone with a brain knows that piece of crap doesn’t belong where he is….not a thing will be done about that or any of the other crimes he is guilty of in the past and even in the process of doing as we speak!
He knows that, and he will NEVER stop unless someone physically puts an end to it,just my 2 cents!

Obamass isn’t going to let this happen because he knows that the massive fraud will be discovered. He will do everything from intimidate to outright physical violence to keep this AG from doing his job. If Cuccinelli has any balls he’ll tell Obama to go screw himself and proceed with whatever he finds up to and including impeachment. Obama MUST BE STOPPED at any and all costs or this country will fail miserably.

My 82 yr old dad says this is the most corrupt election he’s ever seen in the U.S. My 92 yr old Slovenian mother-in-law who escaped communism 64 yrs ago says this is how it starts. She sees the beginnings of socialism and she’s not happy about it at all. Her husband and her endured great sacrifices and hardships in order to provide a better life for their themselves and growing family. Those who don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it. WAKE UP AMERICA!
