I was wondering how long it would be before the criminals in Hawaii would forge documents for the cancerous tumor in the white house. I would really love to know his legal name. Anybody really know what that is?
I agree, that if there really were a birth certificate – it would have been revealed by now, if for no other reason than to mock the "birthers". ALSO – WHY would someone spend over a million dollars to prevent all his history (like kindergarten records, health records, college applications and records etc) if he had nothing to hide? The fact that he hides these records makes it very compelling to beleive that he HAS something to hide.I do not understand WHY the courts do not see it that way!
Why was the very first executive order that BHO signed on the day he was inaugurated to seal ALL the records of his history that would prove definitively that he was a ‘natural born citizen’ of the United States? All birth, school, medical, passport and selective service records have been sealed against FOIA requests. When has any other president EVER done this? What is he hiding by sealing ALL public records of his life story? Why has he spent over 1 million dollars on legal representation to keep from showing a $12 copy of a legitimate, CERTIFIED copy of his original birth certificate? A person does NOT have to be born in Hawaii to obtain a ‘Certification of Live Birth’ like the one presented on his website. It’s NOT the same as a “Birth Certificate” which lists the name of the hospital, doctor, size, weight and witnesses. Why did Congress demand that John McCain PROVE his citizenship before anyone in America even knew it was being questioned but not require the same of Barack Obama when his birth place was questioned very publicly? Just asking. No answers will be forthcoming.

Even Corsi has it wrong!! I don't understand why we're concentrating on the birth certificate. Obummer's father was a Kenyan national and a British subject (or he wasn't). If that is correct, Obummer is not a natural born citizen. If it is not correct, if Frank Marshall or other is the true daddy, then Obummer's candidacy and presidency is predicated on lies, forgeries, perjuries and other high crimes and misdemeanors. Either way, he's toast.
You are correct, the birth certificate shouldn't even be an issue. He was born a British subject by virtue of his father and that alone should have kept him off the ballot. We have Pelosi to blame because of her perjury to place him on the ballot. I hope the Supreme Court takes up the issue and finds him ineligible.

Obama's birth certificate is IRRELEVANT.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, of the United States Constitution REQUIRES that "No person except a natural born Citizen…shall be eligible to the Office of President…"
In The Law of Nations, which was read by many of the Founders of the United States of America, and informed their understanding of the principles of law which became established in the Constitution of 1787 , Vattel wrote in Book 1, Chapter 19, § 212, "The natives, or NATURAL-BORN CITIZENS, are those born in the country, of parentS who are citizens."
His father was a British subject, so ONLY ONE of Obama's parents was a U.S. Citizen, NOT BOTH, so HE IS INELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT.
EVERY SINGLE ACT which Obama has taken as "President" is NULL, VOID, and WITHOUT ANY LEGAL FORCE.
Once people start to understand that, there simply WON'T BE ObamaCare, Supreme Court "Justices" Kagan and Sotomayor, or ANY OTHER THING which Obama has done while he has pretended to be the "President."
We don’t know for sure that Barack Obama (the 1st – he’s not a ‘Sr.’) was Barack Obama’s (the 2nd) actual ‘father’. He may have been paid to be the ‘fall guy’ to cover up for the real paternity because he knew he wouldn’t have to be around to be a ‘father’ or take any responsibility for the child. The alleged ‘marriage’ between Barack (the 1st) and Ann Dunham was not a valid marriage because Barack (the 1st) already had at least one wife in Kenya. It would have been bigamy to marry Miss Dunham whether she was pregnant or not. If the real ‘father’ was a U S citizen he could have faced statutory rape charges in Hawaii because his mother was only 17 at the time of the union and the ‘father’ was at least twice her age and of a different race. A couple of the names of the real father that have been suggested are Frank Marshal Davis or Malcolm X. If you place photos of Barack, (the 1st), Davis and Malcolm X beside Barack, the 2nd, at approximately the same age you will see which one he most closely resembles. If Davis or ‘X’ was the ‘father’, Barack would be a ‘natural born citizen’ because he was born of two citizen parents. There is a possible glitch if he was born in Kenya or Canada because his mother wasn’t old enough to confer citizenship according to the laws of 1961. I believe the ‘glitch’ only applies if she was legally married to a non U S citizen and bore the child outside of the U S. As a single woman, I believe her citizenship would be conferred on her offspring no matter where she had the child. This man’s entire history has been deliberately shrouded in mystery and obfuscation from the moment he was ‘chosen’ to be the Progressive left’s ‘anointed one’. The truth will be known. We can only hope it is in time to save our country from the powers behind him that have been shaping and guiding him for at least the past 30 years if not since his birth. It reminds me of the movie ‘Rosemary’s baby.
Actually, the Birth Certificate IS important because it can be used as further proof of
Obamm-bamm's crimes. His enrollment in Occidental College on a scholarship –
a College which only accepts scholarships for foreign students, his visit to Pakistan
in 1981, which could NOT be done with a U.S. Passport at that time. It is likely that
these were done under the name Barry Soetoro. That is the name under which
Barack Hussein Obama was enrolled in an Indonesian school at the age of six
when his mother married Indonesian citizen Pak Lolo Soetoro and became a
resident of Indonesia, taking then six-year-old Barack with her.

Look at what he is doing now, against our voices, this week he signed into law the gay marriage act and added 5.7 billion dollars to our already debt ridden state (Page 4 Maui News). "Lord help us and pass the ammunition".
One thing we did defeat though, the gov tried to bring a big super ferry to Maui to move troops through the islands and we screamed No. The only difference was the Maui News had to cover the issue because we all knew what was happening. We never knew about the birth certificate deception. A lot of things are behind closed doors here.

I'm beginning to think that we WILL be told the truth. The Elite don't like Obummer and are using him. They'll throw him under the bus eventually. This morning a coalition of Muslim leaders warned the United States that if military action against Muslim countries continues, they intend to cut off America 's supply of 7-11 Managers and Motel 6 Managers.
If this action does not yield sufficient results, cab drivers will be next, followed by DELL, AT&T, Norton, and AOL customer service reps.
Finally, if all else fails, they have threatened to not send us any more candidates for president either.

Even though this is a true legal issue, there are still people all over this country who will trust and believe in Obama regardless of any proof laid out in front of them that he is a fraud! There has already been proof of a birth certificate from Kenya sent out to all in Washington about a year ago and NOTHING has been done about it. How much information does out politicians need before they get the picture?? Obama's grandmother has said he was born in Kenya, millions of dollars have been spent to keep this issue from becoming a headliner, and I read an article,also, about a year ago where an investigator was found dead in his car while being hot on the trail of Obama's birth certificate. None of these stories get air time or even a footnote of news! No doubt it will be very interesting in 2012.
Where is the emphasis on the Constitution? The qualifications for president are clearly spelled out in the Constitution, i.e., the president must be a NATURAL BORN citizen. The Constitution does not have spurious words and the words NATURAL BORN were put there for a reason and must be complied with in order to be in accordance with the Constitution! Obama was not a NATURAL BORN citizen because his father (or at least the claimed father) was not and never was a citizen of the United States. IF the Congress and Supreme Court are willing to toss the Constitution on this issue, then WE the PEOPLE should toss the Congress and Supreme Court and re-establish a Constitutional Republic in America! It is time to stand for what we are supposed to believe or forget it and become a true banana republic.

All of the controversy about the BC is fine and dandy. Please support the states that are trying to legislation passed to force a candidate to prove eligibility. I just hope it is worded in such a way that it forces Obama to prove he is a natural born citizen. i find it horrifying that he thinks he is going to get re-elected. What arrogance and anything elese anyone can think of.
Not one of them, as near as I can tell, have defined 'natural born citizen' and demand adequate proof of same. This appears to be nothing more than another smokescreen.

Tonight, Laura Ingraham is talking about the need for some of the stronger candidates in the Republican Party need to step up and announce their bid to run and then get with the program! The machine behind bho is indeed a strong one and it needs to be dismantled a piece at a time. Taking Soros out of the equation might be one of those first small steps.

Sometimes his gifts are large, like the $24 million he spent in 2004, trying to defeat George W. Bush. Sometimes they’re small, like $20,000 to a woman convicted of helping terrorists.
Now Soros has turned his attention to Canada.
One of his front groups, called Avaaz, is lobbying to stop Sun Media’s license for a TV newschannel. Soros doesn’t know anything about Canada — Avaaz called the Sun newspapers the “Suncor newspapers” — but we’re his latest toy.
Avaaz is sending a petition to Canada’s TV regulator, the CRTC, claiming that thousands of Canadians want to censor the Sun and keep it off the air.
The petition is a fraud — it’s an Internet petition, and anyone can sign anyone else up without their permission. Fake names are permitted, and so are foreign citizens. And the whole campaign is run out of New York.
Do you think Soros should determine what you can watch on TV? Do you think that decision should be made in New York? Is our freedom of speech just another trinket for him to buy and sell?

I always believed Corsi and P. Berg… there's too much out there not to believe this. I think the entire Democratic Party in charge of getting Obama as a candidate should be charged with fraud, treason, and I don't know what other charges for what they caused the USA, They need to go to prison – every one of them.
What really scares me about this entire matter what kind of damage is he doing to our wonderful USA because he really doesn't care because he wants to lose all of our freedoms no matter what they might be and if we don't step in it will happen.
The courts have NEVER even looked at the evidence. Obama’s attorneys have been able to get every single case dismissed because of ‘standing’. His attorneys have been able to convince the courts that NO ONE has the right to ask for documentation. Not an ordinary citizen or even a competing candidate on the ballot such as Alan Keyes in California. If someone was ever able to get a court to require that he produce the documents, it would all be over. We know from his own words that he wrote in one of his books that he ‘found a copy of his birth certificate between the pages of an old book he was thumbing through”. I believe it was at his grandmother’s house in Hawaii. We also know, from the fact that he held driver’s licenses in at least 3 states, (HI, CA, IL & possibly NY), that he would have had to produce a birth certificate prior to the ‘Certification of Live Birth’ (which is NOT a ‘Birth Certificate’) issued from the State of Hawaii in 2006 that was posted on his ‘Fight the Smears’ website in 2008. Why was it necessary to obtain a copy in 2006 when he’s had a legitimate one all along that he has used throughout his life? Someday, the truth will come out. I only hope it is not too late to save our Republic.

The Conservative Party is "fighting" two wars within our own borders as we speak. The first one is with the liberal/progressive Party of Food Stamps and the second is with Muslims trying to bring Sharia Law into America and its court systems and making the U.S. Islamic/Sharia compliant. Both of these wars have to be won or the U.S. and its Constitution will fail. 1961 FBI Memo: Ted Kennedy Rented Chile Brothel

BOSTON — An FBI file contends that a young Edward Kennedy arranged to rent a brothel for a night while visiting Chile in 1961, a year before he was elected to the Senate.
The previously redacted memo, dated Dec. 28, 1961, was released by Judicial Watch, a Washington-based organization that said it obtained it through a Freedom of Information lawsuit.
According to the memo, Kennedy made arrangements to rent the brothel "for an entire night" in Santiago earlier in 1961.
Kennedy was a 29-year-old assistant district attorney in Boston. He was elected to the Senate in 1962 and served more than four decades until his death in 2009.
Kennedy's family remembers had no immediate reaction to the release of the memo.
