Senator Jeff Sessions will stay in office. Count on it.
This guy seems to be one of a few senators who is actually doing their job and calling into question her past decisions and actions. She should be approved or denied based on whether they think she will be another activist,on whether they think she will base her decisions on original intent or on international laws and empathy. Party politics should not play a role in this,and that is a problem we have when appointees are interviewed.
It is a good thing that Sessions is speaking out but why isn’t he leading the charge on a filibuster? It’s fine to talk a good game but when it comes right down to it, he will not filibuster! They all need to grow some kojones!!!!!! The democrats didn’t have any problems filibustering our nominations but these cowardly republicans just back down and take it!
I hope all Senators either Republican or Democrat will make the right decision as they have sworn to do. This woman does not belong in our highest court!

Last night ,Tuesday, Sen.Sessions spoke about it or it may have been Sen.Grassley. I did not know this was even done in our country.After C-SPAN off,I looked it up.I sat and cried at the sheer horror of the mudering of these babies being born.I came across articles of how OBAMA destroyed 2 Bills to ban it .He agrees it is okay to do this to innocent babies.I already know OBAMA is a very bad,horrible,evil man but my blood boiled to learn he stood against the banning of it.His Science czar John Holdren wrote a book , he favors compulsary abortions,putting chemicals in our water supply and food supply to cause infertility ! Put that with OBAMA AND KAGAN and it is horrifying ! IMPEACH OBAMA !

Babies are killed because people want to make money off of others' times of need. They also want to control the population. However, if we had more population, we might have more tax payers, and we might not have such a high national debt. If we continue to focus on the bottom line instead of on the value of people and their lives, thwarting personal responsibility, then how can God bless us. God wants us to be responsible, help where needed with the intent to help people gain personal responsibility and liberty, not to continue to take care of them, then allow them to die when we are to tired of taking care of them, and it doesn't fit the bottom line! IMPEACH the anointed one, IMPEACH PROGRESSIVES, VOTE for people who are different with new ideas, conservative values, DON'T Keep Electing the same people over and over again, because WE/YOU are not paying attention to what is going on in Washington!!

Senator Jeff Sessions is unemotional about his request for all members to look at the facts, the record, his remarks and to correct him if he has stated any errors so this debate will be fair and then make a good decision regarding the nomination of the gay Elana Kagan. He knows it will be in the worst interests of the American family if this gay gets appointed to sit on the highest court of our land. Her decisions are nothing more then our currant illegal muslim presidents ideals. She mirrors him like a spider doing push ups on a mirror. We will have decades of far left extremist decisions if this female wins the nomination. This Senator is refreshing to say the least. The White House Spin and the Kagen Spin are to be questioned at best. Pray that this gay female does not win the nomation!!

Anybody, whether he/she be democratic or republican needs to do what this man says. Look at her background! She does not have the credientials or background to be a supreme court justice. Elena Kagan has no business sitting on the Supreme Court. Her biased, liberal views we can do without. However, since she was nominated by the "Annointed One" she will be accepted. For some reason no one wants to confront him. His birth certificate is proof of that fact.

Kagsn does ot belong in this position in our high ranking court. She is for everything that will hurt the USA., and against anything that would help this country. Like Obama, she is a dark Trojan horse who would only unpack and cause much damage if elected. Those in power need to wake up while there is still time. Do the follks who run Washington D.C want to see good American citizens flocking away from this country enmasse to live somewhere else? It may happen soon. I have been watching the Republicans for days talking on Kagans confirmation.Time after time they repeatedly hit on the over whelming facts and views of hers on the 2nd amendment.Despite Sen.Sessions ,Grassley,McCain and others,it is utterly disturbing that she will be confirmed.The Democrats speaking just plainly ignore the fact that she is opposed to one of the most important rights we,the citizens have under the Constitution.They are showing the entire country how much they themselves believe in it.As Dean of Harvard,she showed a blatant disregard to the Federal law -Soloman Law ,by refusing military recruiters from using facilities to recruit students.BLATANT.In my opinion she will not set her opinions aside to uphold our individual rights.This is the highest court in the land,she is not fit and should not be confirmed.Obama picked her knowing she would help in aiding the Progressive movement.Even Democrats who love Obama and love their guns should not condone this behavior.Do they not realize they will lose as well as coservatives ? If we lose a moderate Supreme Justice our Constitution will be lost forever and the light on the hill,invisioned by Ronald Regan will go dim.Darkness will fall on the whole world !

For the sake of the next two generations of Americans and the protection of their personal freedoms, I hope that ALL Republicans and maybe even a few rational Democrats in the Senate realize that Elena Kagan is a leftist of the first order who would be nothing but Obama's newest "judiciary czar;" and she would be more than happy to abrogate individual and states' rights via a "rubber stamp" of his headlong rush towards a socialist state. She is not only unqualified to be a Justice, but she's also an enemy of the Constitution's original intent. Her "judicial temperment" and historical conduct is completely unbecoming of the position. There are just too many reasons to disqualify Kagan, and a few that would probably justify her disbarment, so Senators must do whatever is necessary to withold their approval of a lifetime appointment to the SCOTUS. Senators, you'll get only one chance to do the right thing here. November is coming, and "We the People" are watching very closely.
Without a single doubt, we are witnessing our nation being destroyed. By that, I mean we are seeing the greatest nation on the planet lose the strength and respect it has enjoyed (deserved) for centuries. The sickening part of this is referenced by the obvious decisions (demands!) that are being made by a president who has no interest in the thoughts, opinions and preferences of the people he has been assigned to SERVE! He is supposedly in office to better our great America! He is surrounding himself with inferiors to represent us in the most important areas. Embarrassing? Certainly. I'd like to hear a Republican ask the democrats why they even support the con man, because he's not a democrat. Now I know that certain members of congress and the senate are progressives (socialists, communists, fascists), and are doing all they can to help the con man rip this country to pieces. As far as how did it get so bad in the U.S., this scenario has been planned for YEARS, those in control now working back then quietly in the background setting everything up until the 'right time', that being the last presidential election. It's all history as to what has happened since. We've had a 'slumbering' government content with pushing their own 'pet projects' and lining their pockets will ill gotten money. They've been FAR too concerned in retaining their seats of power and gaining wealth to themselves to even LOOK AT what's been happening let alone actually DO SOMETHING to stop it! Thank God (literally!) for those few good Representatives and Senators who truly DO love America and her people. But they are TOO FEW and we can only pray that it isn't too late to turn things around.
CALL YOUR SENATORS TODAY and CALL THOSE INDEPENDENTS and tell them NOT to vote for Kagan to be confirmed! Put a little of your money to use and CALL! If you can FAX then do that (that's what I do). But DO SOMETHING and don't just talk about it! We watched in horror as the Harry Man pushed through the bogus 'health care' debacle. DON'T allow him to do the same with Kagan. She will be on the High Court for the REST of her vital years and we will NEVER RECOVER if she’s allowed to be confirmed. You only have a LITTLE more time to (hopefully) STOP HER, maybe only ONE DAY!

I want the repubs to filibuster this thing from sitting on the supreme court. If this thing gets on the supreme court, it will be a disaster for our freedoms! If this happens, it is time for term limits for the supremes or a law that enables we the people to remove a judge. It’s time for the people to be able to vote on who sits on the highest court in the land! The progressives are going to stack this court with anti American, anti constitution, anti freedom, anti gun, hating progressives. Why do the people keep voting in these rinos? This was all part of their plan. I,m sure that Ms. Kagan did cover for obama bin lyin,s birth certificate to keep her MASTER in power. This sick person will now be able to call the shots on the laws of our Country. How much sicker can this get? It is sad that we are all just sitting around watching all this take place before our eyes and letting our so called "honorable" representatives get away with selling out our Country to these cutthroats.
