More ObamArrogance: White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said the ruling that ObamaCare is unconstitutional will not stand in the way of the Dear Leader forcing the Jonestown Health Care Reform Act on the American people. Have we ever had a president as contemptuous of the people or the U.S. Constitution?

Why would one judge's decision have any effect at this point? Two judges have upheld the law's constitutionality, 11 judges have simply thrown out cases, and now one judge has ruled against the administration. Big deal.
Those opposed to the law didn't quit after 13 losses, and that portion of the law isn't scheduled to take effect until 2014. This video is a non-story.

The whole thing about this is if one judge rules against this unconstitutional piece of crap, we'll just go out and get some of our judge's on our payroll to rule on the matter. Gibb's is such a dork. Most of the judge's are afraid to adhere to what the Constitution say's because most of them have never read it and it dose'nt fit in with the way they want things done.–Right or Wrong.

Laws mean nothing now , hell even the UCMJ which I thought was beyond reproach aparently wouldn't let the accused Lt. Col Terrry Larin his due process by letting him see Obamas true long form birth cirtificate. tHIS JUST UPHOLDS THE FACT THAT MONEY CAN DO WHAT EVER IN THIS UNTRY EVEN IF IT IS UNAMERICAN DO DO SO …. Hey Jimbo…I see you're still as ignorant and plain stupid as ever. Lower courts have thrown out and upheld without regard to our RULE OF LAW ObummerCareless. It matters cuz a HIGHER COURT has determined the mandate to purchase health insurance UNCONSTITUTIONAL…rightly so. Even though the full force of this mandate does not go into effect until 2014…the framework and structure still need funding to make this central tenent a reality. Defunding it will cause it to collapse upon itself and kill it dead in its tracks. Let the bloodsport begin! 2011 is gonna rock!
Sorry, but the two cases that the administration won were also district court cases; opponents finally found a district in which they could win. And even this one–determined by a Bush appointee with ties to the inurance industry–has a long way to go. But hey, I'm a Seattle Mariners fan, so I understand why you' would cling to small victories.

I haven't been writing much lately, but in the past have criticized Obama over his war policies, his secrecy, the fact that he's on TV too much, his cabinet appointments, his paying attention to Rush Limbaugh, and the amount of positive attention he gets from the media.
