i support Col Lakin 100 percent. He is doing a service to the American people. I know he disobeyed an order, but so has Obama refused to show the American people and col lakin his Birth certif.

As someone who studies and has been hired to spot faked and Photoshopped documentation in the past, I can personally tell you it’s the real deal. Why is that so hard for you to accept? You have seen a copy of a document called "Certificate of Live Birth"…that is not a birth certificate. A birth certificate has the doctor's name on it.

The proof has been shown that Obama is not qualified. It is through plain ignorance and dishonesty that your claim is made. Col Lakin will be court Martialed and its a disgrace that our CIC won't show his B.Certif and clear this up and save a man that has served this country for 18 yrs. Lt. Lakin is right. Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen because his Father was Kenyan. Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5, says you must be natural born and that means Father and Mother must be citizens either born on U.S. soil or naturalized at the time of his birth. If Obama was born in Chicago in Port-a-Pot on a Construction site, after emptying it out,and sorting Obama out of all the crap, he would still not be Natural Born, because his Father is still Kenyan. What is more there is ample proof Obama was born in Kenya.
You are correct. And, your assessment is supported by several cases relating to the question of the meaning of "natural born citizenship". In every case, the eligibility of a candidate for the U.S. presidency is established by most "natural" status allowable. This means that he/she must be born in a location under the protections of the U.S. Constitution (this not only provides legal rights and protections for the child but also for the doctors, witnesses and parents.) and they must be the biological offspring of two parents who are U.S. citizens. These measures were established in order that the office of the President would uphold, and be upheld, as a sovereign power without being subject to foreign interests and, ironically, usurpation. The founders of America understood the corruption and failure of sovereignty by European nations at this time.

The only certificate that was made available to the taxpaying public, was not a 'Certificate of Live Birth' as is such an instrument put out by Hawaii. What was put out is a 'Certification of Live Birth. This does not contain all the information which is required on the 'Certificate of Live Birth'. Also interesting is, the certificate number has been blacked out. Why? And why has Obama spent a reported $1 million plus, to keep the taxpaying public from seeing a 'Certificate of Live Birth'?

You are correct. You can reference the "1961 U.S. Report on Vital Statistics: Volume 1, Natality" and discover the rules established by the National Conference on Records & Vital Statistics to determine the legitimacy of a birth certificate used by state agencies. Hawaii has violated seven different rules and guidelines in Obama's case. 1.) Certificate must be attested by a licensed medical professional qualified to determine the characteristics, or lack thereof, of a "live birth" 2.) Certificate must be recorded by a licensed records official for immigration and naturalization authentification. 3.) Record must be completed in consultation with an administrator/medical officer of the facility in which the record is filed. 4.) Record does not specify a race of the child or parents in compliance with terminology required by the U.S. Dept of Health, National Vital Statistics Division (1961)……

Thinkingman is like an ostrich, hiding his head in the sand. As said above, Obama is of dual citizenship: His father was Kenyan, a British subject. If Obama had been a U.S. citizen, he could not have traveled to Pakistan, which he did while it was illegal for a U.S. citizen to do so. He won't produce that passport either, among all his other records of schools, etc.
There is a radio show recording on Youtube in which two DJ's had a phone conversation with the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.N., who clearly stated that Obama (1) was born there, (2) that his paternal grandmother was in the hospital room when he was born, and (3) that the house he lived in there is marked as a tourist site. They were very proud that a black, native Kenyan had become president of the U.S. The ambassador did not know that Obama couldn't constitutionally hold the office or he would have been close lipped about it. There is another clip on Youtube of Obama stating that he is not a U.S. citizen. He stated that he was born in Kenya. On the same clip, Obama's spouse makes the fax pax of saying that when they visited his native country of Kenya, they both submitted to an Aids test. At that early date, I believe they were both ignorant of the fact that Barack wasn't qualified to be president.
In each state, both political parties must submit a letter to the chairman of the nominating committee stating that they veted and verified the candidate to be a citizen of the U.S. Strange isn't it that Hawaii's Democratic Party was the only one that wouldn't put a signature to that required piece of paperwork? So, it was done for them.
Hawaii's Certificates of Live Birth only prove one thing: The holder is a then, living person. An individual born on the moon could get one. Also, that certificate which was produced by Obama was printed on a lazer printer. There were no lazer printers when Obama was born.

I respect LTC Lakin for his fortitude and conviction, who must have known from the beginning that he wasn't going to win this battle. After all, actual military orders are really traced only as far as those of the different services' personnel bureaus, as they send their officers and enlisted personnel to the commands where they are needed. I do believe he has standing to make his claim, but that has been repeatedly denied by the military court. I think that LTC Lakin will go to prison, until a replacing president pardons him.
Obama should be ashamed for not producing a birth certificate, if he were to have one, in order to keep LTC Lakin from going to prison. Of course he would probably be discharged right away for causing all this stir.

A Hawaiian woman gave birth to twin daughters the day after Obama was born, and she has posted a copy of the actual certificate online. No similarity to the Obama one posted online. In one of his books, he claimed that he found his birth certificate folded up in a book he was reading. Just post an honest LONGFORM certificate and the brouhaha will be over. If he lost the copy found in the book, he can order an official longform copy from the Hawaiian Department of Health, cost is $20 or less.
Second point: Why are all his records sealed from the public? including his grade school records, his Occidental College records, Harvard, Columbia, IIlinois Bar Association,etc.? George Bush's college records and other records were posted online so the world could see his unflattering grade reports and lousy driving record. Fair is fair – Americans are asking that he be as open on his personal information as we are required to be on ours. We know less about him than any previous president. Yep, so "scared" that I'm virtually the only one here who uses his own name, photo, and link to other information. I can see why you'd get confused, though (even aside from the fact that you get confused about almost everything, including speliing and the use of puntucation and capitalization)–there are a lot of cowards here, the kind of folks who would quit a job halfway through and communicate mostly through Facebook because they were afraid to face the mainstream media, or who would find a flimsy excuse (backed by a small group of like-thinkers) to avoid doing their job if it meant going with their buddies to Afghanistan..
When Lakin is convicted. wont this give the case standing in the US supreme court? Now the case have standing correct? It shows that the Lakin has been directly harmed if the evidents shows a Presidents holds office Ilegally?
That's an interesting point. Every court thus far has dismissed legitimate cases by falsely declaring the plaintiff has no standing. Now, however, by even taking the case against Lakin, the court has, by default, found standing.
Does not any soldier have the right to question the rank of any commanding officer? Does not any commanding officer have the duty, to properly represent himself, as such? Obama "claims" to be commander and chief….. Let's see his credentials, as such. Does not the American people have the right, to question the validity of same?
The U.S. Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787 [01]. Anyone born after that date must be a "natural born citizen" in order to be eligible to serve as President of the United States [02].

According to Dr. Lawrence Solum, a law professor at the University of Illinois College of Law, we know two things for sure about the meaning of
"natural born citizen":

The makeup of the Congress is changing. Lt. Col. Lakin may be vindicated sooner than he thinks.
The standards of authenticity have not been met by Obama. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin has simply employed the legal statutes afforded to him by the UMCJ as a means to clarify the true identity of the individual claiming to be leader of the military in which he serves. Military law upholds grounds for any service member to disobey any order they believe is unlawful or originating from an unauthorized authority as defined by the U.S. Constitution. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is correct and justified in refusing to obey any order he believes is illegal as long Barry Soetoro Obama remains an unvetted, unverified resident in the White House. Terry Lakin has taken an oath to defend the Constitution, and that is exactly what he is doing. Now, if the legal authorities of the military find that he is wrong, they must demonstrate how and why he is wrong. They don't have the evidence to do that. Therefore, if they find Lakin guilty, the verdict is baseless and, probably, the most blatant example of judicial impropriety in American military history. Lakin will only win the support of millions if he is martyred by this cowardice, degenerate administration.
Without men like LTC Terry Lakin, America wouldn't even exist for Obama to be President of it, in the first place. Obama owes all he is, and all he will ever be to warriors like LTC Lakin. In fact, Obama has just become a transient official next to the honorable authority of this brave, noble soldier. The best thing Obama could do to remedy his loss of credibility is to man up and submit the evidence supporting the identity he claims to possess. Otherwise, he is a degenerate usurper and violater of Constitutional law. I will be sending a large financial gift to LTC Lakin this Christmas.
So, will Lakin get a personal introduction to the concepts of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" while visiting the correctional barracks at Fort Leavenworth for six months? Couldn't happen to a more deserving birfer tea bagger. And, without any military retirement pay and benefits, perhaps he'll enjoy all that welfare has to offer.
As I have said before, the trial was a complete farce. Shame on the military leaders for not allowing Col.Lakin "Discovery", for fear of "possibly" embarrassing the POTUS! I guess that is more important then the CONSTITUTION THEY TRASHED!
