At 28 min in this so called judge opens up his mouth. At that point I knew this JACK WAGON of a judge was going to do nothing to help the cause of truth and or JUSTICE. He would have been better off to keep his yapper shut. How do people like this man get into positions with such power. To make a statement like ” so what happens if the father dies before the birth” would it still be considered a natural born citizen. Lawyers love make things complicated. Obama was the uncontested Democratic nominee ‘recommendation’ whatever you want to call it from the state of Florida to the national convention. If no one is running against him he is a nominee by default.
I’m a little worried about this judge given his analogy: If biological parents (both citizens) of a child raised by only one parent because the other parent dies, is the child still a natural born citizen of two citizen parents? . . ridiculous question.

Georgia got two nuclear reactors and 8.3 billion dollars for caving to the White House plus who knows how many and how much in offshore accounts. This being so, Florida and the Judge should hold out for 10 nuclear power plants and as much as that bundler friend of Obama’s got, 528 Million in offshore accounts and 40 billion in grants to build the Nuclear Plants. All states should follow and the USA could have 400 new nuclear power plants and 5 trillion dollors to build them and 20 billion in offshore accounts. Just get the Fed to “digitize the money into the judges offshore accounts. .

It’s pretty much out in the open that Obama is not an American Citizen , his birthcirtificate is in fact fraudlant, as is his social security number, and his selective service card. Well this all being known and documented, how is it that Obama is still in office weireing executive orders that congress is going to shoot down , why is Obama nad his crew in prison instead of the Whitr House draining the last bit of American justice out on the ground..
The requirements for president are stated in the Constitution, BUT, no one has been given the responsibility or authority to vett a candidate or president-elect. Until 2008 there was no need to vett: Ineligible people simply did not run for office. obama discovered and used that loophole to obtain and remain in the White House. obama’s legal teams are desparately fighting this challenge in Florida because if just ONE state declares obama ineligible to be on that state’s ballot then that decision can be used as legal precedent to keep him off the ballot in other states, causing a domino effect against obama’s re-election.
Is it legal to hold a “Dog and Pony Show” in a “Kangaroo Court”? There is one simple question the Judge needs to ask himself. Why are Obama’s so called attorney’s there to defend him with this [sidestep nonsense] if the Democrap’s don’t plan to have him be the nominee? They do plan to make him the nominee and this argument is nonsense. Period!
And what’s with “Pale Rider” over in the corner with all of the snide smirks and s**t eatin’ grins. She thinks she is soooo clever.
