When Attorney General Eric Holder suddenly reversed course and had the DoJ dismiss the voter-intimidation case against two New Black Panther Party activists stemming from an incident in 2008 in Philadelphia, many questioned why the DoJ would quit a case it had already won. Attorneys within the DoJ wondered why the federal government had suddenly become disinterested in voter intimidation. Some, like Christian Adams, Asheesh Agarwal, and Mark Corallo have gone public with their outrage, and also wonder where the hell Congress has gone in its duty to oversee the executive branch and its enforcement of laws Congress passed.
Well, look, maybe this was just a bad day for the defendants. Maybe they were just nice young men who took civic engagement to a momentary extreme of enthusiasm. Zanizbar, I don't think you are reading clearly what I say. I am not all white either. My family is very mixed. Bottom line yes, we work for what we achieve in life . The most racist people I know are the lazy, and those having baby after baby they can't afford, and want free government money. Blacks, white etc. that work and move to achieve their personal goals with education or experience, and ambition are not as racist so it seems. They are not the ones complaining. Disadvantage is not an excuse in this day and age. I know because I had no parents and I had to achieve goals without resources. But I did it because America gives us opportunity when we have the ambition. I am not a racist, but I do not like those that are racists. If that makes me a racist, then so be it. People always question my race because they can not clearly tell what I am. But I have had the most racist remarks come from black women, mostly because of jealousy. i understand about your being a mixed race as a fact of my 6 children 2 are in interracial marriages. i have a son married to a very nice white girl and my daughter is married to a very nice white man. i have 3 grand children between the 2 children who i adore. i am very thankful that they have good marriages and are treated good by their spouses. as you well know even within our race light skinned blacks at times look down on darker skinned blacks. so we are racist often with in our own race. i do sympathize with you though for i know it is true that being a white woman or a mixed race woman or a light skinned black woman that often other black women will make racist remarks. in fact my daughter who is black and married to a white man is treated much better by folks than my sons wife who is white.
It's not too surprising that Obama and his minions decided not to prosecute the Black Panthers. However it would have been surprising had they dropped a similar case against some Klu Klux Klan members or some Neo-Nazis. They would ave gone spastic had that been the case. (I am not in favor of the Black Panthers, The Klan, or Neo-Nazis, by the way.) It's just typical of Cook County Illinois political thuggery.

They also televise beheadings of moderate Arabs that refuse to accept the radical thinking of Al-Queda. Nice TV station for our officials to be televised giving interviews, isn't it. Bolden claims he was giving the interview under Obama's orders and relaying the President's plans.
What will it take for the American people to wake up, even the Democrats, before it is to late to save this country? Just how much can we keep ignoring, even the Democrats, before we realize what Obama's intentions really are? And whose responsibility is it to make sure a candidate for President, or even the President, show proof of his qualifications to hold the office of the President? Just who has traitorously shirked his duty or purposely lied to allow this to happen, and keep going on, with-out showing the proof to allay any and all legitimate reasonings that he is not a natural born citizen? The truth will eventually come out, and if proven he achieved his position illegally, what will the punishment be for him and those who aided him to get and hold the office of President? i understand your frustration sherri with obamaa. i had hoped that his being elected would improve race relations but instead it has hurt. you say you are mixed race. so are you light skinned or dark skinned? i assume since you were raised in a black community and you have a black father and white mother? do not despair for my grand kids who are mixed race have adjusted well. thank god most people are not racist .let me assure you that there are pleny of good folks black and white who appreciate you for who you are. we need to love one another in this world blacks and whites and do what is best for our families and friends.
