As promised, two patriotic groups flew an “Impeach Obama” banner over the Rose Parade on New Year’s Day. The Impeach Obama Tea Party and Stop Obama Now – San Diego flew a banner, with 12-feet-tall letters, over the parade and surrounding highways during the well-attended annual event. Roger Ogden, the primary organizer behind the flights, e-mailed this author that FAA regulations limited visibility over the parade itself but the banner was heavily visible outside the immediate parade route.
The groups raised more than $2,500 in contributions from all around the country to fly the banner.
Because of this author’s coverage, the groups listed the ImpeachObamaCampaign.com, with WND.com and the “America Betrayed” radio program, in its acknowledgements.
The two groups have been active in spreading the impeachment message. They flew an “Impeach Obama” banner over the USS Carl Vinson as it docked in San Diego harbor during Barack Obama’s visit on Veterans Day. The president said he “honored veterans” by…watching basketball with them. You can see the video here.
Their next goal is to fly a banner with 20-feet-tall letters over the Super Bowl. Ogden estimates it will cost $7,000. For more information, or to donate, click this link.

This is quite a story. I wonder why there is so much on the move to impeach Obama from groups on the web, but there is virtually nothing in mainstream media. I just don’t know if impeachment is the correct mechanism for removal from office. As I see it, if what they are saying is true (and that is a big “IF”) there hasn’t been a valid president since George Bush left office. That would mean that nothing that Obama has done as President was legal – no bills signed, no treaties, no appointments, etc. Now, as a result, one might want to press charges of fraud, but that would be in a court of law. I wonder if that means that George W. Bush is still legally the President, as the way the President leaves office is for his successor to be sworn in. And if Obama wasn’t legally elected, his swearing-in wasn’t legal, either.
That would mean, I guess, that any Obama appointees in the decision path for Operation Fast and Furious would have made those decisions without authoritiy. If they were working within the law as a legal appointee, then they wouldn’t be able to be sued for those decisions. However, if they were not legally appointed, I guess they would be able to be sued. Not only that, but since the Government would not have been legally serving in the government, they’d also be vulnerable for a Wrongful Death action on it.
…and I bet that would also mean that the trillions being borrowed by Obama are not legal. If they are not legal, and Obama authorized the borrowing, he alone would be liable. That would be a great way to get out of paying trillions. I wonder if we should just deliver him to China? (They’d probably welcome him as a hero of the Revolution…)
And, of course, Joe Biden has never been a legal Vice President, either. So I guess he gets pardoned for all those odd comments, and we move on.
This could really be an answer to all of our problems. We really need to think about it… This could be a really good thing!!!!!
