I had already finished active duty and continued in Nat'l Guard while attending college when
Slick Willy was elected. I've seen many commanders and other officers resign because of
the oath to uphold and defend The Constitution from "all enemies, foreign and domestic".
They usually remarked that the domestic enemy is the current Commander in Chief and therefore
saw conflict.
I can see this also being similar, but this time we have no legitimate CinC and now it is
even more obscured by whether it is a foreign or domestic enemy that sits and parties in the WH.

As a civil servant, I too took the oath of office, which to this day, even though no longer a civil servant, still uphold that oath.
The current administration is certainly our domestic enemy as are numerous others in his cabinet and Congress. Never before have we as a Nation been attacked repeatedly by our own elected officials who's sole agenda is to destroy this country. Why do they want to destroy a country that has given them so much? One word comes to mind…Power.

I served 23 years in the Navy. During that time period I saw what Carter did to the Navy. Ships were unable to get underway, morale declined, personal appearance in and out of uniform declined, Adm. Elmo Zumwalt was CNO and allowed beards and mustaches' through what he called "Z" grams, the embassy in Iran was taken over. Then Reagan took office. Within hours of his swearing in the hostages at the embassy in Iran were released. Personnel grooming standards were tightened, morale suddenly took a huge leap, ships were able to get underway, many CO's were "relieved for cause" and it became the United States Navy again. I can only imagine what the Armed Forces has been like under Clinton. I do know that when he would walk off Air Force One or Marine One, the soldier at the bottom of the ramp would not turn, which in fact was a slam, however he didn't know it, not having been in the military. I can imagine what is going on with Obama in office under false pretenses. I feel for my fellow shipmates and soldiers.
I know lots of people that served when clinton was in office. It wasn't much different then as compared to Carter. One was getting close to retirement and decided to stay in until Clinton wqas out of office so his signature would not be on his retirement paperwork. Couldn't stand military life under a person that was so anti military. Obama is only worse. We need strong leadership and Obama is not a leader let alone a strong leader.

Obama refuses to release his real, original birth certificate, which shows his two U.S. citizen parents.
On 27 April 2011, he misrepresented his amended birth certificate, cropped or masked to delete the typed word "AMENDED", as his real, original birth certificate.
This creates the false impression of an alien father, which would render him ineligible to the Office of President. He does this for the meretricious political purpose of posing as half Negro.
Because Obama thereby creates a false impression that he was not a natural born U.S. citizen at birth, he incites insubordination by members of the military, who reasonably infer that their orders do not stem from duly constituted authority. (They are probably correct in fact, in that Obama probably lost U.S. citizenship in acquiring and exercising Indonesian citizenship.)
Impeachment hearings are long overdue. They must start with subpoenae of Obama's DNA and vital records, both his real, original birth certificate showing actual birth parents and his amended birth certificate showing adoptive parents, whom Obama fraudulently claims as his birth parents.
Must military personnel mutiny en masse to get the RINOs in Congress to investigate the Obama matter, which the People gave them the power to do more than seven months ago?
SSG Moran is a brave soul, and a remarkable patriot. The US Justice Department has the responsibility to take action against Obama, but Obama has placed another criminal, Eric Holder, in charge, so no help there. The US House of Representatives could impeach the President, but so far they have not done that. I urge SSG Moran to call his elected representative and tell him/her what he is doing and why. The Rep will undoubtedly tell him to go back to work. SSG Moran, I believe you realize that it is you against a very entrenched system, and until Obama is out of office, you will have difficulty winning this thing, and you will feel very much alone in this endeavor, but in the end, I believe you will win, but at a tremendous cost to you and your family. I believe there are many Americans who are on your side. Unfortunately, the hands of the military are tied and the media is totally in the tank for Obama. The military has a civilian component over them, and I can tell you from experience that the distance between the average Assistant Secretary of Defense and a 3 star general is like the distance between a general and the lowest private in the ranks. IMHO you should elevate this to Congress. Perhaps a non-profit like Freedom Works can assist, too. There are many like organizations. Maybe someone there will take up your cause–I say your cause, but it is the cause of all freedom-loving, and Constitution-obeying Americans. They understand what has happened to our country, and the fraud that occupies the White House.
Also, there is a national security component to all of this, too, so don't expect the military to just walk off the job, because they won't. They can't. But they will be with you on this, and besides moral support, many may support you financially–oh, one more thing, get a lawyer…a good lawyer…and keep your faith with God and Jesus Christ.

Obama's lack of eligibility aside, the genesis of authority for the orders issued to our military collectively or to military members individually is our Constitution. To declare military orders unlawful due to the status of any individual in one's chain of command is unsupportable. I would truly like to see members of our House of Representatives present articles of impeachment. There are certainly sufficient grounds for it. What the likes of SSgt Moran and Lt Col Lakin have done are misguided.
You're absolutely wrong Hazel. Evidently you never served in the military. The constitution says that all military will protect our country from both foreign and domestic enemies. If a president is ineligible to serve, then the military is not obligated to follow his orders. Obama just happens to be a domestic enemy.

As an EX Air Force Veteran, I am proud of the people in the Military & the Civilians who are questioning the citizenship of OBAMA. I for one of millions of people doubt that Obama is a Legal President. I have seen videos where his grandmother, his wife & he himself has said he was from Kenya. Also a Kenyan Official has offered to testify in court, that Obama was in fact born in Kenya. Them there is the Social Security number from a state he never lived in. Several people who have examined his so called Hawaian birth certificate, say it is a forgery. Yet our reps in congress, the courts, & the Media do nothing & cover up for him. This Anti-American, Lying, Illegal in the Presidents Office, needs to be kicked out & imprisoned. And the same for anyone involved in this FRAUD.

We have a felon in the White House. He has been using a fraudulent CT social security number for the past twenty-five years.
