Perhaps you'll check in what order the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were approved. The fact is, you can either violate the Constitution or follow it–you can't violate it to protect it.

WHY?!…if we all know that Obama ISN'T eligible to hold office of POTUS hasn't he been IMPEACHED in the past 3 yrs??? WHY are we still just talking and discussing it? Millions of dollars spent to keep his records sealed is obvious evidence that he's got something to hide!
The only way to impeach Obama, is 3 fold; but the Congress has to start the proceedings. The Senate is controlled by the Dems and Harry Reid, and would never allow the hearing. The Supreme Court has refused on multiple acconts to declare Obama a usurper and there you have it. Obama is settling in just nicely; and collecting a war chest of a billion dollars to keep his seat on the throne. The fact that he can legally write laws in the guise of an executive action is wholly dictatorial in real life.
No matter what has been said regarding Obama's citizenship, nor evidence presented that he is not eligible to be President of U.S.A. nothing will be done. Majority of americans look the other way and accept the fact that we are being ruled by a President who outsmart all the so called intelligent justices, lawmakers and every body who are supposed to keep the constitution blindsided by this Obama and all his co horts who just trampled the constitution and laugh at america. All the world knows he is not a citizen and they are all laughing at us . Thank God 2012 is almost here. We can do something about this.

The ten-year transmission requirement remained in effect from 12:01 a.m. EDT December 24, 1952, through midnight November 13, 1986, and still is applicable to persons born during that period.

(a) The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: (7) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years: Provided, That any periods of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States by such citizen parent may be included in computing the physical presence requirements of this paragraph.”
The Immigration and Nationality Corrections Act (Public Law 103-416) on October 25, 1994 revised this law to accommodate “a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years”.
