Veterans are now receiving letters from the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) which are telling them that they have been deemed, without a mental status examination, to have a physical or mental condition due to their combat experience, which has rendered them to be ineligible to possess a firearm. Further, under the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code 924(a)(2), if the veteran possesses, receives, attempts to purchase, or purchases and transports a firearm they may be fined and/or imprisoned.
On December 31, 2012, when he thought nobody would be looking, President Obama signed the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Pursuant to Obama’s implementation of a police state, thousands of veterans are receiving letters from the government declaring them to be mentally infirm. The sole basis for many of these determinations which are purporting to be diagnosing mental incompetence is solely based upon the fact that the veteran has seen combat. Further, if the veteran has been wounded or suffered a traumatic brain injury, they are considered to be potentially violent, mentally infirm and, therefore, ineligible to own a gun.
America, you better sit up and take notice. Our veterans are being disarmed in total and the process is emanating from executive decree through our federal bureaucracies. No judge, no jury, has declared these veterans, who received the disarmament letters within the past week, to be mentally infirm. This is a thinly veiled draconian effort to take guns out of the hands of people who know how to use them.
There can only be one reason the government is hell-bent on disarming veterans. Armed veterans would form the vanguard of any resistance movement. The globalists who have hijacked our government are attempting to take away America’s front line of civil defense by disarming the veterans.

MAYBE IT IS TIME FOR THE MILITARY TO TAKE OVER THE COUNTRY TO KEEP IT FROM BECOMING A MARXIST STATE. This president is purging the military from all generals who have stated they would not fire on civilians. What officer of rank will be next to take the pledge? And why would a president ask this of a general in the first place? Time for a military coup to save our country.

@viking I’ve heard some dumb statements on reasons why nothing can be done to stop Obama (Oslimbo) but your reason that “Oslimbo controls the military” has to rank right up there near or at the top. Have you any knowledge of history, world history to be precise? It wouldn’t appear so. Every third world dictatorship has changed hands, leadership, so many times it’s impossible to keep up. The vast majority of those changes have been the direct result of a coup de etat with one military leader/general succeeding another usually by the latter removing the former by force of arms. Our neighbors to the south in Latin (Central) America may hold the record for such changes of government over the last couple of centuries.
The United States isn’t that far from becoming another third world dictatorship. Some would argue that we’re already there. We are clearly a post constitutional republic with a fraud, a hoax, an incompetent ideologue and thug posing as the POTUS aka DOTUS (Dictator of the United States). So, it naturally follows that if he succeeds in running a third time and is reelected contrary to Constitutional Law prohibiting more than two terms, do you seriously think anyone in our Congress or Judiciary is going to challenge it? Duh! That will leave but one option to remove him from power.
As long as the citizens of this country hold the means to remove him by force of arms (widespread confiscation could be the spark that leads to all out civil war) that means that ultimately he controls only that which he is allowed to control as long as our patience continues long suffering. He knows that. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. That’s what’s fueling his and Holder’s drive to confiscate firearms beginning with a select few, i.e. combat veterans. He has to proceed with baby steps to prevent a massive revolt. And when the aforesaid patience is at last exhausted guess what happens then? Oh sure there will still be a large segment of the population that will sit on its hands or wring its hands just as there was during the revolutionary war of Independence where there were loyalists to the English Crown. Nevertheless there will be a large band of patriots who will rise up and if necessary carry the battle flag to rid ourselves of tyranny until they can no longer do so and a good many of them will be from our military, not veterans, but active duty personnel.
It will mean civil war because there is an equally large army that will fight to defend and preserve Obama. That will amount to an ironic reversal of roles played in the first civil war where white citizens fought their brothers, fellow citizens, not because of fear of potential tyranny by a white president, Lincoln, but actual tyranny exercised by a “black” president, Obama. It won’t make one whit of difference if Obama carries the title of commander and chief. That is a title which we the people have temporarily conferred on him in accordance with constitutional law despite efforts to prevent his reelection, a victory he narrowly achieved with the help of alleged widespread voting fraud and a weak opponent whose loss was predictable. All of this is speculative and probably amounts to a vain attempt to refute the thesis of your argument that there is nothing that can be done. I respectfully disagree.
My son exited the military because the military pledge was changed to include “…and obey the orders of the President of the United States.” He said he didn’t trust this president, so he could not in good conscience take that pledge. I told him he had made the right decision.
No matter how it all shakes out, we are in for some very hard times, and not long from now. Smart move would be to get some high end personal water filters. You can live several days without food, but three days without water and you’re done.
Good for him. Germany just went to gun registration. All EU members are expected to have gun registration by 2014.The UN and the EU are expecting the US to fall in line with gun registration. With their puppet in place the demorat=comminist=muslim will sign the agreement as soon as it hits the desk. We will be expect to line up like good little sheeple and register our guns . The sheriff`s in texas say`s they won`t obey the fed`s when they come for our guns. But the question is will the stop the fed`s from taking our guns and stand with the people.
