It is important to understand that the Democrats removed the severability clause in Obamacare; this will force the Supreme Court to throw the entire law out. This was a political strategy developed to focus attention on the Court itself. The most important issue to be decided in the next election is the future make-up of the Supreme Court. This will likely outrage the left and enhance their activism for Obama in the fall.

So I want to get this straight….Reid included the severability clause, then later removed it so that the left can be outraged that the USSC will have no choice to but to strike the entire law down, so that the left can be enraged and outraged ( want to cover all bases here ) around election time as a plot to go after the USSC ? Talk about overreach. Billions wasted for some pissy payback to the court ? My head hurts.

If Obama is reelected, he will own the supreme court. There are 2, maybe 3 justices who want to retire. Nuff Said!!!!!
