As I understand it, Arpaio and Zullo will be holding another news conference at the beginning of June concerning officials in Hawaii.
Arizona, stay in there and fight. You’re the only state that is brave and willing to fight for our rights. The other states have no guts. Hawaii will lie and cover for that jerk because they want to say that the 44th president came from Hawaii, nothing else. Since you do not know that there is a difference between a photoshopped copy of an alleged document and the real thing – the true and verified original, I’d like to propose an offer to you.

As for what Zullo said about Breitbart, he left out the most clarifying piece of info: Andrew was whacked.
He knew how dangerous this subject is and he made it clear at CPAC that he wasn’t going down the ‘birther’ road, but he was whacked anyway because he had done enough digging to expose some of the daming things that are not sealed by Executive order 13489.
My prediction is that Breitbart will be around for a very long time, they just won’t put their families in danger and possibly be responsible for anarchy and then martial law. It’s that dangerous.

If we ‘take him at his word’, but they can’t produce the hard copy, we know at least two things: there is no Hawaiian BC and he’s a fraud, felon and treasonous usurper or there’s something on that real BC that’s damning: Davis was his daddy. Former, NO state would produce an original hardcopy of a birth certificate upon your demand. A state keeps originals in secure locations. What Obama has is a “certified copy”. If you go to your states records department, they will not give you the original hard copy. They will not even let you look at your own document. Each state will provide you with a “certified copy”, that meets all the requirements any government or organization may require.
Obama is using this as a distraction. He knows he has a real proof of birth. As long as you and other birthers keep your eye on this silly issue, the less you look at the areas where he has real problems.
All you will be able to prove is Obama is a liar, a fraud, a dim bulb, and most likely a pervert. You will see why he and the Mrs. lost their law licenses.

I do feel the birthers are nuts. You’re saying the scanned image of his copy is fake. Why? His short form is fake? Why? Obviously a scanned copy, of his certified copy, is diluted again by the act of scanning and then printing. Clinton stopped talking about the issue because he knew it was on the wrong course. Obama showed the authorities his short-form BC as required by law. He then requested a certified copy of his long form BC. That meets state and federal law.
How can Obama show you his actual BC. He has never seen it. It is in a safe in Hawaii. The state doesn’t go to the vault and take a new photocopy each time someone asks for a certified copy. The statge retrieves the digitized copy in the computer system, then prints it onto security paper. The a state official or a deputy, affixes the “proof – ceritification stamp” to the copy. Each copy Obama has is probably not identical since the stamps on the lower portion are hand placed.
Who, anywhere gets to see their actual birth certificate? I can’t go to Olympia and ask to see my birth certificate. They will sell me a certified copy, and I will get it in two or three weeks from the time of request. Same with a death certificate. Go to your state capital and ask for the originals of either document. Do it for a stranger, and see if you can get one. Just why would Hawaii hand out certified copies to anyone not authorized by law to have a copy?

The constitution does not say each parent must be a citizen. All a person needs to be a citizen, is to be born in the USA. Like “anchor babies”, born to illegal immigrants, with NO US citizens being a citizen. A person born to at least ONE American parent while temporarily living abroad, allows the child to have US citizenship. Like McCain, being born in Panama while his father served in the Navy. Or like George Romney, Mitts father he was born to American citizens while they temproarily lived in Mexico. Like a woman serving in the military in Europe or Japan, or the spouse, the child is an American. There are multiple court cases supporting this. So Obama’s mommy did not have to do anything except deliver a baby anywhere and report the birth to the consolate and the child is a citizen. Since she delivered him in Hawaii there is no question about his citizenship. It doesn’t matter that his father was a black revolutionary from Kenya.

It looks like his name is David A. Sinclair MD, signed 08-07-1961. He , by signing the BC, certified that Obama was born 08-04-1961
Doctor Sinclair died in 2003. Do a search for, “David A. Sinclair MD, Hawaii” and you will get lots of confirmation regarding his signature from his family members.
I find it odd that this has continue with the oozing hatred, and no common sense. Since Hawaii has provided what for anyone else is adequate proof, and the Arizona and US governments are satisfied with the provided proof, why keep whipping this dead horse. We all get it, Obama is a fraud, a Marxist, and all around left-wing badguy. That being said, he has provided proof of birth that meets standards. Even Arizona’s secretary of state has accepted the state of Hawaii’s records. It should be over.
I watched all of “the proof of fraud” videos. They are not convincing at all. Obama has his certified copies. He paid for two copies. His staff then scanned one of them and released it to everybody. Then Joe’s posse looks at the scanned item and makes stupid claims as to why the scanned copy of a certified copy isn’t proof.
Well, as I watched the videos, and followed the producers commentary, I had to laugh. The “investigators”, and that in itself is comical, made claims that have nothing to do with how the original records were create.
The claim that the recording clerk lied is funny. Being out of sequence in the recorders ledger is common. The records are logged into the clerks book as they arrive, not by date of birth. All the clerks ledger shows is the document was delivered to the state, and was assigned a number, so in the future the document could be varified and easily located. When Obama’s agent requested copies, the state of Hawaii officials went to a file where a photocopy was stored. That is the image reproduced on his certified copy. That is why the background is “off color”. The distortions pointed out as people zoom in close are common to all printed and scanned items. The whole affair is silly. Sheriff Joe is pulling a joke on people, he knows that his experts are simply doing this for the fun of fooling so any people.
Perhaps you’re not intelligent enough to understand the experts and stupid enough to believe that “he paid for two copies” of the BC–we do know that he paid 2Mil to lawyers to hide his records, (that’s a lot more than the necessary BC!). Where are theses copies, why haven’t we seen them?

Perhaps you’re not intelligent enough to understand the experts that have confirmed the existence of the original copy of the birth certificate in the state of Hawaii archives. I accept that Obama, hired a local attorney in Hawaii, to get two “certified copies” of the BC. This was done in accordancewith state law. Like for any citizen born in Hawaii. The state will not give him or anyone else the original. Obama now has two “certified copies” in-hand. What should he do? Should he hand one to Arpaio? One to anyone else?
Or is the practical thing to do, make a scan of it and let everyone look at the scanned image. Then anyone can make their own copy. That will not be a “certified copy”, just a copy of a copy. Obama could, but has no need to, take the “certified copy” he has, go in front of a judge or notary, create a “certifed copy of a certified copy”. Why would anyone do that?
You ask where are these copies? Wouldn’t you think he has at least one in his WH safe? Another one in his personal safe or safe deposit box? It is funny to see the possee making great claims about how the copy of his copy, being repinted on the possee computer and printer is somehow defective. If Hawaii law allowed, maybe you could buy your own copy. But what legitimate reason do you have to get a copy? Then if you could buy a copy, they would give you a form just like Obama bought. A “certfied copy” of a birth certificate.

Those people that created the report are liars. They reach unsupportable conclusions. Som many conclusions were wild fantasies that I left laughing. @mountaine, Blind? I’ve watched hours of Sheriff Arpio’s videos. What simple-minded comments and conclusions the videographers made. Why did the creators of this set of videos find? What is the basis for the conclusions? Where are the facts? They showed us nothing!!! The claims about the edging on the rubber stamp impressions are easily explained. A dirty and worn stamp will create the rough borders. The same stamped used twice without re-inking creates the differences between imprints. Hand pressure changes the images. The pencil marks would be normal for a clerk to check and varify that the information is recorded properly. The claim that the background where the actual photocopy electronically placed onto the new security paper would be expected. Photocopy an old off-color sheet of paper (like a page from an old book) onto new security paper and the same effect is noted. Take an example of a handstamped document you have around the house. Take a digital photo of a real photograph, not a stored digital item, since thtalready has defects. Now keep working a close-up and the edges distort as the pixals are enlarged. Just take a multi-colored magazine advertizement and do the same thing. Everything is distorted the closer youlook. By taking a digital photo of a printed item, you have just added another layer of defects. The defects are exagerated with each step in the process. Hawaii has the original BC on file. At some point in time it was photographed (a real ilm camera) then stored on film. At some point that photograph was digitized, adding more defects. Now along comes the screaming crowd demanding proof. Hawaii, following the established laws and regulations created two “CERTIFIED COPIES” consisting of a digital copy of the original, printed onto new security paper. It still is not truly certified until the additional steps of imprinting the officials mark and signing. That can be done by a deputy clerk. So let us say the authorized signature is a simple rubber stamp, and the deputy applies that to the document, then initials alongside to show that it is adequate proof, per the laws and regulations of the State of Hawaii. Is that proof fit for cour? YES!!! Hawaii has “certified the copies”, according to the laws and regulations of the state of Hawaii. That copy was adequate for the US government, even the short-form was adequate. Now the presidents staff takes tat cetified copy f the longform BC, and they scanned it. That adds more defects. The scanned image is then distributed to whoever wants to see it. Arpios team then downloads the digitized copy t the computer system they use. Adding more defects. The possee then prints this multi-level distortion and commences to study it. They reach conclsions based on this dilluted copy. I feel, if the Arizona Secretary of Stte and the US government acept these, as would any court of law, that we no longer have an issue. Hawaii has provided a certified copy that would be accepted as proof in any government office or court in the United States.
The 12:22 minute video just presented is proof of nothing. All it is, is a claim that the possee, sometime in June will provide proof. If it is a rehash of what they have already presented, it will be more of nothing.
Has the evidence so far collected been presented to any competent court of law? Has a judge actually found the evidence is adequate to move a case forward? NO!!!
If the birthers have a case, present the case to a court. They will be laughed out of court and possibly found to be in contempt of court.

Whatever else has been said, Obama is still a lying fraud hellbent on destroying the USA! He plans to reign as our Dictator after the Country has fallen to the Chinese, the Muslims, or both. He attested that he was schooled here on a foreign grant. If he was an American, why would he get Foreign Aid? There must be a mountain of damaging info in his school records, or else he wouldn’t be hiding them! In his own Bio, he says he was born in Kenya. His Grandmother swears she was present at the birth. Since a reaative worked in the Courthouse in Hawaii, it was a simple thing to tamper. She also dug up the SS card he uses, that of a dead person that had never worked. Oh yes, he is definately a lying fraud!
The facts are Obama is a liar. That is a proven fact, without much dispute. We know he lied in his biography. We should know that he lied to get school aid, but with sealed records, that isn’t available. His grand mother was quoted in some sources as saying he was a Kenyan, but also was quoted as correcting that error. It isn’t easy to alter the records. That is why the birth certificvates and other important documents are recorda multi-level system. It becomes exceptionally hard to go back 40 years later and tamper with the ledgers. It is for that reason, having worked in government, and knowing how we took extra steps to eliminate such frauds, that I know these records are true. We have Dr. Sinclairs family saying it is his signature on the long-form BC. The birthers need to get over it. Find evidence that can be shown to support the claims of fraud. It is not going to be the birth certificate. A faulty social security card can be a sign of fraud, or simple clerical error. My SSN was used by another person and I should be getting added pension benefits had I actually worked for that company. In talking with SSA personnel when applying for SS, they said such errors have been quite common in the past. My first SSN and card was hand-typed in the local office. A replacement card had to be generated in another facility, since errors were so common when it was created locally.
Does that mean he is not a citizen? I say NO, he has proven that already. He hasn’t shown us all that we want to see. If it ever becomes open knowledge, it will prove he is a liar and fraud, but he is still a citizen, and he happens to be president. Showing he stole school aid after he is out of office will mean little in the big picture.
