Getting a little hard up aren’t you?
Sadly..ALL hospitals are guilty of this..all companies that own certain rights in the hospitals.
19 years ago…the hospital my husband was in was trying to draw blood right after he died!
So quite an act of desperation on Newts part. Starting to look very pathetic.
My bet is that Romney will clean up this corruption LONG before Newt.
You are making conservatives look like fools Newt and Co…..knock it off.
Maybe you had better think a bit longer on how Romney will like you say; Clean up this corruption LONG before Newt.
http://www.westernjournalism.com/understanding-mitt-romney-role-in-damon-corps-medicare-fraud/
The Romney apologista are hard at work. The bottom line is that Romney is simply unelectable. Newt is unelectable. Both have been at the source of several questionable activities, and while neither has been indicted, they will be torn to shreds by Hussein’s 1 billion dollar plus campaign war chest. It will take only a matter of a few months to destroy the credibility of either candidate. Ron Paul stands in contrast to both these professional kleptocrates. Paul is the only electable candidate. Ron Paul stands firmly for an end to corruption, crony capitalism, insider deals and for the restoration of the Constitution, an end to the endless wars. Ron Paul will save America from these clever crooks and dissemblers of the truth.
So you think EVERY poll in the country is wrong and Ron Paul is the only one who can win?
YIKES!
Too spooky for me to further reply.
ConnieO — The national polls show that Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who can defeat Hussein. Nothing spooky about that at all unless you want the country to sink further into corruption, bankruptcy and endless bloody wars. Lets get past the ad hominems and talk reality. A vote for either Romney or Newt, both disgraced and unelectable, is a vote for Hussein.
I respect your allegiance John…but now I find it REALLY spooky that you have seen polls that say he can beat Obama.
Oh my!
Perhaps you can send a link…I have to see this.
ConnieO . Don’t get all of your news from Faux News and Bill O’Silly. They are hiding the truth from you and other somewhat naive Republicans. See below. Do your own search. Paul is also polling well among minorities where he gets 25% of the votes that will otherwise go to Hussein.
________________________________________
The NBC-Marist survey, conducted between November 27-29, shows Paul ties with Obama, 42-42. Current front runner Newt Gingrich loses to the president 47-37; Mitt Romney, who until recently was leading most polls, is also defeated, 46-39.
The survey shows that Paul has support outside of the GOP, which any Republican will need to score a victory in November next year. The political perspectives of those polled was almost evenly distributed, with 36-percent claiming Democrat, 35-percent Independent, and 28-percent Republican party affiliation.
Ron Paul leads Obama 42 to 35 percent among independent voters and attracts 15 percent of Iowa’s Democrats. Paul also leads Obama by 14 percentage points among voters under 45 years of age.
Additionally, 70-percent did not support or consider themselves to be members of the Tea Party, where Paul finds his strongest following.
Out of the 2,879 registered voters surveyed, 54-percent plan to vote in the general election.
The majority of the Tea Party is behind Newt John. Big time.
Sorry.
Don’t assume where i get my ideals from. As far as Fox…Ron Paul was on there far more than most running until just recently. There is an actual data….look it up.
They actually like the man.
I don’t know what you’re smoking, John, but roll another one for me!!!
A snowball’s chance in Hell is greater than Ron Paul’s chance of being elected. He’s just not viable. He’s only running so he can see if he can get some of what he wants from the real candidate if he’s got delegates that will throw the vote one way or another. He even knows he has no chance, and has pretty much said so in interviews.
So roll another one…just like the other one….
I will have one too! Sounds like good stuff.
Snidley– You will not have to hide your affection for the weed if you live in states where its been legalized. Paul is getting the feds out of the drug policing war business. That will save about a trillion alone.
“Paul is the only electable candidate.”
You must be joking!! Ron Paul has been running for president longer than Ralph Nader and he hasn’t been elected yet.
Twelve terms in the House in a democratic leaning district shows Paul is highly electable. As for Ralph Nader, IMHO he will vote for Paul along with millions of Democrats who now understand they have been betrayed by their plundering leaders.
Where in the world do you get your information?
The fact is…there is no indication that he even has a chance. Anywhere.
Nice enough man…but president…Never.
Would like to see him in a position of cutting budgets and reminding all in power of constitutional laws…but that is about it . He can’t be nor will he ever be qualified to be president.
Like he has said…his main goal will always be to teach about our constitution. He is qualified. However in every other forum, he stumbles quite badly. Millions of Democrats? I would not be proud of that. Perhaps he should be on the Democratic ticket.
I really have never understood how you Republirats nearly nearly always succeed in nominating the most incredibly bogus conservatives. Yes, you may do it again but then Paul will be running on a third ticket and you can kiss the election good-bye. You see, you really only have one choice and that is to nominate Paul. We have the organization and the money to run a viable third-party ticket targeting not only Hussein and whatever phony is nominated but also every last one of your RHINO comrades.
JOHNACORD…
I was waiting for you to show your butt.
The followers of Ron Paul are nothing but a cult. Ron Paul would never run 3rd party, Ron Paul actually cares about this country and would in no way be a part of Obama’s re-election.
He also knows this would brand him for life and then absolutely ruin the career of his son Rand.
So..you buffoons….jump off the power train as you are not riding on it.
Ron Paul..money.
Is that why he could not afford to compete in Florida? Those are his words.
So I would recommend you jump off that train as well.
You do use all the cutsie little words though.
How many times do you have to finish last..or next to last to get it?
DUH!
ConnieO — Cool off, your tea to too hot for your tongue. Is it you who is pitching for the Ayatollah Santoreum? No, maybe its snidley. Can’t tell the difference. Why would Paul waste time and resources campaigning in Florida? Mitt the Kleptocrat has it sewed up.
“Twelve terms in the House in a democratic leaning district shows Paul is highly electable.”
Running in ONE district for a House seat in no way compares to running in a national election and drawing votes from EVERY state. Every news outlet gives the candidates’ percentages, and Ron Paul is always far behind the others, so the rest of the country doesn’t think he is electable.
OMG — The polls I quote is the BIG ONE, Paul v. Hussein, not your rigged Republirat polls! As I said earlier, you Republirats have only one candidate and that is Paul. Nominate the Kleptocrat Romney or the Serial Hypocrite Newt, we walk with Paul and run candidates against every last one of your Republirat RHINO’s. That’s what this race is all about. Just go ahead and take the bait.
I’m not taking our bait. I don’t know what BIG poll you are referring to, but ALL polls are skewed to a certain extent. It’s planned that way because the questions are worded in such a way as to elicit the response they are wanting. But how do you think Ron Paul has a ghost of a chance when he isn’t even campaigning in Florida, and they are one of the key states? I don’t mean to criticize your candidate, but the people will not ever elect him. He is too old, the job is too much pressure for a man his age, his foreign policy is insane, and he doesn’t have the money to carry on a campaign. The main thing he has is EGO.
PS…I attended Marist college here in NY.
Marist is to the left and so is NBC. That is why they come out with such outrageous polling.
You are going to have to do better than that.
ConnieO– Did you graduate from Marist? I know they require you to study logic and your replies indicate you did not master the subject. The Marist Poll is one of the most trustworthy and influential and accurate polls taken primarily because they fashion their questions objectively. Stop taking directions from Murdoch’s puppet Bill O’Silly and start thinking for yourself. You might be surprised with the change in your thinking about politics in this once grand nation.
Yes I did graduate from Marist John.
As soon as you get out of the 6th grade, you will only have 6 more years and you can apply. I am a part of the alumni…I will put in a good word for you.
NOW..be nice!
ConnieO — Read what you just wrote, it makes no sense whatsoever, proof you flunked logic. You are not going to win an argument by making unsupported, illogical statements fashioned out of whole cloth without a scintilla of evidence to support your rants. As for the good brothers at Marist, they really do not hold a candle to the Jesuits. The Jesuits would have convinced you the Mormons are a rather despicable and heretical cult whose adherents can never be fully trusted in any capacity, whether as neighbors, in business, and most certainly politics.
Hi John
You are right! It seems you antogonist forget about Romney care, they seem to forget
that Newty had to resign from congress in disgrace(all you nay sayers don’t believe me look it up for your self)
Newt is a member of the Counsel on Foreign Relation who’s goals have alway been to bring
the U.S. down. As a matter of fact one of the Rockafeller family said in his memoirs that ” You charge
me with wanting to do away with the sovereignty of the U.S.! He went on to say “I stand huilty as charged(all you nay sayer, look it up for youself)
It is beginning to look to me that the “Republican establishment” are trying to run another Bob dole
or John McCain, two of the weakest “candidates” a party could ever field. Another words it is like they trying to through another election.
By the way Romney is a two fave liar! You can actually go on the internet and see Romney Saying that (when he ran for gov. of Mass.) he’d do nothing to try to over turn Roe v. Wade or a women’s right to choose in that state. And yet now that he’s running for pres. he trying to say he’s pro-life. Also, you can see him talk about the fact that he was not going to over turn any of Mass. draconian gun laws and yet now that he running for pres. he’s trying to say he’s pro-second amend. No matter where you stand on those two issues you have to admitt that Romney is double talking, he can’t have it both ways!
So how can any one back a double talker!!!!!!!
Patton…Stop believing everything you read that is wrong about Newt. He did not leave in Congress in disgrace as the media has been saying. Newt took this comment and gave his reasons for stepping out of the office. He left on his own..NOBODY forced him out. You are like a parrot in a tree house. Too many people like you are not good for this country.
America is in trouble, I didn’t like Romney in the first place because my father always told me when I’m talking to someone look at their eyes for deceit, lying, cover up not telling you the truth, just watch Romneys eyes when he swining his arms around telling the people how great he is with funny circles around his eyes. Then when I see this video, I’m not surprized, how are we going to pick a President out of this group? Newt Gingrich had problems but nothing like this Romney. On Fox news today they found out from after Romney presented his taxes, he hadn’t turned in the interest on 23 foreign accounts, and I bet, “OH i didn’t know anything about them” Yah! And Santoram is overlooked because he doesn’t have any stolen money to fling around and he’s a good christian, family man that I have NEVER heard anything bad about him and I live in Pennsylvania. I’m still going to vote for Gingrich or Santoram any day rather then Romney, their background isn’t anything like Romney’s. I’m beginning think that’s why there is such a fight to get elected into anything to get their hands in the taxpayers candy jar. I’d like to see Pelosi’s and Reid’s tax return! Wake up America better know what your doing before Tuesday if your in Florida, between the two Gingrich is your better men, my opinion.
Jackie,
I have met him and spoke to him at least 6 times. His wife is ever so lovely. He really is a very nice and very kind man and he does look you right in the eye when speaking to you.
Mitt looks very very tired. I imagine they all are.
Let’s hope for the best.
Connie, did you watch the video? Not good!
Yes, I saw it. Newts people put it out, it is their logo.
Mitt has already addressed the issue. It is so ridiculous, that it is not even getting any coverage.
This is a practice that pretty much ALL hospitals are guilty of sadly. I was the first one to post on here and wrote what happened with my husband and that was many years ago. The hospital wanted to get paid just one more time for blood work.
It is very sad and I do hope this practice is stopped everywhere.
Newt is very desperate and I think he may be doing himself more harm than good.
I think it is about time to stop honoring John Acurd with any reply. He’s obviously a troll. He can’t discuss things reasonably. He seems to think Ron Paul is something wonderful. He’s welcome to. If they’re lucky some day the Paulites wake up and smell the roses. If not, they’ll just have to settle for the manure in their noses.
Good idea…I’m in.
Ho hummm…Romney-Newt, Paul-Romney, Newt-Paul,…who cares? The only viable one is Santorum and I hope he comes from behind and wins the nomination…Strong debater, against illegal immigration, patriot, and an honest family man who really wants to turn this country around without all the other bullsh..t.
You have a point. Personally, I’ve prefered Newt because I think he can handle a debate far better. But now that the Romney machine has been cranking, it is hard to stay with him.
America is experiencing the ROMNEY-BAIN-STYLE BUYOUT/TAKEOVER/FINANCIAL ACQUISITION of the2012 Presidential election.
I highly recommend that book “CAN MITT ROMNEY SERVE TWO MASTERS?” for every American to read before they go to the voting booth. He’s a very scary guy. We can’t have him as President. He would be as bad or worse than Obama.
Sore Loser!
So, Truth, who do you suggest one vote for in the primaries?
I copied this excerpt from the book “Can Mitt Romney Serve Two Masters?”
“In 1997 Romney and his team purchased a stake in DDi Corporation. Bain Capital earned $36 million after they took the company public in 2000. Romney sold his shares for $4.1 million. Soon after, however, DDi saw its stock collapse and eventually filed for bankruptcy in 2003, where 2100 workers were laid off.
Bain and DDi eventually settled a class action lawsuit that awarded $4.4 million to shareholders. (Romney was not named in the suit). According to the Los Angeles Times, the suit “argued that DDi was poorly managed and ‘hemorrhaging cash’ before the stock offering, court records show.” [Emphasis mine]“
