A citizen militia is a group of citizens who are able and expected to defend their homeland in times of need. It is different from a military, which contains trained soldiers who work as soldiers full time. There are numerous different types of citizen militias, ranging from state-organized militias such as the National Guard in the United States to groups of irregular and sometimes dangerous individuals who label themselves “militias” in developing nations. The role of a militia also varies widely, depending on its host nation, with some militias actively assisting their national governments and supplementing their national militaries, while others are actually partisans fighting against their respective governments.
The term “militia” is taken from the Latin “miltes”, for “soldier.” Groups of organized civilians differentiated from professional soldiers have been known as militias since the 17th century. In several countries, including England and the United States, the militia has a long and complex history; and several different legislative acts govern the precise role of the militia. Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
In the past, protection intent was paramount in legislation. But legislation has taken away the protection intent and legitimacy of the constitutional requirement for the States to be ready to protect themselves and the country claiming it was only for hunting. This of course is as ludicrous as was their Benghazi cover story and Hillary’s concussion.
It is ludicrous to continue to legislate against legal protection by disarming the law abiding citizenship. Soon, there will be pneumatic and ray gun weapons that will make the laws of gun powder weapons obsolete. Weapons will always be a fact of life, and they will be used in many different ways. The world is no safer today than it was in days past, and protection intent is more important than ever.
Education is paramount. But of course, government does not like an educated populous because it interferes with their freedom-stripping legislation. Ignorance is a factor in socialist government to emplace “further” dependency on the people. Self-governing principals do not work in big government programs.
It would be interesting for the States to invent a private owner declaration and agreement to become a State Militia member or charter and to agree to help and render aid to any person under dire threat or to band together in a State or National emergency and only use their weapons for the good or feeding of mankind. I suppose Switzerland already has a document of some kind that may be copied or assisting. If nothing else, it would help owners to understand the full range of protection intent of the law and the criminals to understand that the citizenship is now standing ready to protect itself.

I’m just now working on a paper for publish here called Understanding Pacifists Rights. The dream of preventing the need for weapons is a great and admirable one. It is in the powerful world of the irrationals of the invisible Universe. The study of something from nothing. Everything comes from radical irrational conjecturing. So yes…the wonderful thought of not needing weapons of protection or war is a great study and will help us to define…well…who knows? Something good I hope.
But the real and true fact is that if we had a God like power to simply snap our fingers and poof…every kind of weapon known to man disappeared…the reasons they are here would not disappear. For the our God would have to do another snap and change the hearts of his defective human beings souls. We would simply sharpen a stick and begin building them all over again.

UNDERSTANDING PASIFISTS RIGHTS TO NOT BARE ARMS
PASIFISTS AND EVERYONE DREAM OF WORLD PEACE. An image of peace is a wonderful thing. It is very inspirational, loving and caring. A true concern for the sanctity of human life. Pacifists are good hearted people. No man of rational thought would argue with this vision.
Let us imagine the fruition of this dream. If we had God like powers to simply snap our fingers and poof…every kind of weapon known to man disappeared…the reasons they are here would not disappear. Our new God would have to snap again and change the hearts of his currently defective human beings souls. The religious would argue that the violent are without God. But the yelling of “ALLAH AKBAR” disproves this theory. With all the weapons gone…would we now have world peace?
Man’s God like powers do not extend yet to the creation of life. However we do have the creation power of death (oxymoron?). So man is bonded to death physiologically and psychologically and can experience a euphoric feeling of greatness and god like power creating death. Just like man’s attraction to his ability to create and control the power of fire and its many creative or destructive uses.
In this imaginary gun event…humans would simply sharpen a stick and begin building weapons all over again. Why do we do this stick sharping is a question for study. The empirical testing of weapons and their many uses over thousands of years has given us mountains of information to study so a theory answer should be easily forthcoming. Or maybe not.
WHY ARE MEN VIOLENT? WHAT WE “DO” KNOW.
People strain for an understanding of violence. This may be an irrational question when applied to senseless violence. Irrational questions and answers are good because they open doors of conjecture.
The true senseless violence problem: Weak men imposing a God like power over others in a twisted act of selfish self-importance, profit making, control of others or attention seeking are the true and real problem. Anti-gun legislators seek to correct this by destroying the 2nd amendment. How the villains and mentally ill choose to accomplish their atrocities are a secondary problem to the primary. Looking at guns is taking our focus off the real and true problems.
HOW DO WE SOLVE SENSLESS VIOLENCE AND CHRIME?
Our founders struggled with this question. The wonderful creation of the Constitution was a hard bloody fought process. Much destruction and death was first used to create it. Destruction is a natural response to problem solving in mans history. History is little more than a record of man’s inhumanity to man. Using destruction powers to destroy the Constitution to provide an answer to violence is irrational and no answer at all, even though it may be historically normal problem solving behavior.
The dream of preventing the need for weapons is a great and admirable one and certainly the goal of all rational thinking human. This dream is in the powerful world of the irrationals. Every truth or discovery comes from radical irrational conjecturing thus leading to theory. So yes…the wonderful pacifists thought of not needing weapons of protection or for war, is a great study and will help us to define…well…who knows? Something good I hope. It helps keep us going in the right direction. The pacifist wishes should be embraced and not ridiculed as so many great minds of the past have been, before they were eventually labeled genius.
But in the meantime, before world peace becomes a reality, we need also think about why we need weapons and will continue to need them for some time to come. This is ALSO a study of the sane and rational mind of reality and the real world we live in today.
WEAPONS ARE HISTORIC TOOLS OF PEACE AND WAR:
Weapons have been a means to an end. Are they now to be discarded as relics of the past? That day is not here yet. Someday the world will have museums with all the history of weapons that will include the ones that we don’t know about yet. Pneumatic and ray weapons are coming that will make the guns we have now akin to a child’s toy. Someday People will view them in awe and disbelieve that humans could have been so cruel and destructive. This is not going to happen in my life time or yours no matter how irrational we get.
WHAT IS A STRONG MAN?
We need study what truly is a weak and strong man? Is the “turn the other cheek” pacifist stronger because he respects life even to the point of his own demise? Or is the patriot man that will kill in the protection of life and liberty the stronger man?
Is this a point of static decision or does this question change as the seasons of need change? Do we use the soldier to get what we want and then discard him along with his gun too? It would appear that we have by the treatment of our vets. America is losing (lost) its respect for guns and soldiers…the true peace protectors of our country and the Nation.
America wants to disarm its citizen Militia and armies, the very core of our protection. Is this truly a wise decision? Do we need first to disarm the Nation and the military to acquire an empirical test of world reaction first? What does this irrational vision tell us? Will we make people more secure if we make them more vulnerable to abuse, violence and war take over? What personal protection measures will be given in place of what we now have?
Are weapons around the world and here at home being misused? You bet they are. The real question is WHY are they. This is too big a question for society. It is easier to simply view the weapons as the enemy and go after them. We have some control over weapons but no control over ourselves as a society. Control and more laws and signs being posted are not the answer to our social violence problems.
LIFE AND DEATH
Society struggle with our inability to deal properly with our power of creating death even in problem solving. The pacifist also believes that life should be kept at any cost for as long as possible. This would appear rational…but is it? We also struggle amongst ourselves over this problem of when to let go of life or when a life should be taken. This is the true and real life and death issues we are faced with today.
These are social questions that are too painful to deal with so we are currently attacking the weapons. It is the old adage of the dog and the stick. A dog that bits at an offending stick is stupid. A smart dog bits the leg of the man controlling it.
Controlling guns or killing OUR Constitution will not solve this problem.
Are the wars of the past and the atrocity of today an abomination? Of course they are. But what price are we willing to pay in defense of our most precious crown jewel of FREEDOM? The final and true reason we have weapons and have demanded ownership of the tool that forged and defends our person and Nation. It’s not the gun that defends…it is WE THE PEOPLE.
Our Constitution protects the pacifist conscientious objectors from fighting but does not infringe on their right to own arms. Are we to write a new constitution that only protects the right of the pacifists to not own weapons? And at what cost and how many people will be needed for a new army of policing enforcement to take the place of the citizen protectors? And will this new army use guns? This path will only create more problems than it has any chance of solving.
We think of ourselves as so wonderfully advanced and superior today, many believing we are beyond the need of weaponry. But truly…as a society, how far have we come as we continue to persecute the mentally ill and none violent offenders, filling half our prisons simply because we have the legal power, money and jails to do so? We incarcerate more people per capita than any other nation.
We continue to spend billions and use half our policing forces to persecute, prosecute and jail people because they have been stripped of their Natural law and Constitutional right of personal choice to pursue their happiness. Now we go farther considering stripping the laws of nature and the 2nd Amendment right… that will surely need more prisons to be built if any meaningful enforcement measures ensue. We will need more guns of law and more police. A “GUN WAR” is not the answer. Or is this all just a ruse to create more legislation and bigger government control over the people to empower the socialist agenda?
PRISONS AND HEALTH CARE OVERWHELMED
Most (if not all) of the people these new gun prohibition laws are aimed at are mentally sick…not criminal. How do we educate the public to become knowledgeable and have a place to go to find real help before a disaster happens? Right now, if you go to the police they can do nothing but wait until AFTER the atrocity happens so they can show up at the scene of the crime. This is too late!
How do we go about eliminating the none-violent and mentally sick from prisons thereby recovering half the money and half our maximum security space so we have room for violent criminals? Then use the resources of the recovered ONE HALF of our policing and health care forces to rethink and studying the human mind to find why there are people that do bad things to themselves and with weapons. Then seek them out or provide a pathway for them to come for help BEFORE they strike?
We spread our countries wealth through drug prohibition creating monstrous illegal organizations of the NWU New World Underworld with an imaginary Drug War that would not otherwise be here. Drugs are not at war any more than the guns are! It is a misnomer!
Do we think that only the people that we now “imagine are protecting us” will have guns under a gun prohibition? You see how well the drug prohibition is working…don’t you? It rains unspeakable atrocity all over the world…not just on America. Gun prohibition will do the same thing. Prohibition only punishes the law abiding and opens the doors for criminals the world over.
Let’s eliminate the need and necessity for guns. Let the dust collect on them…before…we get rid of them!

The panic of gun control has pushed America into a gun buying frenzy. This is what was wanted. When they do go full blown gun control what have they accomplished? The people with guns will be under the threat of arrest and fear will make them controllable. Those that are arrested will lose their rights as citizens. Those that submit will lose their guns and feel the fear of government’s power over them.
This is the same theory used in the “Drug War”. It was meant to keep people living in fear of government and those that lost their citizenship rights as felons are wards of the State to do with as they please. It is a game that over half our policing agencies are involved with making great profits for both the legal and illegal side of the coin. But it is hard to tell anymore who the real criminal is.
The ridiculous tax laws have had America living a lie for years. Everyone has been forced to hid money or do what they can to not pay taxes that the government claims is legally this to take. The real reasons…fear mongering and control. Income tax revenues are a drop in the bucket and do little if anything for government other than control the people.
Law has used morality for a long time to use and abuse and strip Americans of their legal rights and heritage. Morality laws have been strongly supported by the moral majority.
Gun control is the first step toward making criminals of the moral majority. Little by little our government is figuring out how to make us all criminals and civil rights naked in sight of the law.
This process will not stop until America is totally stripped of all her rights by a legal stratagem of laws.
It’s not about protection your children…it’s about CONTROLLING THEM.
