The defense for President Barack Obama’s uncle is challenging the driving record of the police officer who arrested him on suspicion of drunken driving.
Onyango (ohn-YAHN’-goh) Obama, an illegal immigrant, briefly appeared in Framingham District Court on Thursday. His lawyer said he’s investigating whether the officer has a pattern of poor driving.
Officer Val Krishtal arrested Obama, the half-brother of the president’s late father, in Framingham in August. Krishtal said Obama made a rolling stop at a stop sign and nearly caused his cruiser to crash into Obama’s sport utility vehicle.
Krishtal said Obama registered 0.14 on a blood-alcohol test, higher than the state’s legal limit of 0.08.
Obama’s lawyer also is seeking to suppress those results and evidence from the traffic stop.

Onyango Obama might further defend against both his criminal charge and expulsion proceeding, and file a civil action for libel, on grounds of prejudicial publicity. Alleging a close family relationship to the reprobate Barry Obama must be prejudicial, and even if the damages are not great with regard to each proceeding, the multiple publishers and broad distribution of the libel could multiply total damages enormously.
Publishing the uncorroborated misrepresentation that Onyango is the uncle of the current pretender to the Office of President, who is giving blacks a bad reputation, can not fail to be harmful, and blacks generally might have a cause of action against Barry. Barry also fraudulently claims Irish forebears through
Comparison of Onyango’s and Barry’s DNA would show that it’s biologically impossible for Barry’s paternal grandfather to be Onyango’s father.
For that matter, analysis of Barry’s DNA alone would prove beyond reasonable scientific doubt that it’s biologically impossible for Barry to be the son of a Negro father, and this would be confirmed by his original birth certificate showing a Caucasian father (and probably a predominantly Polynesian mother, who conferred upon Barry the warm mahogany complexion that has enabled him to pass for black).
These claims are well known, so the defamers of Onyango are defaming him and prejudicing his defense against expulsion and criminal prosecution by claiming his close family relationship to the notorious Barry, knowing their assertion of relationship to be false or without knowledge of its truth or falsity. Hence the status of Onyango as a public figure would be no defense to the libel. Moreover, as actual genetic analysis would show, the publishers of the libel could not use even accidental truth as a defense.
Similarly, Obama’s claims of Irish connections through the distinguished Madelyn Lee Payne Dunham, no known relation to him, impugn the character of the Irish, so all Irishmen and those of Irish descent might join in a libel action against Obama. They might do this through the good, friendly and beneficent offices of the government of Ireland, in loco parentis, and the reparations from Obama could be used (just as a suggestion) to erect in St. Stephens’s Square, Dublin, a giant granite obelisk with a legend inscribed into the base: “To Obama, Guinness Book Fraud, Not More Green Than He Is Black”.

Denise Lavoie might offer to sponsor Onyango’s re-entry as a candidate for American naturalization, as an apology for falsely accusing him of close blood relationship to the mole Obama, and to commend him for his initiative in caring enough about the U.S. to come here with no malicious intent to destroy the last bastion of western civilization, another characteristic distinguishing him from Barry the Pretend-Obama, and help clear the family name.
Good grief, failed to complete the second paragraph, with the name of Madelyn Lee Payne Dunham, whose memory is desecrated by the widespread calumny that she was Barry’s maternal grandmother. She was no known relation to Barry, beyond her daughter’s adoption of him.

I marvel at how illegal scum will scrape the bottom of the barrel to dig dirt up on an officer of the law. That officer may or may not have a terrible driving record…but does that make Obama any less of an illegal, or any less legally drunk when he was arrested for driving drunk? The answer of course is NO!!! He (the uncle) is upholding family tradition…lie, lie, lie…and if that doesn’t work…blame someone else for your crimes or mistakes.
Yes, lying is in their DNA. (In Barry’s case from both parents perhaps; since his mother had promised to homeschool him when in Indonesia, but, of course, didn’t.)
